PC의 개인정보보호법 대응 방안

  • 최근 해킹 및 개인정보 유출로 인한 관공서 개인정보 취급에 대한 사회적 불신감 팽배, 신뢰도 저하 문제가 발생하고 있다. 개인정보보호법, 정보통신망법의 강화에도 불구하고, 업무에 활용된 명부 등이 저장된 위치를 기억하지 못하여 그대로 방치되고 있으며, 자료공유시스템 등 웹사이트를 통해 열람(접근)된 개인정보파일이 개인 PC내 임시파일로 PC의 하드디스크에 저장되어 있다. 개인정보보호법은 2011년 3월 29일 공포되었고, 9월 30일부터 전면 실시되었다. 본 논문에서는 PC의 개인정보를 검색하고 검색된 파일을 암호화, 파일숨김을 하여 파일을 안전하게 보관하게 하며, 사용기간이 지난 파일의 경우 완전삭제를 하여 PC에서 개인정보보호법에 대응 방안을 제시한다.

A Longitudinal Look at Economically Active Population Survey and Household Income and Expenditure Survey: Potential and Limitation (횡단조사자료 종단화의 가치와 한계: 경제활동인구조사와 도시가계조사)

  • This study attempts to create a longitudinal dataset by linking tdata on the identical individuals across the monthly sample household management lists of the Economically Active Population Survey(EAPS) and the Household Income and Expenditure Survey(HIES). Using the data constructed through such process, the study also tryies to analyze the duration of longitudinal responses and the characteristics of nonrespondents. Between 1998 and 2002, longitudinal response rates had declined to 46% of total EAPS and 34% of total HIES. The fact that nonresponse was not a random phenomenon leads to concerns about the representativeness of the remaining sample. Using Cox's proportional hazard model the study revealed that the duration of longitudinal responses is affected by the ownership of house and the age of the respondent.

A Study of Architectural and Design Elements of Secondary Shirines in Traditional Buddhist Temples in Korea (한국 전통사찰에 있어서 부불전의 건축요소와 의장적 특성에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to identify the architectural design elements of secondary shrines in traditional Buddhist temples in Korea. For this study, a survey of six kinds of secondary shrines (Myemgbujem, Yeongsanjeon, Eungjinjem, Yaksajeoun, Gwaneumjeon, Mireukjeon), according to specified design elements(building sizes, roof styles, Gongpo, Dancheong, shape of Datjip), was conducted. The results of this study are summarized as follows; Myeongbujem is built in every temples(25 examples), most having simila1ities in sizes and architectural elements(roof, Gongpo structure, Dancheong, Datjip). The majority of Yemgsanjeon(l4 examples) and Eungjinjem shrines(l5 examples) are mostly 3-Gan sized buildings, having a Matbaejibung and Ikkmg structural system. Gwaneumjeon, on the other hands, has 1he most elaborate architectural elements. Among 12 cases, 8 buildings have Paljakjibung, 9 buildings have Silk-Dancheong in innerspace, and Datjip are included in six buildings. Yaksajeon shrines are small in mnnber, but most of these shrines have a Dapo structure, and, despite of their size, are designated as cultural properties.

Design of a Privacy-based Confirmed Case Contact Notification System in the With-Corona Era (With-Corona 시대에 프라이버시 보호 기반의 확진자 접촉 여부 알림 시스템 설계)

  • As of this moment, we are tracing people who are closed contact with Covid-19 patients and trying to block the spread of Covid-19 through diagnostic tests. However, the incubation period of the confirmed case is two weeks, and it takes a lot of human resources, time, and money to trace the routes of the confirmed case. In particular, as the number of confirmed cases have been increasing, the cost for finding closed contacts and blocking them in advance exponentially have almost reached the limitation of the budget. In finding closed contacts, all citizens must record an electronic access list every time they visit an amenities such as a store or a restaurant. This is likely the invasion of the privacy of personal location information. In this study, we designed a system that keeps one's location in real time, it will download the movement information of the confirmed case which is collected by KDCA, and it will notify the user when there is an overlap. Moreover, then guide for diagnostic test in advance will be used. The proposed method can solve the difficulty of recording in an electronic access list when visiting a store, and it can block infringement of privacy without providing personal information from KDCA.

