Tunnel Pressure acting on Shallow Tunnel in Unconsolidated Ground (미고결 저토피 터널에 작용하는 토압에 관한 연구)

  • Terzaghi's tunnel pressure theory is generally used to estimate primary design pressures on tunnel support for shield and urban NATM tunnels until now. A trial is made in this paper to investigate the interaction between the ground deformation behavior and Terzaghi's tunnel pressure, which assumes pound's limit (or critical) state, by considering results of 'Terzaghi's tunnel pressure theory. two-dimensional reduced-scale model tunnel tests and nonlinear numerical analysis based on strain softening modeling. A full understanding between tunnel pressure and ground deformation behavior under the tunnel excavation and an effective utilization of this interaction lead to an economical tunnel support design and a safe construction of tunnel.

Intertidal DEM generation using waterline extracted and echo sounding (해안선 추출과 음향측심 자료를 이용한 조간대 Digital Elevation Map 제작)

  • 조간대 지형의 발달과 변화에 대한 이해는 물순환 모델, 양식장 관리, 전자해도의 갱신, 연안개발 계획수립, 항로의 효율적 관리, 선박 안전항해, 상륙 작전 등에 있어서 매우 중요하다. 기존의 조간대 DEM 을 만드는 방법 중 위성영상을 이용한 waterline 방법과 선박을 이용한 음향측심(echo sounding) 방법이 있다. 이 연구의 목적은 위성 원격탐사 자료와 음향측심기 자료를 함께 사용하여 각각의 방법의 단점을 보완함으로서 조간대 DEM 의 정밀도를 향상시키는 것이다. 천수만 황도 조간대에 대해 음향측심에 의해 얻어진 자료를 관측소 조위와 단위를 일치시킨 후 광학위성으로부터 추출된 waterline 자료와 합성하여 DEM 을 제작하였다. 합성된 DEM 과 기존의 waterline 방법과 음향측심법으로 제작된 DEM 과 비교해 본 결과, 합성된 DEM 은 음향측심 자료에 의해 정밀도가 많이 향상되었으며 waterline 방법에 의해 지역적 특성이 잘 표현되었다. 따라서 개발된 방법은 음향측심 방법에 의해 만들어졌던 기존 해도의 정밀도를 업그레이드 하는데 활용될 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Elastic Analysis for the Impact Response Analysis of Two-Layered Cylindrical Shells (2층 원통쉘의 탄성 충격응답 해석)

  • A model analysis is used to predict the impact response of a simply supported elastic circular cylindrical shell composed of two bonded isotropic layers. The governing equations for a two-layered cylindrical shell are derived on the basis of an improved theory for the single-layer shell which includes the effects of transverse shear deformation and rotary inertia. Calculations are made for the specific case of the steel-concrete cylindrical shell subjected to a suddenly applied load. The solutions show that the method yields very good results. Therefore the proposed method is useful not only for a better investigating of the response characteristics of the shell but also available for a check on other numerical methods such a FEM.

  • 우리나라의 하천은 산악지역이 많은 지형적인 특성상 만곡이 많은 산지하천의 특성을 가지고 있다. 따라서 집중호우가 많이 발생하는 홍수시에는 급격한 수위상승과 함께 하천 인근 지역에서 많은 재해가 발생하게 된다. 본 연구에서는 남한강의 지류인 평창강의 수리 수문의 경향성을 분석하고, 만곡부에서의 수리학적 특성을 분석하기 위해 평창강 상류에 위치한 지방하천인 속사천과 흥정천 합류부를 중심으로 4곳의 수위관측소에서 유량측정을 실시하였으며, 속사천의 2개 지점과 흥전천의 2개 지점의 만곡부에서 홍수시 수위상승으로 인한 편수위를 측정하고자 하였다. 수위관측소는 속사천에 장평교와 의풍포교 관측소가 있으며, 흥정천에 백옥포 관측소 그리고 합류부 이후에 평창강의 상안미 관측소가 있다. 본 연구에서는 2010년 3월부터 12월까지 측정된 유량측정 자료의 정량적 분석과 불확실도 해석을 실시하여 시험유역 운영 자료에 대한 정확성을 분석하고자 하였다. 이와 같은 시험유역의 운영은 유역의 수문순환 특성분석의 순환구조의 이해와 모델개발 검정 및 검증 기반의 자료를 구축하여 산지지형의 해석을 위한 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • As to the research method for this study, it examines the conceptional understanding of organizational politics along with existing theories, prior research and prior models on the perception of organizational politics. Empirical analysis concerning the six hypothesis of the research, is carried out based upon returned questionnaires. The subjects of the survey were more than sergeant executive of 51 units R.O.K Army. Out of the 350 copies of the questionnaire, 323 copies were returned of which 294 were used for analysis. Results indicated that perceptions of organizational politics were negatively related to job attitudes(eg. job satisfaction, organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior). The relationship between perceptions of organizational politics and organizational citizenship behavior was moderated by trust in supervisor. Finally, implications and future research suggestions are discussed.

  • In this paper, prototype dynamic modeling scheme to control ramjet propulsion systems were proposed. From the physical understandings of engine system, a typical 2nd-order system model was applied to simulate the dynamic characteristics of fuel supply system. The shock location varience in diffuser to chamber pressure fluctuation is calculated so that the out of phase between two signals was observed.

  • This paper presents on research findings of how Visual C++ program can be used to generate codes capable of performing ramjet engine simulation an arbitrary ramjet model will be considered for which generated output values will be compared with those from a commercial program GASTURB 9 Several governing thermodynamic equations will first be discussed in order that we understand the fundamental idea behind values printed out on the GUI. The program is designed that it generates its station input value. Similar results were realized compared to those produced by gasturb 9.

  • For understanding of high performance liquid rocket engine operating at high pressure, dynamic characteristics of liquid oxygen in a swirl injector operating at supercritical conditions has been numerically investigated. Turbulent numerical model is based on large eddy simulation and contains full conservation laws including Soave modification of Redlich-Kwong equation of state and Chung's model. Preconditioning method is applied to get an effective convergence rate. Numerical analysis results are compared with the one that ideal equation of state applied to. Differences of thermodynamic properties and mixing dynamics are investigated at liquid phase area inside injector and combustion chamber.

  • In recent years, various activities have been carried out in terms of talent donation for community together. This study suggests curriculum model about talent donation program centered on beauty majors. The key elements revealed in previous literature studies were used as educational contents of this study. The program presented in this study can be used to expand talent donations by beauty talent. The curriculum of the program for community together consisted of talent donation goals, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation items. This training program is divided into understanding area of talent donation and technique area of skin beauty.

  • As blogs become an important medium through which to communicate and exchange information on the World Wide Web, phenomena in the blogosphere are treated as important social phenomena. The advent of the blogosphere may provide opportunities for establishing new business models targeting online world. The blogosphere changes over time. To establish successful business policies in the blogosphere, the changes in the characteristics of the blogosphere should be understood. In this paper, focusing on the influence of convenient features of the Korean blogosphere, we analyze the changes of the characteristics of the Korean blogosphere over time. We expect that the results of these analyses would be helpful in developing effective algorithms and in establishing new business models.
