The importance of the mathematical education on the ICT environment has been increased as the educational environment has been changed in 21st century. In Korea, many researches on ICT tools have appeared over the last 10 years. But most of researches are depending on the foreign tools, that was one major obstacle on adapting them in our mathematics curriculum. But we found the new open source tool which is called Sage-Math can be in effective solution to resolve those problems. Now we produce what we have done in linear algebra with this Sage-Math and mobile modules.

Recent commencement of digital broadcasting has enabled various TV programs through hundreds of channels. As a result, it becomes a time-consuming job for the TV audience to look up newspaper or TV magazines for the schedule of a specific TV program. To relieve this problem, digital broadcasting usually provides an EPG(Electronic Program Guide) for the audience. Currently. most EPG services are focusing on the visual delivery of information through a web site, digital TV or mobile devices. However, this approach could cause a serious restriction to some users including drivers or visually handicapped persons, who can't input keywords for the search. In order to solve this problem, in this paper, we propose a VoiceXML-based EPG retrieval system that enables even such special users to browse EPG. conveniently using a mobile phone. We implemented a prototype system and proved its effectiveness through experiments.

The BWS (broadcast website) data broadcasting service for terrestrial DMB (digital multimedia broadcasting) has a great advantage that it can provide a website like service through broadcast without web traffic to a plurality of receiving terminals. However, the value of BWS has not been recognized due to the development of mobile communication technology and changes in the environment, where mobile web services through smart devices such as smart phones and pads are common. Recently, various hybrid service technologies provided through hybrid broadcasting, a fusion of broadcasting and communications, have been developed. In this paper, we propose a scalable BWS dividing the hierarchy of BWS into transmission layers and present its application for hybrid DMB data broadcasting services.

최근 온라인 마케팅 트렌드는 개인화된 서비스의 제공이다. 인터넷 환경의 대중화와 SNS(Social Networking Service), 모바일 환경의 보급으로 사용자는 쉽게 정보에 노출된다. 이런 환경에서 웹사이트나 애플리케이션, SNS에 대해 사용자의 패턴과 관심사를 분석하여 개인화된 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 데이터 분석은 빅 데이터 환경으로 분석되며 이렇게 분석된 개인화 정보는 사용자와 연관성이 높은 정보를 노출함으로 인해 효율적인 정보의 소비와 더불어 마케팅 효과를 누릴 수 있고, 온라인 서비스나 애플리케이션 제공자에게 사용자도 모르게 제공된 개인의 정보 소비 패턴으로 나타내어진다. 현재 널리 사용되고 있는 서버에 저장된 개인화 데이터는 보안적으로 해킹에 취약할 수 있고, 관리하는 서비스 제공자에게 있어서도 유지보수에 비용이 발생함과 동시에 사용자의 개인정보를 과도하게 수집하게 되는 우려가 나타난다. 개인화 서비스 제공의 단점을 극복하고자 HTML5 Local-Storage 기능을 사용하여 브라우저 환경에서 웹 기반 서비스를 이용하는 사용자의 정보이용 패턴을 저장하여 데이터를 사용자 측면의 저장소에 보관함으로 보다 안전하고 적은 비용으로 개인화 서비스를 제공할 수 있다.

In this paper, we design a system to monitor environmental data in fish farms in real-time and provide machine learning-based prediction services to prevent damage on fish farms caused by changes in the sea environment. The proposed system will install an IoT device module consisting of sensors that can measure hydrogen concentration, salinity, dissolved oxygen, and water temperature, which can be transferred to Cloud DB using LTE or LoRa communication technology and then monitor the real-time condition through a web or mobile application. In addition, it has a function to prepare for changes within the environment of fish farms by applying machine learning-based prediction technology using collected data.

Currently widely used IP cameras provide the ability to control IP cameras remotely via mobile devices. To do so, the IP camera software is installed on the website specified by the camera manufacturer, and authentication is performed through the password between the IP camera and the mobile device. However, many products currently used do not provide a secure channel between the IP camera and the mobile device, so that all IDs and passwords transmitted between the two parties are exposed. To solve these problems, we propose an authentication and key exchange protocol using ID-based signature scheme. The proposed protocol is characterized in that (1) mutual authentication is performed using ID and password built in IP camera together with ID-based signature, (2) ID and password capable of specifying IP camera are not exposed, (3) provide forward-secrecy using Diffie-Hellman key exchange, and (4) provide security against external attacks as well as an honest-but-curious manufacturer with the master secret key of the ID-based signature.

