The purpose of this study was to examine the structural relationships among factors affecting teachers' robot-based SW education acceptance in primary school. In addition, this study investigated moderating effects of gender, age, and experience. For this purpose, 171 elementary school teachers participated in this study and structural equation modeling analyses were employed to examine the causal relationships among variables. The result of this study showed that perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness had direct effects on attitude. Furthermore, attitude mediated relationships between perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, personal innovativeness and intention to use. Third, the moderating effects of experience between perceived usefulness, personal innovativeness and attitude were significant, but gender and age were not significant on all paths. Based on the results of this study, successful teaching practices, cases, and contents should be shared with teachers. Also, continuous supports and differentiated strategies based on experience are needed.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit on occupational commitment, organizational commitment and turnover intentions among cooks in the foodservice industry. Data were collected by a total of 210 cooks at restaurants in the Seoul and Kyunggi area. The analysis of AMOS was used to test the causal model. The results indicate that the person-organization fit was positively related to occupational commitment and organizational commitment. The person-job fit was also found to correlate positively with occupational commitment and organizational commitment. Occupational commitment was positively related to turnover intentions while organizational commitment was negatively related to turnover intentions. Implications of the results and limitations of the study were discussed.

This study attempts to verify the relational structure of adolescent's emotional problems, smart phone dependency and school life adjustment from a perspective of Glasser (1998)'s choice theory. For this purpose, this study utilized the second year data from the Korean Children and Youth Panel Survey Data. From the results of the analysis, the most influential variable affecting adolescent's school life adjustment was found to be the sense of community, and adolescent's emotional problems were found to have a effect upon school life adjustment and smart phone dependency based on the choice theory. This study discussed issues of cultivating the sense of community to improve adolescent's school life adjustment, and developing counseling program and reinforcing the counseling personnel with improvement of contingent employment to alleviate smart phone dependency and emotional problems.

Recently, university advertising was increasing with the educational circumstance changes. This study purposed to find out the effect of university ads satisfaction on enrolled students's university loyalty as an internal customer's loyalty not on existing external customer's perspectives. And we want to see more about the mediation effect of perceived image of the student and expected image of the student's relatives. Through the research model design and survey on students, we analysed proposed path hypotheses using the covariance structural equation analysis method with AMOS7.0 tool. As research results, all the hypotheses are accepted. University ads satisfaction was influenced to the perceived image and expected image, and finally to the university loyalty of the student. So, it is need to expand the university advertising coverage to the internal customer of enrolled students and his relatives.

This study examines the causal mechanisms of low fertility and regional differentials in Korea. Utilizing the 2005 census and the 2005 vital statistics, and labor statistics at the regional level, major variables were calculated for administrative units of 234 'Gu's, 'Si's and 'Gun's. Gender equity orientation, labor market insecurity and family formation were hypothesized as key factors of recent decline in Korean fertility. This study first presents four maps of gender equity orientation, labor market insecurity, family formation and fertility. Then ANOVA and path analysis were carried out in an effort to generalize the causal mechanisms. Results of analysis reveal that gender equity orientation has played a central role in the second fertility transition in Korea. In metropolitan regions, however, labor market insecurity is found to have a significant influence on the level of family formation and fertility. Family formation also turns out to be an important intermediate variable of fertility.

In this study, the finite element method using 8-node isoparametric element is developed theoretically and simulated to see the deformation of soil and plate, when the circular plate resting on Boussinesq's soil type is loaded axisymmetrically. The results of numerical analysis using the Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion, and experimental analysis are approximative, assuming that soil is elasto-plastic medium. The paper shows that the plastic zone of soil medium is displayed at the near the edge of plate at the first place; when the plastic zone of soil medium is linked around central axis, the external load is termed by critical load, and then the contact pressure changes abruptly, in this case it is approved to be the risk of shear failure.

Previously, there have been many studies on the fraud of employees, internal customers of the company, but there have been a lot of studies on military affairs that are closely related to the improvement of army's combat power. Therefore, this study investigates how communication satisfaction is influenced by the characteristics of SNS. For empirical verification, 240 soldiers were surveyed in this study. The analysis method was to investigate the correlation between each variable using the Structural Equation Model (SEM). The results of this study show that the SNS characteristics have a positive effect on the overall model related to organizational communication satisfaction. Organizational communication satisfaction has a positive impact on military fraud and organizational communication satisfaction has been shown to mediate between army and SNS traits. Through this research, we intend to promote the morale of soldiers by activating communication among group members using appropriate level of social networking.

The effects of braking of trains and roughness of rails on the dynamic behavior of bridges are studied. The train-bridge interaction is considered by solving Lagrange's equation of motions. Newmark's direct integration is used to solve the governing equations. Dynamic train loads acting on piers at each time step are evaluated, and the wheel-rail roughness effect is considered by using the PSD curve of the rail. The model of braking forces in bridge section is based on the change of deceleration mentioned in ASTM(American Society for Testing and Materials) E503-82. Only skidding frictions without considering rolling frictions are modeled, and the friction coefficient of 0.25 is assumed. Parametric studies in a simply supported PC Box girder bridge are carried out to verify the present method and to analyze the effects of train speed, wheel-rail roughness, braking forces on dynamic train loads.

This study aimed to analyse the structural relationships among family resilience, experience of child abuse prevention education, and awareness of abuse behaviors. Data were collected from 389 school parents residing A metropolitan area. The results of this study are as follows : 1) the variable of the family resilience and the experience of child abuse prevention education among school parents had positive statistic association with the awareness of abuse behaviors. 2) the experience of child abuse prevention education was found to mediate between the family resilience and the awareness of abuse behaviors. Based on these study results, several suggestions were made to improve the awareness of school parents' abuse behaviors in terms of the enhancement of their family resilience and service delivery system for child abuse prevention.

Our study aims to assess life satisfaction and evaluate its relationship with depression, nutritional status and cognitive function among the elderly. This study is a pathway analysis study using 9089 elderly people and was conducted as a supplemental analysis using the data from the 2017 Korean Elderly Examination Survey. As a result, depression, nutritional status, cognitive function and life satisfaction showed significant correlation. Nutritional status(.46, p=.007), and cognitive function(-.27, p=.014) were directly affected by depression. Both nutritional status(.08, p=.009) and cognitive function(-.03, p=.010) had effect on life satisfaction but life satisfaction was mediated by nutritional status and cognitive function in affecting to life satisfaction. It suggests that nursing intervention is needed for nutritional status and cognitive function for life satisfaction of the elderly.
