이동방송 환경에서는 이용자의 시청환경이 제한적이어서 자신이 원하는 방송 콘텐츠를 용이하게 소비할 수 없는 경우가 발생한다. 이를 개선하기 위하여 언제 어디서나 시청이 용이한 개인 맞춤형 방송 서비스가 필요하다. 본 논문은 이동방송 환경에서 개인맞춤형방송 서비스를 제공하기 위하여 국내에서 표준화된 지상파 디지털미디어방송 전자콘텐츠안내(ECG) 표준 및 이를 기반으로 한 개인맞춤형방송 전송시스템 및 수신기의 개발에 대하여 기술한다.

오늘날 우리는 소비자 중심시대에 살고 있다. 이로 인해 소비자에게 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 연구 사례가 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 시청하는 사용자의 시선 추적을 통해 사용자마다 알맞은 서비스를 제공해주는 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 이와 같은 시스템을 위해서는 멀티미디어 콘텐츠를 객체로 나누고 실시간 모니터링을 통해 사용자의 시선을 추적해야 한다. 시선 추적을 통해 사용자의 관심영역을 파악하고 사용자마다 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하는 시스템을 목표로 하며 향후에 이 시스템은 더욱 효과적으로 사용자의 욕구를 충족시켜 줄 수 있을 것이라고 기대한다.

학습자 개인에게 적합한 학습콘텐츠를 제공할 수 있는 맞춤형 학습 시스템의 구축이 점점 중요해지고 있다. 이를 위해 몇몇 학습자 정보 모델의 표준안들이 제안되었지만 정보의 중복 및 형식의 불일치로 정보공유가 비효율적인 면이 있다. 본 논문에서는 IEEE PAPI를 기반으로한 새로운 학습자 정보 모델을 제안하고, 이를 사용한 맞춤형 학습 시스템을 설계하였다.

방송용 콘텐츠가 디지털화되면서 고품질의 서비스가 가능해 졌으며, 통신망과의 융합을 통해 다양한 서비스가 가능해 질 것으로 전망된다. 또한, 시청자의 요구가 단순 시청에서 개인의 요구에 따른 방송을 시청하고 방송에 직접 참여할 수 있는 정보 선택 및 정보 맞춤형 서비스로 발전하고 있다. 이러한 시청자의 요구에 부합하기 위해 다양한 부가콘텐츠의 서비스 기술이 개발되고 있으며, 본 논문에서는 MPEG-4에 기반을 둔 객체기반 대화형 콘텐츠와 M[PEG-7에 기반한 메타데이터. MPEG-2 IPMP 데이터 등의 다양한 부가콘텐츠를 지능형방송 전송서버에서 효율적으로 사용할 수 있도록 제어정보를 생성하고, 부가콘텐츠들의 시공간적인 편집 기능을 수행하는 지능형방송 부가콘텐츠 제어정보 편집기를 설계하고 이의 구현결과를 보인다.

In this paper, we design an e-Learning system for the Driver's License Teste studying through the Internet. The proposed system make users to be arrived at the goal for the license in a shorter time by offering learning contents and items according to the item-responses made by the users based on the Item Response Theory. Moreover we design the scheme to give the optimum items and the most necessary content to the user during the learning procedure in the form of concept-based objects. All the items in the problem bank DB maintain their difficulties, discriminations, and guessing parameters as is the case of 3-parameter logistic model. In addition user profile DB stores users' status informations, item responses, and ability parameters. Using these structures and combining agents, we can offer the optimum learning process or dynamic personalized studying structure to the user. We can construct interface agent and content selection and feedback agent with the DB's described above. User can study without any awareness of system operations or personal fitting scheme.

One of the main reasons of information divide of multi-cultural family is caused by language barrier that is associated with low education level. In addition the social problem can be triggered by the information divide that may increase the gap of economic inequality. With respect to the overall capability of accessibility of digital devices and the level of data utilization, the parent of muiti-cultural family's level is inferior to that of the parents of an ordinary family. However the traditional learning contents management system for those parents is not appropriate to decease the gap of the information divide. To handle this problem, it is necessary to construct a customized learning contents management system that is used to support the education of the parents of multi-cultural family depending on the level of understanding the learning contents written in korean. In this paper we design the korean to korean translation based learning contents management system and show the result of its prototype.

최근 스마트 기기의 발달과 IoT(Internet of Things, 사물인터넷)기술이 빠르게 발전하면서 센서를 활용한 플랫폼 및 서비스 시장 규모가 급격하게 확대되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 헬스케어 건강걷기 게임콘텐츠에 비콘을 이용하여 서비스 이용자와 제공자 모두에게 만족과 가치를 부여할 수 있는 맞춤형 마케팅 설계 전략을 제안하고 4차 산업 시대에 맞는 신기술을 이용하여 정확한 통계정보를 얻어 내는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구의 결과를 활용하여 다양한 영역 및 방법으로 확장 가능성이 큰 마케팅 설계가 가능할 것으로 기대한다.

Patterns for generating and consuming contents are various in these days from conventional broadcasting contents to UCC. There are many researches on developing recommendation engines based on user's profile for providing desired contents. In this paper we propose a contents recommendation system using not only user's profile but other's profiles in closed user group of the social network based on patterns for user's consuming contents. The proposed recommendation agent update user's profile using usage history and other's profiles related to the user in the closed user group.

최근 사용자의 취향에 맞는 콘텐츠를 필터링하여 자동으로 추천하는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 참여형, 개방형, 공유형 서비스들의 증가와 함께 웹 3.0 시대에는 더욱 지능화되고 개인화된 서비스가 중요시되고, 이를 위한 맞춤형 정보 제공 연구가 필수적이다. 본 논문에서는 사용자 맞춤형 추천 방법의 대표적인 기술인 협업 필터링(Collaborative Filtering) 방안 분석에 대해 설명하고, 협업 필터링 방법의 적용 연구를 설명한다.

디지털 콘텐츠의 영역을 확장하여 발달된 기술을 반영한 다양한 디지털 콘텐츠 기술이 발달하고 있다. 가상현실, 증강현실, 컴퓨터그래픽, 홀로그램, 오감 인터랙션, 지능형 스마트 미디어 유통기술이 그것인데 이 중 지능형 스마트 미디어 유통기술이란 IoT, 클라우드, 빅데이터 기반 개인 맞춤형 콘텐츠 유통기술, 영상정보를 검색하여 방송, 모바일 등 연관콘텐츠를 제공하는 유통기술(Visual Browsing) 등을 말한다. 이 논문에서는 디지털 콘텐츠 중 지능형 스마트 미디어 유통기술을 안전하게 개발하고 발전시키기 위하여 블록체인 방법을 활용한 스마트 미디어 유통기술에 대하여 연구하였다. 블록체인 기반 기술을 통하여 스마트 미디어 유통 시 해킹으로부터 데이터 원본 보호의 안전함을 제공하고 유통 시 필요한 저작권관리 및 유통 기록을 위 변조 없이 관리할 수 있다.
