  • In recent years, O2O services for real estate sales are widely distributed in web platforms and apps. This allows sellers, buyers, and real estate brokers to quickly and conveniently conduct real estate sales and charter contracts. However, in the O2O-based real estate sales information system, it wastes time and money for real estate buyers due to the posting of fake information, partial correction of the sales information, and intentional non-posting of the sales information. Therefore, we propose a method of detecting the false or not of real estate property information that can occur on the web platform, and design and implement a proposal system for this. To this end, we propose a method of detecting personal identity and property information based on DID, a distributed identity authentication protocol. The false real estate sales information detection system proposed by us can determine the existence of real estate sales information, partially correct the false sales information, or prove whether or not intentionally unpublished in three steps.

  • Real Estate Auction Information System purposes on providing high quality information of auction customized to consumer's situation and preference. Especially, ever-changing real time information such as the number of hits and advanced analysis for expecting the winning bid are requiring of mobile information system based on context awareness. Therefore, this paper studies on Real Estate Auction Information System based on context awareness under a smart phone environment providing auction information such as consumer's current position, the number of hits to a specific real estate, and the number of bidder to anticipate the winning bid.

  • The vegetation of Maemul, Somaemul and Eoyu islets in Tongyeong-si was investigated from September, 1996 through August, 1997. In order to analyze the vegetation of this islets, synthesis table, actual vegetation map were prepared. The predominant species of the islets was Camellia japonica. and the vegetation in this study area was classfied into 4 communties (included 1 afforestation) and 7 subcommunities 1 . Camellia japonica community 1) Typical subcommunity 2) Machilus thunbergii subcommunity 3) Castanopsis cuspidata var, thunbergii subcommunity 4) Ligustrum obtusifolium subcommunity 5) Carpinus coreana subcommunity 6) Selaginella tamariscina subcommunity 7) Pinus thunbergii subcommunity 2. Pinus thunbergii community 3. Alnus firma afforestation 4. Miscanthus sinensis var. purpurascens community.

  • The purpose of this study is to provide a way to develop the information quality of mobile real estate service and improve the false property through search filter service. I compared the cases of typical mobile real estate apps that are currently in use and analyzed the usage and service status by adopting 13 search filters that are the first priority when searching for real estate information. As a result, it has been shown that the provision of high quality search filter service is required to improve the information quality in order to provide users with quick and reliable information organically at any time and anywhere according to the definition of mobile real estate service. As a result, it is more prejudiced than the countermeasures against false fraudulent products, and it is satisfied with the needs of the users and provides the improved search filter service, so that it can be trusted with the definition of mobile real estate brokerage service, Providing quality services can be said to prevent the victims of fraudulent products.

  • An O2O-based real estate brokerage web sites or apps are increasing explosively. As a result, the environment has been changed from the existing offline-based real estate brokerage environment to the online-based environment, and consumers are getting very good feelings in terms of time, cost, and convenience. However, behind the convenience of online-based real estate brokerage services, users often suffer time and money damage due to false information or malicious false information. Therefore, in this study, in order to reduce the damage to consumers that may occur in the O2O-based real estate brokerage service, we designed a false property information filtering system that can determine the authenticity of registered property information using artificial intelligence technology. Through the proposed research method, it was shown that not only the authenticity of the property information registered in the online real estate service can be determined, but also the temporal and financial damage of consumers can be reduced.
