  • 본 연구에서는 선용품 구매 업체를 선택함에 어떠한 요인들이 중요한가를 설문을 통해 계층적 의사결정(AHP)기법을 이용하여 그 요인별 우선순위를 도출하였다. 이를 바탕으로 향후 선용품업체들의 마케팅전략 수립에 방향을 제시하고, 선용품 구매업체의 요구를 효율적으로 충족시킬 수 있는 방안을 수립할 수 있는 자료를 제공하고, 구매 선택 요인에 관한 이론 정립에 기여하고자 한다.

  • 친환경, 녹색성장, 그린마케팅 등이 현대사회의 중요한 이슈가 되고 있는 가운데 환경보존 활동들이 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 스포츠와 여가학 관련 학문에서도 환경에 대한 인식이 강조되고 있기 때문에 레크리에이션 전문화 수준에 따라서 환경의식에 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는가를 규명하고자 한다. 전문화의 하위요인과 환경의식은 정적인 상관관계가 있으며, 전문화 수준이 높아질수록 환경의식도 높아지고 있다. 레크리에이션 전문화의 하위요인 중 정서적 요인이 환경의식에 정적 영향을 미치고 있으며, 정서적 전문화의 하위요인 중 매력 요인이 환경의식에 정적인 영향을 미치고 있다.

입찰계약방식의 결정요인에 관한 연구

  • 입찰계약방식은 발주기업인 구매자가 최선의 공급자를 결정하기 위해 선택 가능한 하나의 전략적 도구로서 매우 중요한 의의를 지니고 있다. 본연구는 대리이론과 거래비용분석에 의해 발주기업의 입찰계약방식결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 이론적으로 제시하고 있다. 본 연구는 입찰계약방식이 거래의 관계지향성과 계약의 명시성의 두가지 차원을 본질로 하고 있으며, 이들 두가지 차원에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 정보의 비대칭성, 지각된 위험의 크기, 성과측정 및 감시의 필요성, 응찰기업에 대한 신뢰와 몰입수준, 발주기업의 상대적 의존도의 다섯 가지 요인을 들고 있다. 본연구는 입찰계약방식이 이들 요인에 의해 어떻게 결정되는가를 명제의 형태로 제시하고 있으며, 실증분석을 위한 몇 가지 제언도 함께 제시하고 있다.

The Success Factors of Domestic Start-up Companies: Case of Woowa Brothers (국내 스타트업의 현황 및 성공요인 분석: (주)우아한형제들의 사례를 통하여)

  • As startup companies are recognized as the important source of job creation and economic growth, the study is trying to find out the current situation of startup companies and their success factors in South Korea. The study analyzes the success factor of Woowa Brothers recognized as a unicorn start-up company in 2018 by using ERIS model and Start-up Developmental Stages. The ERIS model emphasizes Entrepreneurs, Resources, Industry Environment and Strategy for company performance and three developmental stages are divided into initiation, commercial and growth stages. The results indicate that the Woowa Brothers' success factor was to catch the appropriate timing in ERIS and to combine unique methods by differentiating itself from existing competitors at each stage. With analyses of success factor of Woowa Brothers as a case model, the study reveals limitations and recommends the direction of future research for producing more unicorn companies in South Korea.

  • Even though the domestic CM market has expanded in size continually since 2000, concerns of obstacles for vitalizing CM market have risen. A critical concern is clients' low recognition and motivation to make use of CM services. In this situation, it is important for CM firms to actively promote their marketing activities. The objective of this paper is to identify major characteristics of CM firms' marketing strategies and methods in relation to the management of CM service as a commodity.

  • This study focused on analyzing the effects of characteristics of marketing mix on brand image, perception, switching barrier and loyalty of authorized dealers in the Korean CCTV converging channels. This study formulated a structural equational model, in which characteristics of marketing mix was adapted as an exogenous variable and in which brand image, perception of authorized dealer, switching barrier were included as mediator variables, having influences to the endogenous variable such as loyalty of authorized dealers. In this study, 8 hypotheses were formulated, on which this research models were based, in order to test the significance of mediator effects, suggested in the previous articles, that having high significance. This study collected the effective questionnaires of 191 respondents who were the authorized dealers in nationwide and then analyzed with AMOS20 and SPSS20 to test the hypotheses. This study concluded as follows: Product and price in marketing mix had a significant effect on the brand image but only advertising had some effects on the perception of providing parties.

  • Domestic corporation in High-tech industry invest huge amounts of economic resources into the Research & Development(R&D) department, especially into new product development. It might be an adequate explanation for this phenomena that as the product life cycle gets shorter, and environmental uncertainty necessitates core competency from every corporation, new product planning becomes a vital going concern for the company to keep and increase its market share This could originate from an inappropriate combination between new products and other marketing mix elements. But it could be that the main cause of these failures com from unsatisfactory customers. In the other words, R&D department failed to sufficiently recognize market needs. This could be solved through integration between marketing department R&D department This study supposes that integration between these two departments-marketing department and R&D department influences the success of new product. In other to prove this, this study examined the determinant factors which influence the integration and the relationships

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the moderating effect of internal marketing on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention of dental hygienists. The subjects of the study were dental hygienists in Ulsan, Busan and Kyungnam(N=191). The data were analyzed using SPSS for windows version 18.0. In conclusion, we obtained the next results. First, the influencing factor in turnover intention showed next sequences, job demand, organizational system, job insecurity and interpersonal conflict(R2=.321) Second, internal marketing showed had moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. Third, empowerment and reward system in sub-domain of internal marketing has moderating effect on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. In conclusion, the results of this study will contribute to the future dental human resource management.
