A Design of a Network Module supporting Primitive Messaging Operations for MOM (MOM의 Primitive Messaging Operation을 지원하는 네트워크 모듈 설계)

  • 최근 MOM 기술은 비즈니스 로직을 수행하는 애플리케이션 서버의 필수적인 구성요소로서 자리잡고 있으며, 보통 수백에서 수천의 클라이언트 요청을 처리할 수 있는 능력을 제공한다. MOM 은 이러한 대용량의 클라이언트 요청을 효과적으로 처리하기 위해서 효율적이고 확장성있는(스케일러블) 네트워크 모듈이 필요하며, 다양한 네트워크 프로토콜을 지원해야 한다. MOM이 기본적으로 지원하는 메시징 기능은 PTP(Point-To-Point)와 publish/subscribe 메시징 도메인으로 나뉘는데 이 논문에서는 두 가지 메시징 도메인과 그룹통신 메시징 서비스 기능을 동시에 지원하는 MoIM-Message 시스템의 하부 통신 모듈의 설계에 대해 기술한다. PTP와 publish/subscribe 메시징을 지원하기 위해 세가지 프리미티브 메시징 오퍼레이션인 "synchronous send", "synchronous receive", "asynchronous receive"를 정의하였으며 하부 통신 모듈 역할을 하는 메시지 트랜스포트 관리 계층내의 트랜스포트 관리자 내에 구현되었다. 트랜스포트 관리자는 다양한 트랜스포트 프로토콜을 적용할 수 있도록 하기 위해 트랜스포트 어댑터로 설계되었으며, 대량의 통신 요청을 효과적으로 처리하기 위해 "polling with multiple service thread model" 기법을 적용하여 구현되었다. 또한, 모바일 클라이언트 환경을 지원하기 위해 클라이언트 측 통신 모듈을 IPaq PDA 상에 포팅하였다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 세 가지 프리미티브 메시징 오퍼레이션을 제공하는 통신 모듈은 MOM이 기본적으로 지원해야 할 메시징 도메인과 대용량의 클라이언트 요청을 효율적으로 처리할 수 있는 구조를 가진다.es}8$ 모드를 모두 사용한 경우와 $8{\times}8$ 단일모드를 사용한 경우보다 계산 시간이 감소하였음을 확인하였다.행중인 MoIM-Messge서버의 네트워크 모듈로 다중 쓰레드 소켓폴링 모델을 적용하였다.n rate compared with conventional face recognition algorithms. 아니라 실내에서도 발생하고 있었다. 정량한 8개 화합물 각각과 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 스피어만 상관계수는 벤젠을 제외하고는 모두 유의하였다. 이중 톨루엔과 크실렌은 총 휘발성 유기화합물과 좋은 상관성 (톨루엔 0.76, 크실렌, 0.87)을 나타내었다. 이 연구는 톨루엔과 크실렌이 총 휘발성 유기화합물의 좋은 지표를 사용될 있고, 톨루엔, 에틸벤젠, 크실렌 등 많은 휘발성 유기화합물의 발생원은 실외뿐 아니라 실내에도 있음을 나타내고 있다.>10)의 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 얻었다. 결론: $^{18}O(p,n)^{18}F$ 핵반응을 이용하여 친전자성 방사성동위원소 $[^{18}F]F_2$를 생산하였다. 표적 챔버는 알루미늄으로 제작하였으며 본 연구에서 연구된 $[^{18}F]F_2$가스는 친핵성 치환반응으로 방사성동위원소를 도입하기 어려운 다양한 방사성의 약품개발에 유용하게 이용될 수 있을 것이다.었으나 움직임 보정 후 영상을 이용하여 비교한 경우, 결합능 변화가 선조체 영역에서 국한되어 나타나며 그 유의성이 움직임 보정 전에 비하여 낮음을 알 수 있었다. 결론: 뇌활성화 과제 수행시에 동반되는 피험자의 머리 움직임에 의하여 도파민 유리가 과대평가되었으며 이는 이 연구에서 제안한 영상정합을 이용한 움직임 보정기법에

