Underwater Telemetering by Ultrasonic Multi-Beam Transducer (Multi-Beam 초음파진동자의 수중원격제어에 관한 연구)

  • This paper described on the availability fo the underwater telemetering by the ulterasonic multi-beam system made as a trial to expand detectable range of the fish school. The ultrasonic multi-beam system consisted of four transducers which reconstructed with the existing net recorder. The experiment for the telemetering carried out in the set net fishing ground. The results obtained are summerized as follows: 1. The detectable distance of a target by the linear arrangement of four transducers increased according to the sea depth and the interval between transducers. 2. When the fish school in the entrance of set net was measured by linear arrangement of transducers it was entered in depth of 2.5~3.5m at near position of leader, and in depth of 3.5~4.5m at near position of door net. 3. The deviations of error between the actual position and the position by transducer in case of the target depth 1m, 1.5m, 2m were 5.9~27.1cm, 3.2~28.9cm, 3.5~25.8cm respectively, and 68.3% probability radius of them were 14.6cm, 17.7cm, 17.0cm respectively. 4. When the fish school in the fish court of set net was measured by plane arrangement of transducer it was entered toward the opposite direction of tide current. 5. The available distance of telemetering by the multi-beam transducer was 1.8km and the telemetering was possible to control everywhere in case of sea depth more than three meters.

Cooperative Priority-based Resource Allocation Scheduling Scheme for D2D Communications Underlaying 5G Cellular Networks (5G 셀룰러 네트워크 하의 D2D통신을 위한 협력적 우선순위 기반의 자원할당 스케줄링)

  • The underlaying communication scheme in 5G cellular network is a very promising resource sharing scheme, and it is an effective scheme for improving service performance of 5G and reducing communication load between a cellular link and a device to device (D2D) link. This paper proposes the algorithm to minimize the resource interference that occurs when performing 5G-based multi-class service on gNB(gNodeB) and the cooperative priority-based resource allocation scheduling scheme (CPRAS) to maximize 5G communication service according to the analyzed control conditions of interference. The proposed CPRAS optimizes communication resources for each device, and it optimizes resource allocation according to the service request required for 5G communication and the current state of the network. In addition, the proposed scheme provides a function to guarantee giga-class service by minimizing resource interference between a cellular link and a D2D link in gNB. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme is better system performance than the Pure cellular and Force cellular schemes. In particular, the higher the priority and the higher the cooperative relationship between UE(User Equipment), the proposed scheme shows the more effective control of the resource interference.

