Generation of Lens surface by moving mask lithography (가변 속도 이동식 마스크를 이용한 렌즈 곡면 형성)

  • We propose a fabrication method for refractive lens by variable velocity moving mask lithography and slit pattern. Distribution of exposure dose should be controlled for the curved photoresist surface that works as a refractive surface. We analyze theoretically the distribution of exposure dose by change of moving velocity, moving direction of mask and the shape of mask pattern, and confirm for the curved surface experimentally. The lens could have sag height of a few of hundreds ${\mu}m$, by using thick photoresist or Deep RIE process.

  • In this thesis, a method of generating an adaptable Region-Of-Interest(ROI) Mask for the Region-Of-Interest coding is suggested. In the method, an ROI Mask is generated using the information of the ROI designated by a user. In the existed method of ROI coding, after scanning all the pixels in order and discriminating an ROI, an ROI Mask is generated. But, in our method, after scanning a part of pixels based on the shape pattern of an ROI and discriminating a ROI by one code block unit, an ROI Mask is generated. Moreover, from the method, a pattern number, threshold of a ROI and background threshold parameter are provided. According to the result of its comparing test with the existed methods to show the usability, it is proved that our method is superior in speed to the existed ones.

Fabrication of micro-lens arrays using a grayscale mask (그레이스케일 마스크를 이용한 미소렌즈 배열의 제작)

  • Some 10$\times$10 micro-lens arrays of a period of 300 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, a thickness of 17 ${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$, and a focal length of 2.2 mm are fabricated by exposing a thick layer of photoresist through a grayscale mask via UV proximity printing. The grayscale mask is fabricated in a holographic film by reducing (6.6X) a high-resolution black-and-white film where a grayscale patters of a micro-lens array designed by a computer has been written using a film recorder. The proposed method has the advantage of a low fabrication cost, a fill-factor of almost 100% and the ease of realizing an aspheric lens.

The Faulty Detection of COG Using Image Registration (이미지 정합을 이용한 COG 불량 검출)

  • A line scan camera is applied to enhance COG(Chip On Glass) inspection accuracy to be measured a few micro unit. The foreign substance detection among various faulty factors has been the most difficult technology in the faulty automatic inspection step since COG pattern is very miniature and complexity. In this paper, we proposed two step area segmentation template matching method to increase matching speed. Futhermore to detect foreign substance(such as dust, scratch) with a few micro unit, the new method using gradient mask and AND operation was proposed. The proposed 2 step template matching method increased 0.3 - 0.4 second matching speed compared with conventional correlation coefficient. Also, the proposed foreign substance applied masks enhanced $5-8\%$ faulty detection rate compared with conventional no mask application method.

  • 최근 인건비보다 저렴하게 사용할 수 있는 자율주행 로봇에 대한 수요가 증가하고 있다. 팬데믹의 영향으로 마스크 착용과 체온 측정이 의무화되어 키오스크, 체온 측정기와 같은 비대면 서비스의 수요 또한 증가하였다. 하지만 이러한 기능들은 각기 다른 기계에서 독립적으로 사용되며, 현재 보급된 자율주행 로봇을 병원에서 사용하기에는 적합하지 않다고 판단하였다. 본 연구에서 개발한 마스크 착용 여부 확인, 체온 확인, 자율주행을 활용한 안내 기능을 탑재한 인공지능 병원 안내 로봇을 통해 의료진의 업무 효율화 및 잠재적 비용 감소 효과를 기대한다. 본 연구에서는 마스크 착용 여부 확인을 위해 사용한 YOLOv5 알고리즘 훈련 결과를 통하여 높은 성능을 확인하였고 열화상 카메라를 사용한 체온 측정 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또한, 실내 자율주행 실험을 통하여 Cartographer, Navigation 기능이 정상적으로 작동함을 확인하였다.

  • Most conventional lithography systems have been oriented to fabricate electronic devices. Therefore, it is not so easy to fabricate large aspect ratios of waveguide patterns with those systems. When considering costs and efficiencies, a laser lithography system provides number of benefit in realizing waveguide patterns. However, because the conventional laser lithography system could make only positive tone masks, it is inconvenient in determining the direction of the waveguide. A simple and reliable technique to produce negative tone masks was developed by using the laser beam writing. This technique was not sensitive to environmental situations such as dust, vibration, intensity variation. Making use of the technique a variety of device patterns such as Y-branch, directional coupler, and highly smooth S-shape bend could be successfully fabricated with a good contrast.

  • This paper presents a new edge detection algorithm in color image. The proposed Adaptive morphological Wavelet-CNN algorithm is divided into two parts : The Adaptive morpholog and WCNN(Wavelet Cellular Neural Networks). It detects the optimal edge with applying this color image to WCNN algorithm, after it does level up a boundary side of a color image by using the adaptive morphology as the threshold of an input color image. Also, it is used not a conventional fixed mask edge detection method but variable mask method which is called a variable BBM. Finally, to show the feasibility of the proposed algorithm, this paper provides by simulation that the color image consists of 30.

  • It takes a long time for the users to view a whole image from the image server under the low-bandwidth internet environments or in case of a big sized image. In this case, as there needs a technique that preferentially transfers a part of image, JPEG2000 offers a ROI(Region-of-Interest) coding. In ROI coding, the users see the thumbnail of image from the server and specifies some regions that they want to see first. And then if an information about the regions are informed to the server, the server preferentially transfers the regions of the image. The existing methods requested a huge time to compute the mask information, but this thesis approximately computes the regions and reduces the creating time of the ROI masks. If each code block is a mixed block which ROI and background are mixed, the proper boundary points should be acquired. Searching the edges of the block, getting the two points on the edge, to get the boundary point inside the code block, the method searches a mid point between the two edge points. The proposed method doesn't have a big difference compared to the existing methods in quality, but the processing time is more speedy than the ones.

Trend on content of preservatives for emotion-fusioned sheet mask cosmetics in markets (감성 융합형 시트 마스크 화장품의 보존제 함유량 실태)

  • We were investigated the content of 7 preservatives for sheet mask samples(n=42) sold in markets of Daejeon metropolitan city in 2016. &3.3%(n=35) of all samples contained at least one of preservatives. In samples of 30.95(n=14) and 2.39%(n=1) was detected with 2 and 3 preservatives. Phenoxyethaol(PE), methylparaben(MP), chlorphenesin(CP) and benzyl alcohol(BA) showed detection rate of 76.19(n=32), 16.67(n=9), 21.43(n=7) and 2.38%(n=1), respectively. Also The content of detected preservative showed range of 0.06~0.71, 0.18~0.35, 0.06~0.71 and 0.32% and was within the maximum allowed amount established by Korean FDA. However ethylparaben(EP), propylparaben(PP) and benzylparaben(BP) in all samples was not detected. These results can be useful for sharing in emotion-fusioned information and supplying right to know of user.
