현대사회에서 맞벌이부부 가족이 증가하고 있고 맞벌이부부가족으로써 가족체계가 유지되고 발달됨에 따라 맞벌이부부 가족의 스트레스 관리 방식을 밝히기 위해서는 가족간의 정서적, 관계적 상호작용 과정을 이해하는 것이 중요하다. 맞벌이부부 가족에 관한 이전의 연구들은 가족의 스트레스와 대처방안에 촛점을 두었고 정서적 상호작용과정에 대해서는 중요시 하지 않았다. 이 연구의 목적은 맞벌이부부 가족의 스트레스 관리에 대한 이해를 돕기위하여 가족의 발달적인 측면에 중점을 두어 두가지 이론―가족자원관리 이론과 Family FIRO모델의 통합을 제시하는데 있다. 가족자원관리 이론과 Family FIRO모델의 통합은 이론이 설명하지 못하는 측면에 대해 상호보완적이 시각을 제시해 준다.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of parenting stress on marital conflict in dual earner couples with children in early childhood. Actor and Partner Interdependence Model (APIM) was conducted in order to identify how parenting stress affect husband and wife, respectively and how this make the actor effect as well as the partner effect regarding the marital conflict. The research was conducted with 629 married couples from the forth wave of the Panel Study of Korean Children (PSKC) data. In order to examine the relationships between the variables and to evaluate the appropriateness of the research model, structural equation model was used. The results showed that the parenting stress had significant positive effect on the marital conflict. The partner effect of parenting stress was significantly positive. This result implies that the mutual dependence in dual earner couple's marital conflict and parenting stress should be considered in the process of intervention. In other words, to improve the effectiveness of intervention, practitioners should treat couples together rather than being focused on individuals.

This study focused on self-effects and spouse-effects that impact marital satisfaction in sex role stereotypes, work-family conflict and work-family enrichment. 95 double-income couples participated in this study, and the paired T-Test and multiple regression analysis were conducted. The result of the study showed that sex role stereotypes, work-family conflict, and work-family enrichment are not significant differences in husband and wife, but a husbands was significantly higher than wife in marital satisfaction. In the next step, we considered variables affecting marital satisfaction, and found a significant difference between husband and wife. Work-family enrichment positively affected the husband's marital satisfaction, while the wife's satisfaction was positively affected by the husband's sex role stereotype and negatively affected by her work-family conflict. This study suggests that marriage enrichment programs, the education of husband and wife, and couple counseling should consider individual effects and spouse effects.

맞벌이 부부에게 육아는 너무 큰 부담이 된다. 아이를 어디에 맡겨야 하는지, 일을 끝내고 저녁에 들어와 아이를 만나서 어떻게 돌보아야 할지 난감한 경우가 많다. 무엇보다도 아이에게 사랑으로 일관성 있는 양육태도를 가지는 것이 중요하다.

This purpose of this converged study was to investigate the marriage satisfaction of double-income couples and it is a descriptive study to confirm the relationships. This study collected data from July 1 to July 30, 2018 for 240 double-income couples living in P metropolitan city and G province. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, multiple regression. As a result of the study, Marital conflict was significantly correlated with sexual intimacy (r=-.163, p=.012), marriage satisfaction (r=-.347, p=.<001), sexual intimacy, marriage satisfaction (r=.655, p=.<001). Marriage satisfaction was health states (${\beta}=.203$, p=.<001), marital conflict(${\beta}=-.207$, p=.<001), sexual intimacy (${\beta}=.513$, p=.<001), and these factors explained 52.3% of the total variability.

The first purpose of this paper was to investigate whether wives' income contributions affect the time spent on housework by dual-earner couples. The second purpose was to investigate period interaction effects on the effect of wives' income contributions. For this, Korean Time Use Survey data 2004-2019 was analyzed. The analysis target was dual-earner couple aged 20-59 years. The dependent variable was time spent on housework, and the analysis method was tobit regression. According to the results, there were three findings: First, there was a U-shaped relation between wives' income contributions and wives' housework time. Second, this relationship became stronger as time progressed. Third, although wives' income contributions positively affected husband housework time, husband housework time was actually zero before 2019. These results demonstrated that not economic perspective, but gender perspective, is more useful for understanding dual-earner couples' division of housework.