The development of IT technology and information communication networks activated to online financial transactions; the users were able to get a variety of financial services. However, unlike the positive effect that occurred on 7 July 2009 DDoS(Distribute Denial of Service) attacks, such as damaging to the user, which was caused negative effects. Authentication technology(OTP) is used to online financial transaction, which should be reviewed to safety with various points because the unpredictable attacks can bypass the authentication procedure such as phishing sites, which is occurred. Thus, this paper proposes mobile OTP(One Time Password) Mechanism, which is based on PKI to improve the safety of OTP authentication. The proposed Mechanism is operated based on PKI; the secret is transmitted safely through signatures and public key encryption of the user and the authentication server. The users do not input in the web site, but the generated OTP is directly transmitted to the authentication server. Therefore, it is improvement of the availability of the user and the resolved problem is exposed from the citibank phishing site(USA) in 2006.

Article 22(1) of the Library Act, which was completely revised in December 2006, stipulated that regional representative libraries are statutory organizations, and Article 25(1) of the Library Act, which was revised again in late 2021, renamed them as metropolitan representative libraries and expanded their duties. The reason why cities and provinces are required to specify or establish and operate metropolitan representative libraries is that in addition to their role as public libraries for public information use, cultural activities, and lifelong learning as stipulated in Article 23 of the Act, they are also responsible for the legal works of metropolitan representative libraries as stipulated in Article 26, and lead the development of libraries and knowledge culture by serving as policy libraries, comprehensive knowledge information centers, support and cooperation centers, research centers, and joint preservation libraries for all public libraries in the city or province. Therefore, it is necessary to analyze and diagnose whether the metropolitan representative library has been faithfully fulfilling its legal works for the past 15 years(2009-2023), and whether it is properly providing the results of its statutory planning and implementation on its website to meet the digital and mobile era. Therefore, this study investigated and analyzed the performance of the metropolitan representative library for the last two years based on the current statutory tasks and evaluated the extent to which it provides them through its website, and suggested complementary measures to strengthen its web services. As a result, it was analyzed that the web services for legal works that the metropolitan representative library should perform are quite insufficient and inadequate, so it suggested complementary measures such as building a website for legal works on the homepage, enhancing accessibility and visibility through providing an independent website, providing various policy information and web services (portal search, inter-library loan, one-to-one consultation, joint DB construction, data transfer and preservation, etc.), and ensuring digital accessibility of knowledge information for the vulnerable.

Recently, an introduction of the cloud computing causes rapid changes in every aspect of the internet environments including hardware, operating systems, applications, and their services. As the cloud computing environment based on SaaS are being developed to a form in which web platform technology and web cloud services are converged. The digital library system also has been being developed to a service model optimized to SaaS based cloud computing environment, which are different from ASP technology. From the web interface point of view, user customization of the SaaS based cloud computing environment is the most important fact. Therefore, this research work suggests a customized web interface considering usability and accessibility so that enterprises and individual users can be able to do an effortless internet browsing under the cloud computing environment. For this purpose, usability tests were carried out as the user customized web interface design were developed and applied to the LinkSaaS website. This paper work lastly presents an UI environment on which customized interface design for individual users can be formulated.

This research aims to analyze the importance-performance among multiplex cinema selection attributes. Therefore, we collected data for visitors who visited the multiplex cinema and want to watch movies. Of the various multiplex cinema selection attributes, four factors were deduced that includes: major services, human services, physical environment, auxiliary services using exploratory factor analysis. In the quadrant I, the area of 'Concentrate Here' was 'diversity of screening time', 'diversity of movie genre', 'convenience of mobile app use', 'size and convenience of parking facility'. In the quadrant II, 'Keep up the Good Work' area was 'convenience of website booking', 'discounts through card partnerships', 'employee friendliness', 'accurate employee information delivery', 'comfortable seating', 'screen size', 'cinematic sound quality', and 'convenience of traffic' etc. The quadrant III, 'Low Priority' appeared to be 'membership system', 'tidiness of staff attire', 'resting space for waiting time', 'accessibility to the neighboring area', 'diversity of the snack corner', and 'overall cleanliness' etc. The quadrant IV, 'Possible Overkill' was 'appropriateness of the auditorium temperature' and 'service proficiency'.