  • In case of a gas turbine engine for supersonic operation, the engine have a wide range of operating inlet mass flow rate and required high performance such as thrust and fuel consumption. Therefore, variable system and its optimal control logic are essentially needed. In this work, a method for performance prediction of a gas turbine engine with variable system compressor and its control scheme were developed. Conceptual design of compact acuation system for the operation of the variable system was also conducted. The performance of a low-bypass ratio mixed flow turbofan engine was analyzed, and it was observed that the surge margin of the engine is improved at off-design condition by applying the control scheme.

  • It is one of the important tasks to accurately grasp features of the devastated land to revegetate the denuded, volcanic land. In the present report three factors of such features were discussed : the ash fall phenomenon the overflow of surface water, and the generation of sulfurous acid gas, which are all usual, harmful factors for the successful growth of introduced plants to such area. In addition, it is indicated that to overcome those harmful factors some artificial tools should be applied in such regions before the introduction of pioneer tree species such as Pinus thunbergii and etc. In our three-year pilot study it is found out that the use of mulching sheets developed originally by research members combined together with symbiotic microorganisms such as Pisolithus tinctorus Coker et Couch f. tinctorius was very effective. Experimental plots surveyed throughly in Mt. Fugendake in Nagasaki Prefecture and Mt. Sakurajima in Kagoshima Prefecture showed successful revegetation as models. Finally, for the revegetation of the denuded, volcanic land it is recommended that mulching sheets should be used together with symbiotic microorganisms.

  • This paper presents a solution to the inverse problem for the service boundary conditions of thermal-flow and structure analysis in a catalyst substrate. The exhaust-gas purification efficiency of a catalyst substrate is influenced by the shape parameter, catalyst ingredients and so on and is estimated by the thermal flow uniformity. The formulations of the inverse problem of obtaining the thermal-flow parameters (inlet temperature, velocity, heat of reaction, convective heat-transfer coefficient) and the direct problem of estimating from a given outlet temperature distribution are described. An experiment was designed and the response-surface optimization technique was used to solve the proposed inverse problem. The temperature distribution of the catalyst substrate was obtained by thermal-flow analysis for the predicted thermal-flow parameters. The thermal stress and durability assessments for the catalyst substrate were performed on the basis of this temperature distribution. The efficiency and accuracy of the inverse approach have been demonstrated through the achievement of good agreement between the thermal-flow response surface model and the results of experimental vehicle tests.

Prediction of Thermal Behavior of Automotive LNG Fuel Tank (LNG 자동차 연료 탱크의 열적 거동에 대한 예측)

  • The thermal performance of LNG fuel tanks of vehicles is determined by the time for non-venting storage of fuel and the amount of fuel supplied to the engine. In this study, we selected a double-walled vacuum-insulated fuel tank with a volume of 450 liter, and the properties of the fuel contained in it were assumed to be the same as those of the methane($CH_4$). For the increasing the non-venting fuel storage time, we propose the use of shielded penetration pipes in the tank. We compared the storage times of the tank used in our study with those of the conventional fuel tank. Further, the additional heat input required to maintain the fuel pressure necessary for an appropriate fuel supply rate was predicted. For these parameters, we derived a thermodynamic relationship that can be used to estimate the rate of increase in pressure for a known heat input, and we obtained equations for estimating the rate of heat leaked by using the established heat transfer model. From the results of numerical computation, we found the non-venting storage time of the tank with shielded pipes to be 25-30% higher than that of the tank with unshielded pipes. Further, we determined the appropriate operation conditions by taking into consideration the transfer rate of additional heat provided to the fuel tank.

