This paper describes the development of an inquiry-based fieldwork program based on Yangdong village where students explore the ways that it can develop in a sustainable way. Important considerations in an inquiry-based fieldwork design include what the key inquiry questions should be, the geographical issues of fieldwork location, the potential roles of mobile technologies, design of learning activities and a final product, and the roles of a teacher. Student fieldwork activities, including mapping land-use changes at the building level, detecting what should be changed or remain the same, and conducting interview with residents to examine their perceptions of overall tourism impacts, are supported by mobile technologies (i.e., the Collector for ArcGIS and the Google Forms). Twenty one high school students participated in a field test of the program in February 2016, which allowed authors to evaluate the program. Students' pre-, in-, and post-fieldwork activities were observed and the data and final products which they gathered and producted were analyzed. The post-program survey indicated that the students deepened and expanded their understanding of Yangdong village and expressed their satisfaction with the program in general. Incorporating mobile technologies into inquiry-based geographical fieldwork can help students involved in collaborative problem solving and creative activities in real world settings and create a shareable multimodal product combining maps, photo, and text.

지난 5월 20일, 한승수 국무총리 주재로 열린 식품안전정책위원회에서 오는 2010년까지 오리고기와 닭고기의 포장 유통이 전면 의무화할 것을 밝혔다. 또한 지난 19일에는 오리 농가 HACCP평가 기준(안)을 시범적용키로 하고 사육 단계부터 도압 가공 유통에 이르기까지 HACCP을 적용 권장하면서 철저히 위생적인 오리육 생산을 위한 방향으로 흘러가고 있다. 더욱이 지난해부터 적은 양이지만 오리고기가 군납품목에 포함되고, 학교급식 등에도 조금씩 시장을 늘려가면서 균일한 품질과 규격에 대한요구가 커져가고 있다.

대한급식신문은 단체급식 산업과 문화의 발전을 선도하는 국내 대표 단체급식 전문신문이다. 급식이란 '외식 산업'을 비롯해 상업성 비상업성 급식 모두를 포함하는 정의로 우리 오리산업과 긴밀하지 않을 수 없다. 그리고 우리와 같은 급식 산업 내의 소비자와 공급자, 그리고 관계 기관들은 국내 급식 외식산업의 조명을 대한급식신문을 통해 공유하고 있다. 국내 급식산업은 2006년 대형위탁급식업체의 학교급식 식중독사고 이후 많은 변화를 겪었다. 이로 인해 우리나라 모든 학교가 직영급식체제로 변환하게 되었지만, 국내 급식환경이 너무 열악하여 관련 종사자들에게 정보를 전달해 줄 수 있는 방법이 전혀 없었던 실정이었다. 이에 지금의 최석철 발행인은 대한급식신문을 창간하고 국내 급식 외식산업을 수준 높은 산업의 이미지를 각인시키는데 이바지 해오고 있다. 또한 '우수급식 외식산업전, 설맞이 명절 선물상품전, 한가위 명절선물상품전' 등 연간 3회의 전시회를 주관, 국내 급식 외식산업의 새로운 판로개척의 기회를 제공하고 있다. 현재 매쎄이앤디 대표이사와 대한급식신문사의 대표이사로 활발한 활동을 펼치고 있는 최석철 발행인을 본지에서 만나봤다.

This paper focused on the continuing the citizen safety, the contributing the local economy's activation, and the improving the safe and the social walfare on the civil environment. Seoul metropolitan nominated the model village the Buggaja 2 dong of the Seodaemoon-gu for the making safe village in the 2013. It is designed the village map for the safe life, discovered the dangerous factor about the various and social facilities which is a road, a walking way, a school, a enjoy place for the children, a Thema place, the leasure place, facilities etc., and improved the model village for the incident's and accident's reduction education and training from 2011 to 2013. The results on the discovering and improving activities by the resilient safe monitoring activity, in the 2011 the village is reduced the 23 people from the 151 people to the 128 people in the dead number into the total citizen 34,000 during a year, is showed the excellent values, which the dead people reduced the 23 people in the village, which the safe-life result was over the 12.8% in the national average. For the making resilient city, for the supporting the visitors which it looks around the safe-life model village, the tracking road map is designed, and the tenth safe life factors is showed.

