The in vitro plantlets of cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz cv. MColl 22) could be regenerated from nodal explant cultures in a liquid MS basal medium containing 0.01 mg/L zeatin for 2 weeks. The plantlets of 1.5∼2.5 cm in shoot length were transplanted to a glass bottle containing fine sand and acclimated under non-sterile conditions after excising their intact roots by: 1) prune leaving roots base of 1∼1.5 cm; 2) complete removal of roots; and 3) cutting off the rooting zone. The majority of in vitro-formed intact roots continued growth after transferred to soil, and all of the damaged roots stopped further growth. The plantlets with excised roots began to develop new roots within 7∼10 days after being transferred to a glass bottle, and a few of the pruned roots developed lateral roots from the remaining portion. Pruning and removal of in vitro roots resulted in a high survival rate (>87%), and did not significantly affect ex vitro root regeneration and acclimation, but the plantlets in which the rooting zone had been cut-off showed 73% survival rate. Pruning or removal of in vitro roots before transfer of plantlets is recommended for useful method of commercial micropropagation because of easier handling and high survival rate of plantlets.

다가올 21세기를 한 마디로 규정짓는다면 정보화 사회라고 말할 수 있다. 이러한 정보화 사회는 국가의 힘과 부, 개인의 삶의 수준이 기술, 정보, 지식, 문화 등 지식 자산의 수준에 의하여 결정된다. 지적 자산의 수준은 본질적으로 개개인의 학습 능력과 창의력에 의존하고, 더 구체적으로는 정보를 획득하고 평가하는 능력, 정보를 조직하고 관리하는 능력, 정보를 해석하고 유통 활용하는 능력 등의 함양 여부에 달려 있다. 우리나라의 교육에서도 정보화 교육이 이루어지고는 있지만, 아직까지 초보적인 수준을 벗어나지 못하고 있다. 특히 각 교과 활동에서 정보를 수집, 분석, 유통, 활용하는 능력을 신장시키기 위한 다각적인 노력을 기울이고 있다. 이 논문에서는 초등학교에서 데이터베이스 개념활동을 통해 정보소양능력을 기르는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 정보소양 능력을 향상하는 방안으로 기존의 컴퓨터를 통한 데이터베이스의 사전 지식이나 이론의 도입 없이 데이터베이스 개념을 통한 활동 중심적인 프로젝트를 수행함에 따라 자연스럽게 정보소양능력이 향상되는지 알아보고자 한다.

들깻잎은 식생활의 변화로 인한 육류소비의 증가와 더불어 수요량이 급격히 증가하고 있다. 들깻잎은 특유의 향취로 인해 육류나 생선회, 영양탕 등의 음식점에서 상추와 함께 대량소비가 되고 있는 실정이다. 들깻잎의 수확은 반촉성 재배시 40-50일 뒤부터 수확하게 되며 봄가을에는 10일, 여름에는 5-7일 간격으로 수확한다. 들깻잎의 수확기간은 만생종은 150일, 조생종은 110일 정도이다. 1회 수확 시 보통 주당 1-2장(1마디)의 잎을 수확하며 숙련된 노동자의 경우 7,000-1l,000장 정도의 잎을 수확할 수 있다. (중략)

급변하는 환경에 대응하기 위하여 최근 우리나라의 기업들은 책임경영제, 팀제, 수평 조직, 권한이양, Client/Server환경 등 다양한 기법들을 도입하고 있는데, 이들 기법들의 공통적인 특징을 한 마디로 표현하면 분권화라 할 수 있을 것이다. 따라서 분권화가 지닌 전체 최적인 아닌 부분 최적, 구성원간의 갈등, 조직 전체적 차원의 의사결정 및 실행의 어려움등과 같은 기본적인 문제들을 해결하기 위해서 이해관계자들간의 집단의사결정의 중요성은 분권화의 추세와 더불어 더욱 증대되고 있다. 본 연구는 S그룹의 산임과장 700여명을 6-7명을 한 조로 하여 총 110개 조를 편성한 후, 조별로 문제를 해결해 가는 과정을 직접 관찰하였다. 관찰결과 110조 중 100조 이상이 거의 동일한 의사결정 과정을 밟아갔으며 그들이 밟아 간 과정은 합리적 의사결정이론에서 제시하는 과정과는 거리가 멀었다.

Recent studies on emotion as memory,and effects of emotion on memory were reviewied. The main issues discussed were : memory of emotional events,relation between implicit memory and emotion, and the effect of emotion on autobigraphical memory. The theoretical possibility and implications that emotion is not stored as some lower level node information in semantic network but as some higher level and inclusive information were descussed.