  • Jack-up drilling rigs are widely used in offshore oil and gas exploration industry. It is originally designed for use in the shallow waters less than 60m of water depth; there is growing demand for their use in deeper water depth over 150m and harsher environmental conditions. In this study, global in-place analysis of jack-up rig leg for North-sea oil well is performed through numerical analysis. Firstly, environmental conditions and seabed characteristics at the North-sea are collected and investigated measurements from survey report. Based on these data, design specifications are established and the overall basic design is performed. Dynamic characteristics of the jack-up rig for North-sea are considered in the global in-place analysis both leg and hull and the basic stability against overturning moment is also analyzed. The structural integrity of the jack-up rig leg/hull is verified through the code checks and the adequate safety margin is observed. The uncertainty in jack-up behaviour is greatly influenced by the uncertainties in the soil characteristics that determine the resistance of the foundation to the forces imposed by the jack-up structure. Among the risks above mentioned, the punch-through during pre-loading is the most frequently encountered foundation problem for jack-up rigs. The objective of this paper is to clarify the detailed structure and installation engineering matters for prove the structural safety of jack-up rigs during operation. With this intention the following items are addressed; - Characteristics of structural behavior considering soil effect against environmental loads - Modes of failure and related pre-loading procedure and parameters - Typical results of structural engineering and verification by actual measurement.

흑염소의 체내수정란 생산에 관한 연구

  • 면양과 염소가 최근 수십년동안 세계여러 나라에서 번식생리의 연구를 위한 모델로 사용되어 왔는데, 체내수정란의 생산에 관한 영역도 유럽을 중심으로 활발하게 연구되어왔다. 수정란생산을 위한 발정동기화방법, 과배란처리 및 수정란회수방법 기술은 현재 상당히 많은 기술진척이 이루어진 상태이나, 우리나라 고유의 재래유전자원인 흑염소에는 이를 위한 기술이 미진한 실정이므로 본 실험에서는 흑염소의 체내수정란생산기술을 확립하여 재래가축 유전자원보존을 위한 기초기술을 마련하고자 한다. 축산기술연구소 남원지소에서 사육하고 있는 체중 20kg 이상의 건강한 흑염소를 이용하여 발정동기화를 위해 controlled intravaginal drug release(CIDR)를 질내에 14일 동안 삽입하고, 과배란처리는 FSH를 CIDR 삽입 12, 13, 14일째에 12시간 간격으로 점감법으로 총20mg을 투여하였으며, PGF$_2$a를 13일째 FSH와 함께 투여하였다. CIDR는 14일째의 아침에 제거하였다. 수컷과의 교미는 CIDR제거 24시간후에 GnRH를 투여와 동시에 실시하였으며, 채란은 교미후 3일째에 외과적인 방법으로 실시하였다. CIDR처리경과에 따른 progesterone농도는 CIDR 주입시 바로 수치가 상승하여 제거전까지 6~12ng/m1의 농도를 유지하였으며, 제거즉시 2ng/ml 이하로 떨어졌다. 채란시 평균 배란점은 16.5개, 미배란난포 9.8개였으며, 회수수정란은 6.0개를 나타내어 채란율은 36.4%를 나타내었다. 회수된 수정란의 발달단계는 4-cell 78.9%, 2-cell 5.3%, fragmentation 15.8%를 나타내었다. 이와 같은 체내수정란생산방법을 기반으로 하여 이후 수정란의 동결 및 수정란이식기법에 관한 연구를 수행한다면 우리나라의 재래가축인 흑염소의 유전자원 장기보존과 생산성향상에 기여할 것으로 사료된다.배양액에 30 embryos/50ul 소적으로하여 38.8$^{\circ}C$, 5% $CO_2$의 탄산가스 배양기에서 각각 7일간 배양을 실시하였다. 조사된 결과는 SAS/STAT를 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 체외수정 12시간 후에 난자 급속 염색법으로 염색을 실시한 결과, 모든 처리구에서 핵성숙률(76.4~95.2%), 정자침투율(51.1~66.9%), 웅성전핵형성률(95.2~100%), 다정자침입률(18.2~25.6%) 및 평균침입정자수(1.2~l.4개)에서 유의적인 차이가 인정되지 않았다. 체외배양 48시간 난할률을 조사한 결과, 처리구별 차이(53.9~67.9%)는 인정되지 않았으나, 배양 7일째 배반포형성률은 각각 14.5, 25.4, 17.3 및 12.4%로서 25uM의 $\beta$-ME처리구가 유의적(P<0.05)으로 높은 배발달률을 나타내었고, 총세포수에 있어서는 대조구와 처리구간 유의적인 차이가 인정되지 않았다. 따라서 돼지 난포란을 성숙배양할 때, 25uM $\beta$-ME를 첨가배양하는 것이 양질의 돼지체외수정란을 생산하는 하나의 방법으로 조사되었다.다.natural objects and was popular at the time of Yukjo Dynasty, and there are some documents of that period left both in Japan and Korea.   • Diesel vehicles should be equipped with urea-selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system as a high-performance catalyst, in order to reduce harmful nitrogen oxide emissions. In this study, a three-dimensional Eulerian-Lagrangian CFD analysis was used to numerically predict the multiphase flow characteristics of the urea-SCR system, coupled with the chemical reactions of the system's transport phenomena. Then, the numerical spray structure was modified by comparing the results with the measured values from spray visualization, such as the injection velocity, penentration length, spray radius, and sauter mean diameter. In addition, the analysis results were verified by comparison with the removal efficiency of the nitrogen oxide emissions during engine and chassis tests, resulting in accuracy of the relative error of less than 5%. Finally, a verified CFD analysis was used to calculate the interanl flow of the urea-SCR system, thereby analyzing the characteristics of pressure drop and velocity increase, and predicting the uniformity index and overdistribution positions of ammonia.