  • 인터넷에서 통합서비스를 제공하기 위해서는 종단간 다양한 QoS를 지원해야 하는데 이를 위해서는 인터넷뿐 아니라 종단 사용자와 인터넷을 연결하는 랜에서의 QoS 지원이 필요하다. 이에, IETF는 특정 링크 계층으로 구성되는 서브넷에서 QoS 지원을 위한 기본 골격을 제안하였다. 그런데 , 매체 접근방식에 따라 서브넷이 제공할 수 있는 서비스의 정도가 크게 달라지기 때문에 실제로 IS802 모델을 특정서브넷에 구현하기 위해서는 이에 대한 고려가 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 통합서비스를 지원하기 위한 기반이 되는 서브넷 차원에서의 우선순위 지원을 목표로 IS802 모델을 전통적인 이더넷과 토큰링에 적용하여 보았다. 먼저, IS802 모델의 대역폭관리자를 적용한 이더넷 IS모델과 토큰링_IS 모델의 구현을 제안하고 특별히, 이더넷의 경우 매체 접근 방식의 특성상 IS802 모델의 적용만으로는 서브넷차원에서의 우선순위에 따른 전송을 지원할 수 없기 때문에 이를 보완하기 위한 페이즈 모델을 추가로 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통해 기존의 전통적인 이더넷과 토큰링 및 새롭게 표준화된 IS802 모델을 적용한 이더넷 _IS와 토큰링 _IS, 그리고 페이즈 모델간의 성능을 비교하였다. 시뮬레이션결과 토큰링의 경우 단순한 입장 제어에 의해서도 QoS 지원 정도가 크게 향상될수 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 또한 , 페이즈 모델의 경우 이더넷의 매체 접근 방식을 상당히 보완함으로써 QoS 지원 정도가 크게 향상될 수 있음을 볼 수 있었다. 또한, 페이즈 모델의 경우 이더넷의 매체 접근 방식을 상당히 보완함으로써 QoS 지원을 요구하는 플로우에대해서는 전통적인 이더넷이나 이더넷_IS 비해 훨씬 안정적인 서브넷 차원의 우선순위지원 서비스를 제공할 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다.제공하는 멀티미디어 동기화 편집기와 변환기 및 상영기를 ScriptX를 이용하여 Windows95 상에 구현하였다.기 위한 간단한 例를 들어 봄으로써 이 글을 쓰는 동기으 일면을 대신하고자 한다.置함으로 이것을 Multi-Drop(points) system으로 swiching System을 利用 Mini-Network을 構成할 수도 있다.크 구성 관리 서버 시스템 개발에 대한 비용을 줄일 수 있다. 기대된다.e 함량이 대체로 높게 나타났다. 점미가 수가용성분에서 goucose대비 용출함량이 고르게 나타나는 경향을 보였고 흑미는 알칼리가용분에서 glucose가 상당량(0.68%) 포함되고 있음을 보여주었고 arabinose(0.68%), xylose(0.05%)도 다른 종류에 비해서 다량 함유한 것으로 나타났다. 흑미는 총식이섬유 함량이 높고 pectic substances, hemicellulose, uronic acid 함량이 높아서 콜레스테롤 저하 등의 효과가 기대되며 고섬유식품으로서 조리 특성 연구가 필요한 것으로 사료된다.리하였다. 얻어진 소견(所見)은 다음과 같았다. 1. 모년령(母年齡), 임신회수(姙娠回數), 임신기간(姙娠其間), 출산시체중등(出産時體重等)의 제요인(諸要因)은 주산기사망(周産基死亡)에 대(對)하여 통계적(統計的)으로 유의(有意)한 영향을 미치고 있어 $25{\sim}29$세(歲)의 연령군에서, 2번째 임신과 2번째의 출산에서 그리고 만삭의 임신 기간에, 출산시체중(出産時體重) $3.50{\sim}3.99kg$사이의 아이에서 그 주산기사망률(周産基死亡率)이 각각 가장 낮았다. 2. 사산(死産)과 초생아사망(初生兒死亡)을 구분(區分)하여 고려해 볼때 사산(死産)은 모성(母性)의 임신력(姙娠歷)

  • Digital Signage, a way of advertising or delivering information to viewers through digital displays, has expanded from being just an advertising channel in public places. Recently, it has become widely prevalent in restaurants and retail stores. Despite its wide expansion, digital signage is limited to specific usages and services and the devices it uses are also quite expensive. This study introduces a stick-type digital signage product that operates on Android OS, which addresses all the weaknesses of digital signage with much more reasonable pricing and stable operation. For stability, performance tests were executed on the hardware and applications. The results for hardware performance were extremely promising, as each scenario's maximum performance results, measured by Load Runner programs, reached target indexes. Also, as a result of the usability test, all participants, including non-digital signage system users (novices), were able to easily learn all the tasks. As a result of user satisfaction survey, positive responses were exhibited for ease of learning and usability (LEU), helpfulness and problem solving capabilities (HPSC), affective aspect and multimedia properties (AAMP), commands and minimal memory load (CMML), and control and efficiency (CE).

A Study of Autonomous Intelligent Load Management System Based on Queueing Model (큐잉모델에 기초한 자율 지능 부하 관리 시스템 연구)

  • This paper presents an innovative load management technique that can effectively lower the summer peak load by adjusting the aircondition loads through smoothe coordinations between utility companies and large customers. An intelligent hierarchical load management system composed of a Central Intelligent Load Management System(CIMS) and multiple Local Intelligent Management Systems(LIMS) is also proposed to implement the reposed technique. Upon receiving a load curtailment request from the utilities, CIMS issues tokens, which can be used by each LIMS as a right to turn on the airconditioner. CIMS creates and maintains a queue for fair allocation of the tokens among the LIMS demanding tokens. By adjusting the number tokens and queue management Policies, desired load factors can be achieved conveniently. The Markov Birth and Death Process and the Balance Equations are employed in estimating various queue performances. The proposed technique is tested using a summer load data of a large apartment complex and proved to be quite effective in load management while minimizing the customer inconveniences.