T-Commerce는 한 마디로 TV를 통한 e-commerce이다. 그러나 단어가 주는 간단함과는 달리 기존의 e-commerce나 m-Commerce가 가졌던 전통적 상거래 개념으로부터의 혁명성을 한 차원 더 뛰어넘는 엄청난 잠재력과 변화력을 가지고 있는 새로운 개념이자 현상이다. 즉, e-commerce가 갖고 있는 개별성, 즉시성, 상호작용성, 다매체성의 장점 위에 욕구의 충동성, 편의성 및 고감도성이 결합된 새로운 경제문화행위 방식이라 할 수 있다. 우리에게 너무도 친숙한 TV방송의 디지털화를 통한 방송과 통신의 융합현상으로 방송 산업의 형태도 빠르게 변화되고 있다. 이러한 시장의 확대는 데이터 방송의 양방향 서비스인 T-Commerce에 대한 새로운 서비스를 가능하게 하는 기술과 성공적인 사업모델에 대한 실질적인 준비가 전제되어야만 가능하다. 본 고에서는 T-Commerce 비즈니스 모델과 전략에 따른 기술에 관하여 논하고자 한다.

회로망을 해석하는데는 i) 지로해석법, ii) 루우프해석법, iii) 메슈해석법, iv) 마디해석법, v) 컷세트해석법및 vi) 상태공간해석법 등이 사용됨은 이미 알고 있다. 다루는 회로가 비교적 간단한 구성의 선형, 시불변 회로망이고 또한 종이와 연필로 회로망해석을 수행하여야 될때에는 익혀온 이들 해석법을 관례대로 따르면 될 것이나, 다룰려는 회로망이 대형인 복잡한 구조의 것이든지 혹은 비선형소자, 시변소자 등을 포함하는 경우에는 독립회로방정식들을 체계있게 세워 나가는데에도 어려움이 있거니와, 설혹 회로방정식군을 세웠다 하드라도 이들을 풀어 나가는데에도 이젠 우리가 할 수 있는 능력한계를 느끼게 된다. 전자계산기가 스스로 독립성을 지닌 필요한 개수의 회로망방정식들을 작성하고, 또한 풀이도 요구되는 특성을 갖는 회로망을 설계하여주면, 많은 수고와 번거로움이 덜어진다. 이러한 뜻에서 전산기의 활용에 의한 회로망의 해석, 설계 (computer oriented network analysis and synthesis)이론이 바람직하다. 여기서는 이러한 전산기의 사용에 의한 회로망의 해석, 설계이론의 기초가 되는 부분을 가려서 위상 그래프이론에 따른 회로망 해석방법을 해설한다.

Based on a new concept of connection index of a weighted graph, a new efficient houris tic algorithm of 0(v.e) for network partitioning is presented, where v and e are the number of nodes and edges, respectively. Experimental results show that our algorithm is very efficient and yields an optimal or near optimal solution for a number of partitioning problems tested. Some applications of the proposed algorithm are suggested and its computer implementation is described in detail.

문자열 간추리기(string ordering)에 관한 국제 표준인 ISO 14651의 내용 중 공통틀표(CTT)의 한글 관련 규정은, 첫 가끝 조합형과 완성형 어느 쪽으로도 부호화가 가능한 한글 문서의 특성을 무시하여 이들을 분리하여 기술함으로써 두 부호값 체계에 대한 상호 연관성과 통일성을 잃고 있다. 또한 ordering에 필수적인 UCS 완성형 글자마디의 무게값(weight)을 할당하지 않음으로써 형식적 완결성과 내용적 명료성을 잃고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 CTT의 규정을 한글 문서의 부호화 방법에 따라 유형별로 검토하여 그 문제점을 지적하고, 이와 관련하여 어떤 한글 문서이든 이를 일관성 있게 ordering할 수 있도록 하는 \"CTT 한글 부분의 개정 방안\"을 제안함으로써 한글 ordering과 관련된 현 CTT 상의 여러 문제점들을 해결하고자 하였다.해결하고자 하였다.

In this paper, a computer vision system, which catches printed music score image using CCTV camera and microcomputer, and then recognizes the image and performs tar music with speaker, is discussed. Integral projection method is adopted for feature detection and recognition of the music score image. The range of recognition is con(ined to staffs, perpen-dicular lines and musical notes including chord notes among the various kinds of elements of music score. The practical recognition algorithm considering noises, the preprocessing processes getting rid of noises are also showed, and simple hardware system playing chord is made, In the results, good recognition ratio and performance are obtained.