Foams for Aquifer Remediation: Two Flow Regimes and Its Implication to Diversion Process

  • Foam reduces the mobility of gas phase in porous media to overcome gravity override and to divert acid into desired layers in the petroleum industry and to enhance the efficiency of environmental remediation. Recent experimental studies on foam show that foam exhibits a remarkably different flow rheology depending on the flow regime. This study, for the first time, focuses on the issues of foam diversion process under the conditions relevant to groundwater remediation, combining results from laboratory linear-flow experiments and a simple numerical model with permeability contrasts. Linear flow tests performed at two different permeabilities (k = 9.1 and 30.4 darcy) confirmed that two flow regimes of steady-state strong foams were also observed within the permeability range of shallow geological formations. Foam exhibited a shear-thinning behavior in a low-quality regime and near Newtonian rheology in a high-quality regime. Data taken from linear flow tests were incorporated into a simple numerical model to evaluate the efficiency of foam diversion process in the presence of permeability contrasts. The simple model illustrated that foam in the high-quality regime exhibited a successful diversion but foam in the low-quality regime resulted in anti-diversion, implying that only foam in the high-quality regime would be applicable to the diversion process. Sensitivity study proved that the success of diversion process using foam in the high-quality regime was primarily controlled by the limiting capillary pressures (${P_c}{^*}$) of the two layers of interest. Limitations and implications are also discussed and included.

Modeling of thermal fluidized desorption for diesel-oil contaminated soils (Diesel-oil에 오염된 토양의 유동상 열탈착 모델링)

  • Fluidized-bed thermal desorber coupled with a heat pipe was investigated for the remediation of soil contaminated with diesel oils. Thermal gravimetric analysis by Cahn-balance indicated that the desorption of diesel oils from the soil particles was mainly governed by the internal diffusion at low concentration of less than 0.5 wt. % of oils in the soil particles. In fluidized-bed experiments. increase of fluidizing gas velocity reduced the residual oils of the contaminated soils, the increase of soil feed rate decreased efficiency of fluidized-bed desorber. A mathematical model was developed by incorporating Fickian diffusion kinetics into the Kunii-Levenspiel model Simulation results showed reasonable agreement for the performance of fluidized-bed thermal desorber.