The purpose of this study is to understand whether the architecture of the mountain village conforms to the geography and local landscape, and become a unique scenic element. Also, the study is to grasp the status of the village landscape design elements. The methods and contents of the study were surveyed by field research with references in Biederbach community, an isolated mountain village in Southwestern Germany. The time frame for the survey research is July 2015. The contents of the study include the analysis of the village's landscape structure, architecture, and landscape design patterns. The following conclusions were reached through the above research process. First, the village landscape structure seen in the mid-distance view is the hilly scene of the alpine region, which houses the sloping terrain of Black Forest and surrounds the residential area with the grassland covered by the Black Forest. Second, the main elements of the town's landscape building are historical culture, traditional architecture, topology and nature, and artificial environmental design. Third, the landscape design utilizing the village's resources creates a sustainable community's residential environment.

The purpose of this study is to examine improvements of after-school care policy for elementary school-age children based on children's rights in the community. After-school care is important to support children right of survive and protect, as well as the right to development and participation. To support integrated child rights through the policy, local government's duty is growing in the Covid-19 world. Therefore, the main policy of out-of-school care is analyzed from the perspective of children's rights. Current after-care policy focuses on the right of protection privileges. Providing a safe facility is important, but there is a lack of policy design to expand children's options to learn by various activity which can be utilized with community resources as care contents. The role of government to this is requested to supplement accountability, fairness, democracy and public interest more than over quantitative expansion of services. This study presented an alternative based on the universal elementary care providing happy after-school hours.

Not only the education that follows the school curriculum but also the education that cultivates practical abilities, such as creative experiential activity, is becoming more and more important in the elementary education in order to accept the social demand about the change in the educational environment. Among these movements, 'village-coupled school' has been carried forward as a policy of the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education since 2016, and it is operating various programs to establish the educational cooperation system of schools and villages. Particularly, each office of education is publishing the 'village resource sourcebook' and introducing the student experiential programs of public facilities that are located at each region in order to enable the experiencing of experiential activities that utilized educational resources of the region. However, the standard or basis about the composition of the regional experiential learning curriculum is currently missing. Regarding the operation of the regional experiential learning, it seems that the school curriculum and associated facility experience or others would mutually increase the educational synergy effect. This research is a proposal to increase the educational effect of regional experiential learning. In the aspect of the experience at a public facility located in the region, it aims at analyzing the use, characteristic, and others of public facilities that appear in the elementary school textbook and propose the base data of the composition of the experiential activity program related to the curriculum.

The aim of this study is to make abolished school utilized to be served for promotion of off-farm incomes, vitality of agriculture and rural communities' economic, i.e. directly related in inhabitants' income. The methods of this study was to classify the types of utilization via analysis of abolished school data base which served by Ministry of Education & Human Resources Development. Moreover, we tried to derive problems of management and the existing system via interview survey of the nation's best 100 executives who utilize abolished school and present active factors of abolished school utilization and improvement directions. Then, we classified types of the idle agricultural land utilization into categories and selected the survey site which were the best on the idle agricultural land. Then, we suggests utilization and improvement directions to the use and management of idle agricultural land for increasing inhabitants' income, vitality of agriculture and rural communities' economic.

한국건강관리협회는 외교통상부와 한국국제협력단(KOICA)으로부터 '국제빈곤퇴치기여금'을 지원받아 2009년 8월부터 2011년 6월까지 2년간 정부 무상원조지원사업으로 수단 화이트나일쥐(州) 알자발라인 지역의 주혈흡충퇴치사업을 실시하고 있다. 한국건강관리협회의 조한익 회장과 서울의대 홍성태 교수, 충남의대 이영하 교수 등 전문가와 남편의 고향이 수단 화이트나일주(州) 코스티인 연합뉴스의 박인숙 기자가 함께 지난 12월 20일부터 31일까지 수단 화이트나일주(州)에서 식수공급 정수시설 완공식을 갖고 사업 전반에 대한 중간점검을 비롯한 주혈흡충 중증감염 마을과 학교를 방문해 실태조사와 치료, 재감염예방을 위한 실시했다.

본 논문에서는 XNA Game Studio를 이용하여 Kinect 기반의 Bubble Pang 게임을 설계하고 구현한다. 이 게임은 유아용 게임으로 3개 스테이지 과일마을, 숫자학교, 영어하우스로 구성되어 있다. 게임 캐릭터와 각 스테이지는 유아용에 적합하도록 부드러운 느낌을 주기 위해 전체적으로 둥근 곡선을 이용하여 구현한다. 각 스테이지에서는 게임 캐릭터가 플레이어에게 힌트를 주고, 그 힌트를 참고하여 해답을 찾는다. 또한, Kinect 센서로 얻은 플레이어의 뎁스 정보와 스켈레톤 정보를 이용하여 플레이어의 동작과 게임 캐릭터 동작을 연동시킨다.
