The purpose of this paper is to investigate the current and overall situation of cataloging ecosystem focusing on the interrelationship between traditional library and social cataloging site cataloging. For this, an extensive research and analysis was conducted concerning comparative analysis on cataloging rules of the library and social cataloging. As a result, not only the similarity and difference but also interrelationship between library and social cataloging was analyzed in detail. In addition, the characteristics of the cataloging rules were analyzed by the stage of cataloging in the library and the social cataloging environment. This study provides implications for mutual understanding and cooperation between library and social cataloging. The result may have significant meaning in prospecting cataloging ecosystem and planning further study on facilitating interaction and leading knowledge organization development.

Outsourcing, importing of publishing metadata and revitalizing copy cataloging have reduced importance of traditional cataloging. Request of interoperability between other communities and business integration of related system also have changed the meaning of library catalog. Furthermore, newly declared principle and rules are totally different to existing AACR, MARC, measures to cataloging education for next generation seems to be urgently needed. In this study, firstly put together a series of discussion about future cataloging and new role of cataloging librarian, and secondly basis on it, suggest direction of cataloging education course which divided two sectors. One is for students who are undergraduated, and another is for current cataloger at working level. In basic training, it should contain principle of knowledge organization and diverse resources and its relationship, encoding scheme and its practice. The other hand, in re-education training, it should include that re-recognition about new concept of bibliographic world, changing vocabulary and encoding scheme, furthermore metadata scheme about diverse resources which library have accepted, and its integration.

본 연구는 새롭게 제정된 한국목록규칙 4판 초안 중에 고서목록규칙의 내용을 분석하여 수정이 요구되는 부분의 발견과 그 대안을 모색함으로써 한국목록규칙이 도서관 현장의 자료조직과정에서 보다 효율적으로 사용되는데 일조하기 위하여 작성되었다. 그 결과 보완되어야 할 사항과 11개의 수정이 요구되는 사항을 제시하였다.

본 연구에서는 서기 2년부터 1977년까지 남.북한 역사지진(A.D 2-1904)과 초기 계기 지진(1905-1977) 목록을 이용하여 남한 지진 규모로 재조정된 지진목록을 작성하였다 역사 지진은 과거의 협소한 인구분포로 인해 지진 기록의 누락이 많앗다 지진 위험도를 작성하기 위해 지진 발생분포와 지체구조의 특성을 고려하여 4개의 지진구(seismic province)를 설정하였다. 각 지진구에서 최대 잠재 지진결정은 Gumbel의 최대치 이론을 이용하였다 제 1수정 점근 함수 분포에서 유한 상한 값(finte upper boundary) 의 존재는 각 지진구에서 발생할 최대 잠재 지진의 진원(source)이 유한하다는 사실과 잘 일치한다. 따라서 이를 근거로 각 지진구에서 10년 , 20년, 30년, 50년 이내에 2% 5% 10% 초과 확률을 갖는 최대 규모지진을 추정하였다 또한 각 지진구에서 유한 지진원은 과거에 발생했던 큰 규모의 특정 지진과 지진 지체구조 정보에 근거하여 결정하였다. 연구결과 조선시대(1392-1904) 의 지진위험도에서는 경주 울산지역과 서울과 평양지역을 따라 높은지반 가속도 값을 보이며 경주지역에서 0.24g의 최대 지반 가속도 값으로 나타났다 계기 지진목록(1905-1998)을 이용한 한반도의 지진 위험도에서는 경주, 울산, 대구 지역에서 0.10-0.12g 의 최대 지반가속도 값을 보였다. 그리고 계기 지진 목록(1905-1998) 만을 이용하여 작성한 서울.경기 지역의 지진 위험도에서는 김포, 잠실 , 성남 지역의 한강을 따라 분포하는 충적층과 강남지역의 지반 운동이 한강 이북의 대보 화강암 지역에 비해 비교적 높은 0.09-0.10g의 지반 가속도를 보이는 것이 특징이다.

The rise of music resources has led to a parallel rise in the need to manage thousands of songs on user devices. So users are tend to build play-list for manage songs. However the manual selection of songs for creating play-list is bothersome task. This paper proposes an auto play-list recommendation system considering user's context of use and preference. This system has two separate systems: mood and emotion classification system and music recommendation system. Users need to choose just one seed song for reflection their context of use and preference. The system recommends songs before the current song ends in order to fill up user play-list. User also can remove unsatisfied songs from recommended song list to adapt user preferences of the system for the next recommendation precess. The generated play-lists show well defined mood and emotion of music and provide songs that user preferences are reflected.

본 논문에서는 ETRI 의 음성정보연구센터에서 추진하고 있는 공통 음성 DB 구축을 위한 발성목록의 설계 방법 및 그 내용에 대해 기술한다. 이 공통 음성 DB는 국내의 학계와 연구기관, 산업체에 배포하여 음성기술개발에 활용될 수 있도록 하려는 목적으로 구축되는 대규모의 DB인 만큼, 다양한 활용 분야를 고려하여 설계되었다. 따라서 내용적으로 중립성을 유지하면서도 효율성과 기능성을 고려하여 설계한 것이 이번 발성목록 설계의 특징이라고 할 수 있다. 이번 발성목록은 크게 음성 인식용 DB 와 낭독체 합성용 DB, 대화체 합성용 DB, 그리고 화자 인식용 DB 분야로 나뉘어진다. 이 논문에서는 각 DB 종류별로 발성 목록의 내용과 작성 방법, 그리고 이들을 작성함에 있어서 고려된 사항 등을 기술한다.

This study first compared and analyzed AACR2(1998 Revision), ISBD(ER), CCM Module 31, OCLC Manual according to chief areas related to cataloging Internet-based electronic journal. Also, it analyzed the fields and characteristics related to it in USMARC. Next, it reviewed the problems of cataloging Internet-based electronic journal and suggested it's improvements. As a result, this study can be used as the basic data to develop KCR and KORMARC format appropriate to cataloging Internet-based electronic journal.

도서관에서 기술의 진보와 표준화로 인해 분류 목록 업무가 근본적으로 달라지진 않았지만 목록 작성 방법이나 이용자에게로의 제공 방법은 분명히 변하였다. 따라서 이러한 업무를 책임져야하는 정리 부서 담당 사서는 전에 비해 여러가지 자질을 필요로 하게 되었다. 본 연구에서는 American Libraries라는 미국 도서관계 잡지의 사서직 구인 광고를 바탕으로 1970년도부터 1995년도에 이르기까지 변화한 목록사서의 임용조건을 직책명, 목록경력, 업무감독 경력, 서지 유틸리티, 기계가독형 목록 경험, 분류체계, 기타 경력, 인성, 언어, 주제 분야 등의 요소로 나누어 분석하여 관련 교육 방향을 제시하고자 한다.
