메타버스 시장은 향후 지속 성장할 것으로 예상되지만 현재 메타버스 관련 이해관계자 중계 플랫폼은 부족한 실정하다. 따라서 메타버스 서비스 이해관계자간 연결 플랫폼을 개발한다면 개인, 소상공인, 그리고 중소기업 등 서비스 요청자들의 접근성을 높일 수 있으며, 이를 통한 부가가치 창출이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 이에 따라 '메타드림(Meta Dream) 플랫폼'을 기획하고 개발하였다.

The Dublin Core, MARC. IFLA-FRBR user communities are developing international standards for describing textual, physical and audiovisual resources to enable their resources discovery over the Internet. Therefore the metadata interoperability Problem has been exacerbated by the need for more complex metadata descriptions. In this paper we propose a new mechanism for metadata interoperability based on the new semantic web applications : IFLA-FRBR framework, INDECS metadata and an event-aware ABC models. This study introduces a new approach method which is essential to the generation of interoperable metadata descriptions, particularly in the context of multimedia contents.

It needs various technology assessment informations to perform reasonable technology valuation. It takes large amount of time and cost to collect technology assessment informations which is same or similar. To provide technology assessment informations efficiently, we develop new system which can batch search and browse all technology assessments gathered from institute of technology valuation, research institute and so on. In this paper, we explain how to use the method such as "metadata integration" and "metadata collection", "mapping for National Science & Technology Standard Classification" as a part of the system.

A literature analysis for the planning and realization of meta database system was carried out to establish the ocean electronic resources, the first in Korea. The study targeted from web resources and to oceanographic survey data. The focus of the analysis lies in the providing practical information retrieval service for ocean electronic resources based on the framework of effective Dublin Core metadata with network resources description. The analyses included ocean electronic resources, metadata descriptive elements, metadata classification, system organization and retrieval for planning and implementation of meta database system.

The purpose of the present study is to suggest the meta data of the attribute mapping for interoperability from IFC to CityGML. For this, we analyzed the interoperability issue including the neutral information model structure such as IFC, CityGML. To solve the interoperability problem between IFC and CityGML model which is the neutral GIS format, We proposed the meta data including the mapping rule. The meta data is consists of the connection information between BIM and GIS model, the mapping rule based on the perspective of the use-case, the operator and the attribute. By using this, XML to represent the meta data is defined and the information mapping system is developed.

The major purpose of this study wa to desgin a external metadata of National Geography Institute(NGI) for the effective management and distribution of the digital maps. For designing a standard external metadata reflecting the current trends of the international organizations on standardization, a prelimenary study was made mainly concentrating on the analysis of the metadata of the developed countries along with domestic cases. For better assessing NGI needs, all the metadata related material of the NGI were collected and classified based on the NGI's workflow. The external metadata draft was made considering the results from the analysis of the existing NGI material and the draft was also cited some major cores from the ISO standards. Continuous efforts should be made in the future to update the metadata draft based on the opinions from the NGI engineers and the technical trends of the international organizations.

The purpose of this paper is to develop standardized metadata elements of e-mail records with respect to international standards based on analyzing the Australian Government Email Metadata Standard(AGEMS) elements and Korean Records Management Metadata Standard including e-mail records. To achieve the goal, we investigated and analyzed ISO15489 and ISO 23081 which are the international standard related to records and metadata of records. Second, a case study related to the features of e-mail records produced in public institutions in Korea was performed. Third, we made a comparative study of Australian Government Email Metadata Standard(AGEMS). With the results, we proposed mandatory and optional metadata elements for managing e-mail records. Also, the DTD of proposed metadata elements were developed. The proposed metadata elements of e-mail was applied to e-mails which were produced from a administrative information system of a local government in Korea.

The shared disk file systems use a technique known as file system journaling to support recovery of metadata on the SAN(Storage Area Network). In the existing journaling technique, the metadata that is dirtied by one host must be updated to disk space before some hosts access it. The system performance is decreased because the disk access number is increased. In this paper, we describe a new recovery technique using a global buffer to decrease disk I/O. It transmits the dirtied metadata into the other hosts through Fibre Channel network on the SAN instead of disk I/O and supports recovery of a critical data by journaling a data as well as metadata.

Daily life such as society, economy, and culture is fundamentally changing due to COVID-19, and digital transformation based on information technology (IT) such as artificial intelligence, data, and cloud is accelerating. In this study, we focused on the metaverse, which is based on the interaction between the virtual world and the real world, and explored the possibility of using the metaverse-based platform for education. The metaverse-based platform was approached from the perspective of the online education ecosystem, which means that not only online teaching and learning activities but also holistic educational activities such as learning, communication, and empathy are performed within the metaverse. In this metaverse platform, learners can feel the presence of learning, and learning motivation and immersion can be promoted. In addition, it is possible to experience self-directed learning based on the autonomy of spatial movement. Although there are technical and ethical limitations to applying the metaverse platform, it would be preferable to focus more on the interaction between learners in the metaverse world rather than high expectations.

메타분석은 여러 실증연구의 정량적인 결과를 통합과 분석을 통해 전체 결과를 조망할 수 있는 기회를 제공함과 분석들의 분석을 한다는 의미로 사용된다. 기술수용모델은 경영정보시스템 분야에서 여러 가지 주제로 다루어지고 있다. 최근 정보시스템과 정보통신 분야에 가장 큰 이슈는 Smart이다. 이러한 시점에 기술수용모델을 기반으로 스마트폰 사용자들의 행동의도에 관한 연구들을 문헌분석과 메타분석 실시하였다. 분석결과를 바탕으로 선행연구와 비교분석을 통해 차이점을 논의 하였다.