User Visit Certification System using Inaudible Frequency

  • In this paper, we propose and test the efficacy of an easy-to-use user location certification system for public places that relies on frequencies outside the audible range for humans. The inaudible frequencies come in signal frequency between 18-20 kHz and are generated by general audio speaker. After an individual's smart device detects the signal frequency, it sends the frequency value, user's personal ID, and user's location to a system server that certifies the user's visit location currently. The system server then saves a user visit record and categorizes it by individual. To show the usefulness of this proposed system, we developed a user visit certification application for smart devices linked to a system server. We then conducted a user visit certification experiment using the proposed system, with the result showing 99.6% accuracy. For a comparison, we then held a user visit certification experiment using a QR code, which confirmed that our proposed system performs better than QR code location certification. This proposed system can thus provide restaurants and other facilities reliable user contact tracing and electronic visitor access lists in the age of COVID-19.

  • This paper introduces a monitoring and tracking system for corona19 confirmed patients based on the collected data by installing a device that can manage the access list at the entrance to each building on the campus. The existing QR-based electronic access list can't measure the temperature of the person entering the building and it is inconvenient that members have to scan their QR codes with a smartphone. In addition, when the state manages information about confirmed patients and contacts on campus, it is not easy for members to quickly share and track information. These could lead to cases where a person is in close contact with an infected person developing another patient. Therefore, this paper introduces a device using face recognition library and a temperature sensor installed at the entrance of each building on the campus, enabling the administrator to monitor the access status and quickly track members of each building in real-time.

  • 필수설비에 대한 개념은 국가마다 조금씩 다르게 정의되고 있으며, 이에 따라 통신정책의 형태에 있어서도 다양성을 갖는다. 특히 캐나다의 규제기관인 CRTC는 특정 설비의 독점성 여부, 해당 설비가 경쟁사업자의 서비스제공에 있어서 필수성 여부(대체 설비의 이용 가능성), 경쟁사업자의 자체 구축 가능성 둥을 종합적으로 고려하여 필수설비를 정의하고 있다. 현재 캐나다에서 필수설비로 규정된 통신설비는 전화국 코드, 가입자 명부, 특정 구역 내에 있는 가입자선로 등이 해당된다. 한편, 필수설비의 요건은 일치하지 않으나 경쟁도입 초기에 경쟁사업자의 시장진입을 촉진하고, 경쟁사업자에게 어느 정도의 자체 통신망 구축 유인을 제공하기 위하여 도시지역의 가입자선로, 트래픽 중계 및 CCS7 전송서비스에 대해서는 5년 동안에 한하여 세분화의무를 부과하고 있다. 아울러 전주, 관로 등 지원 구조물은 이미 전기통신법 상에 관련 규정이 있다는 점에서 별도로 필수설비 규정을 부과하지 않고 있다.

  • In this paper, we present an entry-level COVID-19 stand-alone digitial signage player (CoSiP) which performs not only conventional digital signage functionalities but also fever detection, face mask wearing detection, and KI-pass QR code checking. The overall design of CoSiP is proposed, and implementation of a temperature checking algorithm using a low cost thermal sensor is elaborately presented. Through experiments over datasets and against a developed CoSiP device, it is shown that the fever detection, face mask wearing detection, KI-pass QR code checking as well as signage functionalities of the proposed CoSiP work properly and reliably.

  • 본 논문은 최근 이슈가 되고 있는 코로나19 시대에서 확진자 동선을 파악하기 위해 매장 등 시설에 방문했다는 기록을 남기는 과정 중 방문자가 QR 코드를 생성하고 관리자가 방문자의 QR 코드를 인식하는 방식과 반대로 방문자가 매장의 QR 코드를 직접 인식하게 하여 방문자와 매장 관리자가 겪을 수 있는 불편함을 덜어주기 위한 논문이다. App은 방문자와 매장 관리자 App이 따로 나눠져 있으며 사용자 App은 관리자의 QR을 스캔하여 방문기록을 남기고 관리자 App은 QR 코드를 생성만 하고 출입문에 비치하기만 하면 된다. Web도 관리자와 사용자로 나눠지는데 사용자는 자신의 방문기록과 감염 위험 경로 목록을 확인할 수 있으며 관리자는 매장에 다녀간 방문자의 목록과 확진자가 다녀갈 경우 감염 위험 경로 목록에 해당 사용자 정보가 나타나게 설계하였다.

  • Facial hyperhidrosis has a symptom of excessive sweating on the face with or without underlying disease. It can be surgically treated by video-assisted thoracic surgery(VATS). We encountered three cases of facial hyperhidrosis which we treated by VATS, which was performed by resection of the lower third of stellate ganglion and T2-T3 sympathetic ganglia with chains. Postoperative symptom was improved in all cases. There were no postoperative complications such as Horner's syndrome or postsympathectomy neuralgia.
