Development of Monitoring System for Safety Operation of Crane (크레인 안전 운전을 위한 모니터링 시스템 개발)

  • In this paper, the new integrated crane monitoring system that complemented the point at issue for existing crane monitoring system is implemented. The Implementing monitoring system based on wireless communication system, consist of a measuring system of total load currents of main circuit breaker, a temperature and vibration measuring system with temperature sensors and vibration sensors for monitoring an oil and bearing of a main decelerator, a temperature measuring system with temperature sensors of a main motor bearing, and sensors for fire monitoring of an entire electrical space. The measured data from these sensors transmit main controller which is located in external location. Then the Integrating monitoring system is implemented and is performed the performance test to performing diagnosis of motors of a crane.

  • 2017년도 전기요금 누진세가 기존 6단계에서 3단계 구간으로 개편됨에 따라 평균적으로 요금이 낮아질 수는 있으나, 여름철 전력을 과도하게 사용할 경우 그 증가폭은 커질 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 소비전력량을 집 내부에서 간편하게 실시간으로 확인할 수 있도록 CT센서를 이용하여 소비전력량 알림시스템을 개발한다. 이를 통해 사용자는 전기사용을 조절할 수 있고, 불필요한 전기료를 절감할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 먼저 전류센서로 전류를 측정하여 emon.lib로 전압을 샘플링한 뒤 실효전류를 계산한 후 전력량, 누적시간을 구한다. 그리고 이 값들을 이용하여 소비자가 현재 누진세 적용단계를 쉽게 확인할 수 있도록LED/LCD/서보모터로 표현한다.

  • Drilling torque was measured indirectly using the spindle motor current and controlled in real time through feedrate manipulation in a machining center. The PID controller designed in the previous paper was applied to drilling torque control. A series of cutting experiments were performed for various cutting conditions. Experimental results showed that the drilling torque was well regulated at a given reference level by feedrate manipulation in all cutting conditions. The increase in the cutting torque and temperature according to the increase in machining depth was suppressed and the risk of the drill failure and the drill flank wear were reduced remarkably through cutting torque control. Moreover, the suggested cutting torque control system doesn\`t disturb the cutting process and is practical for industrial environment. Therefore, the proposed culling torque control system will contribute to productivity improvement in drilling process.

  • Motor failure in manufacturing plays an important role in future A/S and reliability. Motor failure is detected by measuring sound, current, and vibration. For the data used in this paper, the sound of the car's side mirror motor gear box was used. Motor sound consists of three classes. Sound data is input to the network model through a conversion process through MelSpectrogram. In this paper, various methods were applied, such as data augmentation to improve the performance of classifying fault motors and various methods according to class imbalance were applied resampling, reweighting adjustment, change of loss function and representation learning and classification into two stages. In addition, the curriculum learning method and self-space learning method were compared through a total of five network models such as Bidirectional LSTM Attention, Convolutional Recurrent Neural Network, Multi-Head Attention, Bidirectional Temporal Convolution Network, and Convolution Neural Network, and the optimal configuration was found for motor sound classification.

Efficient Rotor Fault Detection of Induction Motors Using Stator Current Spectrum Monitoring (고정자 전류 스펙트럼 모니터링을 이용한 효과적인 유도전동기 회전자 고장 걸출)

  • Stator current spectrum by the fast Fourier transform (FFT) of current signals has been widely used for fault detection in induction motors. In this paper, we propose efficient rotor fault detection of Induction motors using stator current spectrum monitoring. The proposed method utilizes the mean absolute difference (MAD) between a Predetermined reference vector and a feature vector extracted from the stator current spectrum. Our proposed approach requires a smaller amount of computations when compared to fault detection algorithms based on neural networks, since it uses simple MAD criterion to detect rotor faults related broken rotor bars. Experimental results show that our proposed method can successively detect the rotor fault of the induction motor.

슬라이딩 모드 제어기와 관측기를 이용한 제어기 설계 기술 동향

  • 슬라이딩 모드 기법을 실제 적용하는데 있어서 고려해야 할 중요한 문제 중 하나는 스위칭 동작에 의한 채터링 현상이다. 본 논문은 슬라이딩 모드 제어기 및 관측기의 게인을 줄임으로써 채터링을 완화하기 위한 방법으로 슬라이딩 모드 외란 관측기와 적분 제어를 포함하는 슬라이딩 모드 제어 기법에 대해 소개한다. 슬라이딩 모드 외란 관측기는 시스템 불확실성에 의해 발생하는 등가 외란의 상대적으로 느리게 변하는 부분을 추정하도록 설계한다. 슬라이딩 모드 관측기로 추정된 불확실성을 슬라이딩 모드 제어 입력에 결합함으로써 제안하는 관측기 기반 제어기는 상대적으로 낮은 게인을 사용하여 제어 목표를 달성할 수 있다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 제어기의 성능을 기존 방법과 비교하기 위해 DC 모터 전류 제어 모의실험을 수행한다. 모의실험 결과를 통해 제안하는 슬라이딩 모드 외란 관측기 기반 제어기는 낮은 게인으로 강인한 성능을 달성하고 전류 맥동을 줄일 수 있음을 확인할 수 있다.

  • This paper describes the design and implementation of previously developed PMU (Power Monitoring Unit) for LiPB (Lithium-ion Polymer Battery) that is electric propulsion used as unmanned aerial vehicle's power source. Improved PMU provides stable voltage and current to various sensors and elctric motors necessary during flight. Voltage and current monitoring function that is measured by improved PMU more precisely be enhanced and the monitoring channel and temperature sensor is added. To verify the improved performance of the equipment, it is integrated to electric propulsion system of unmanned aerial vehicle. PMU is calibrated through the ground test. And PMU's performance is checked through the flight test.

  • This study has been done to design a precise system and develop position control algorithm to control a Composite Smoke Bomb Azimuth driving apparatus of a BLDC servo motor. Having to Blind the sight of opposite tank. the Smoke Bomb Rotational driving system needs instant response that is able to detect opponent appearance and blast the bomb at a short time. So a design that shows fast current response capability or $300[Hz]\sim500[Hz]$ is proposed. in the MIN-MAX PWM technology is used to increase the operational speed. in order to control the blasting position, a precision position control algorithm that utilizes the integral value of speed trajectory is suggested. Also these characteristics are monitored and assessed by the PC based monitoring program which shows the graphs of current, voltage, position, and speed parameters. The main controller is based on a TMS320VC33 high performance floating-point DSP(Digital Signal Process) and the PWM generator utilizes EPM7128 CPLD.

  • The sensorless scheme for Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM) drives must have the robustness and reliability because the noise and error are sensitive. These elements make electrically noisy environments due to the proximity of high current power circuits with small signal electronic circuits when SRM drives. Also, due to the leakage inductances and finite coupling capacitances, these can cause the noise on any low voltage current and voltage measurement circuit. The position estimate error occurs because the current and voltage including the noise are sued as the inputs of sensorless algorithm. In this paper the high robustness and resistance of input noise re described. The fuzzy logic based rotor estimation algorithm and the observer model are used to reduce the tolerance of input data.

  • Power steering systems far automobile are becoming ever more popular because they reduce steering efforts of the drivers, especially during parking lot maneuver. In this paper, the controller of the motor driven hydraulic power steering(MDHPS) has been designed and developed. This system uses a power source of DC motor instead of engine power source for power steering drive oil pump. The developed MDHPS system is accomplished a highly sensitive power steering resulted from electronic control under variable driving condition. Furthermore, this system is more improvement than type of engine driving far fuel economy.