  • Recently, the demand for mobile communications and multimedia services has rapidly increased so that conventional cellular system cannot fulfill the requirement of users (capacity and QoS) any more. Therefore, the hierarchical cellular system has been suggested in order to guarantee the QoS and to admit large population of users. IMT-2000 adopts the hierarchical cellular structure, which requires a call control algorithm capable of manipulating and utilizing the complicated structure of hierarchical cellular structure with handiness and efficiency. In this thesis, as an improvement of conventional combined algorithm, a new call control algorithm considering the moving speed of terminal and bandwidth is suggested. This algorithm employs buffers and guard channels to reduce the failure rate. Also, this algorithm considers the moving speed of terminal and bandwidth to elevate the efficiency. Furthermore, calls are handled separately according to the moving speeds of terminal and bandwidths to improve the QoS and reduce the handover rate. As an evaluation of the suggested algorithm, a model hierarchical cellular system is constructed and simulations are conducted with various types of traffic. As the result of the simulations, such indices as block rate, drop rate, channel utilization, and the number of inter layer handovers are examined to demonstrate the excellency fo the suggested algorithm.

  • Recently, the field of agriculture has been gaining a new leap with the integration of ICT technology in agriculture. In particular, smart farms, which incorporate the Internet of Things (IoT) technology in agriculture, are in the spotlight. Smart farm technology collects and analyzes information such as temperature and humidity of the environment where crops are cultivated in real time using sensors to automatically control the devices necessary for harvesting crops in the control device, Environment. Although smart farm technology is paying attention as if it can solve everything, most of the research focuses only on increasing crop yields. This paper focuses on the development of a system architecture that can harvest high quality crops at the optimum stage rather than increase crop yields. In this paper, we have developed an architecture using apple trees as a sample and used the color information and weight information to predict the harvest time of apple trees. The simple board that collects color information and weight information and transmits it to the server side uses Arduino and adopts model-driven development (MDD) as development methodology. We have developed an architecture to provide services to PC users in the form of Web and to provide Smart Phone users with services in the form of hybrid apps. We also developed an architecture that uses beacon technology to provide orchestration information to users in real time.

  • VANET technologies provide real-time traffic information for mitigating traffic jam and preventing traffic accidents, as well as in-vehicle infotainment service through Telematics/Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). Due to the rapid increasement of various requirements, the vehicle communication with a limited resource and the fixed frame architecture of the conventional techniques is limited to provide an efficient communication service. Therefore, a new flexible operation depending on the surrounding situation information is required that needs an adaptive design of the network architecture and protocol for efficiently predicting, distributing and sharing the context-aware information. In this paper, Vehicle-to-Infrastructure (V2I) based on communication between vehicle and a Road Side Units (RSU) and Vehicle-to-Vehicle (V2V) based on communication between vehicles are effectively combined in a new MAC architecture and V2I and V2V vehicles collaborate in management. As a result, many vehicles and RSU can use more efficiently the resource and send data rapidly. The simulation results show that the proposed method can achieve high resource utilization in accordance. Also we can find out the optimal transmission relay time and 2nd relay vehicle selection probability value to spread out V2V/V2I collaborative schedule message rapidly.

  • Learning C programming language in electronics education is an important basic education course for understanding computer programming and acquiring the ability to use microprocessors in embedded systems. In order to focus on understanding basic grammar and algorithms, it is a common teaching method to write programs based on C standard library functions in the console window and learn theory and practice in parallel. However, if a student wants to start a project activity or go to a deeper stage after acquiring some basic knowledge of the C language, using only the C standard library function in the console window limits what a student can express or control with the C program. For the purpose of making it easier for a student to use graphics or multimedia resources and increase educational value, this paper studies a case of applying Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL), an open source software, into the C programming language learning process. The SDL-based programming course applied after completing the basic programming curriculum performed in the console window is introduced, and the educational value is evaluated through a survey. As a result, more than 56% of the respondents expressed positive opinions in terms of improved application ability, stimulating interest, and overall usefulness, and less than 4% of them had negative opinions.
