A Study on the Influence on the Life Satisfaction according to the Type of Change Job Discrimination of the Disabled (장애인의 직장차별 변화유형에 따른 생활만족도에 대한 영향 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is to classify the degree of change of job discrimination of the disabled according to time and to identify factors affecting life satisfaction according to each type. For this study, data from the 3rd to 8th year of the employment panel for the disabled were used and 1,227 data were used. The longitudinal profile of the disabled person's discrimination was classified through latent profile growth analysis(LPGA), and then influential factors were verified through binomial logistic regression analysis. First, the types of change of the job discrimination of the disabled were represented as the decrease group and the increase group. The factors influencing the job discrimination were the degree of disability, chronic diseases, gross income, and life satisfaction. Second, the factors of predicting the life satisfaction according to the types of job discrimination of the disabled are as follows: job discrimination, decrease and increase group have higher life satisfaction as the self - esteem and socioeconomic status are higher. Based on these results, this study suggested the implications of this study to cope with the discrimination of the workplace with the disabled.

  • 최근의 통신서비스 시장은 경쟁의 도입과 기술의 발전이라는 두 축에 힘입어 양질의 서비스를 보다 저렴한 요금으로 소비자들에게 제공하고자 노력하여 왔다. 그러나 이러한 통신서비스의 질적 향상 노력에도 불구하고 여전히 통신서비스의 품질은 소비자들의 기대수준에는 미치지 못하고 있다는 지적이 있다 더욱이 문제가 되는 것은 소비자가 인지하고 있는 통신 서비스 품질의 기대수준은 시간의 흐름에 따라 동태적으로 변화하는 것이어서 한 시점에서의 통신 서비스 품질 수준의 측정으로는 정책적으로 큰 의미를 설명하기 어려운 실정이다. 이와 관련하여 많은 선행 연구들이 다양한 측면에서 시행되어져 왔지만 이제까지의 많은 선행 연구들은 대부분이 통신서비스의 특성을 제대로 고려하지 않고, 고객만족의 향상과 불일치를 가져오고 있는 성능품질만을 측정한다거나, 시간의 흐름에 따라 변화해 가는 소비자가 서비스에 대해 인지하고 있는 중요도나 기대수준을 고려하지 않고 있으며, 각 구성요소간의 동태적 인과고리에 대한 고려 없이 연구가 이루어져 전반적인 통신 서비스의 고객만족을 전체적인 시각에서 평가한 연구는 극히 드물다. 따라서 본 연구는 통신서비스의 고객만족을 피드백 관점, 동태적 관점, 사실적 관점의 시스템 다이내믹스 방법론을 적용하여 전반적인 동태적 고객만족 모형을 구현하고 이를 정책적으로 활용할 수 있는가에 대한 접근을 시도하였다. 고객만족은 결코 한순간에 머물러 있는 것이 아니며 체감품질 및 기대수준의 영향을 받아 지속적으로 변화해간다 따라서 어떻게 기대수준을 관리하고 고객의 기대에 부응하는 체감품질을 관리하는 것이 지속적인 고객만족을 획득할 수 있는 가를 시뮬레이션 모형을 통해 가시적으로 시스템의 행태를 구현함으로써 그 이해의 폭을 넓히고자 시도하였다.으로써 웹에서의 혁신적이며 크로스 사이트, 크로스 장르적인 컨텐츠 플래닝의 가능성을 시사하는데 의의가 있다고 하겠다.y used to some of interactive storytelling through hyper text in CD-ROM and web sites.   • The objectives of this study are to analyze the effects of major factors influencing cruise ship passengers' satisfaction with a port of call on overall satisfaction with it and the differences in satisfaction with the domestic port of calls. To achieve these objectives, as a conceptual framework of the study, cruise tourism and tourist satisfaction were reviewed, and the empirical studies on cruise ship passengers's perceptions toward the Korean port of calls were conducted. According to the findings of this study, the following suggestions were presented to the local governments with the port of calls. The local governments are required to improve the food services provided around the port of call areas, and in addition, in case of Cheju, improvement of tourism information service which is verified as the most significant factor affecting passenger's overall satisfaction with the port of call is needed as well.

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the impact relation among the visitor satisfaction, it's antecedents and the modification of images of Korea perceived by Chinese and Russian Tourists after their visits to Korea. According to the data analysis, the satisfaction of Russian tourists is higher than that of Chinese tourists within statistical significance. The result produced by structural equation model shows that the satisfaction of Chinese tourists is affected by destination attractiveness, public order, shopping, food and accommodations positively. Especially the public order and shopping of Korea are relative major attributes. In comparison, the satisfaction of Russian tourists is affected by only destination attractiveness, public order and food positively. Then again, the impact relation between overall satisfaction and the modification of images of Korea perceived by tourist visited Korea is affected positively within statistical significance.

  • Purpose: This study examines how police's level of satisfaction over work environment influences on introduction of municipal police system and the purpose of this study is to examine the individual police's opinion by exploring the work satisfaction of police under current centralized police system and their level of expectation toward introduction of municipal police system. Method: To complete the research, this study used the survey data from in-service police and analyzed it based on regression analysis. Result: This study analyzed the influence of police's job satisfaction on expectation over introduction of municipal police system by dividing the police's job satisfaction into internal and external satisfaction. In the influence of police's job satisfaction on expectation toward physical environmental change, both internal and external satisfaction had significant negative influence. Conclusion: Thus, there should be a clear organization on municipal police and related items before introducing the system to gain trust from police.

  • The purpose of this research is to seek political implications for management and activation of National Forest Complex Management(NFCM). Survey method was utilized for workers as respondents to measure importance and performance of NFCM. As a result, it turned out that the respondents' performance was very high. In addition, out of 14 items, two items -1) activation of e-commerce and direct business transaction, 2) production and sales marketing information, which intensive management strategy, were derived from results. Also, 6 items were derived for on-going maintenance, 3 items were derived for low priority order, and other 4 items were derived for discouragement against excessive efforts. This research may contribute to providing fundamental sources that can be utilized for promoting direction establishment and system improvement of NFCM.

  • Due to the global pandemic caused by COVID-19 in 2020, there have been major changes in the education sites. Universities have fully introduced remote learning, which was considered as an auxiliary education, and non-face-to-face classes have become commonplace, and professors and students are making great efforts to adapt to the new educational environment. In order to improve the quality of non-face-to-face lectures amid these changes, it is necessary to study the factors affecting lecture satisfaction. Therefore, This paper presents a new methodology using big data to identify the factors affecting university lecture satisfaction changed before and after COVID-19. We use Topic Modeling method to analyze lecture reviews before and after COVID-19, and identify factors affecting lecture satisfaction. Through this, we suggest the direction for university education to move forward. In addition, we can identify the factors of satisfaction and dissatisfaction of lectures from multiangle by establishing a topic classification model with an F1-score of 0.84 based on KoBERT, a deep learning language model, and further contribute to continuous qualitative improvement of lecture satisfaction.

  • QFT는 플랜트의 변동을 고려하여 주파수 영역에서 설계하는 제어기법으로 파라미터의 변화 및 외란에 강인한 제어기 설계에 적합한 제어기 설계 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 종축 방향의 항공기 무게 중심이 변화하는 범위에 대하여 요구 비행성(Flying Quality)을 만족하도록 하는 강인한 QFT 제어기의 설계기법을 제안하였다. 시뮬레이션을 통하여 제안한 QFT 제어기가 무게중심의 변화 범위에서 주어진 비행성능을 만족함을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 청소년기 자녀들이 의사소통 만족을 어떻게 지각하고 있는지를 실증적으로 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구의 결과 첫째, 가족응집성과 적응성 의사소통 변인은 자녀성별, 어머니 연령, 교육수준 등에 의하여 영향을 받았으나, 의사소통 만족도는 어머니 연령, 가족형태에 의하여 영향을 받았다. 둘째, 가족응집성과 적응성이 높을수록 의사소통 만족도는 높게 나타났다. 이는 청소년 가족의 정서적 유대감과 변화 대처능력은 어머니와의 의사소통 만족과 관련이 깊은 것을 보여준다. 세째, 어머니와 청소년 자녀간의 의사소통 만족도에 큰 영향력을 미치는 것은 부정적인 대화로 나타나, 긍정적인 대화를 이끌수 있는 어머니의 역할이 강조된다.
