Analysis of interest in makeup and color preference according to the pursuit of appearance management -Focusing on women in Gwangju and Jeollanam-do (외모관리 추구에 따른 메이크업 관심도와 컬러 선호도에 관한 분석 -광주, 전남권역 여성을 중심으로)

  • Along with hair beauty, skin beauty, and nail beauty, according to the rapidly changing social flow of industrialization and appearanceism, makeup is acting as an important means for successful social life and smooth human relationships. Accordingly, the realistic need to increase sales of the beauty industry by investigating individual preferred makeup colors from various angles is emerging. Therefore, the makeup interest and color preference according to the pursuit of appearance management were analyzed for women in their teens to 40s living in Gwangju Metropolitan City and Jeollanam-do. As a result of the study, it was found that service workers, students, and teenagers and younger usually wear a lot of makeup. ) was found to be the most used. Through this study, I believe that it will be used as basic data for future makeup product development as well as application data for color selection by makeup artists as well as to increase sales of beauty shops.

  • 최근 기후변화 및 지구온난화의 영향으로 집중호우, 돌발홍수, 가뭄 등 기상 이변이 빈번하게 발생하고 있어 물관리의 불확실성과 복잡성이 매우 높아지고 있다. 대규모 하천의 경우 다목적댐과 다기능보를 이용하여 홍수 및 가뭄에 대응이 비교적 용이하나, 중소하천의 경우 하천길이가 짧고 하천경사가 급해서 홍수파의 이동시간이 짧기 때문에 홍수대비를 위한 시간이 매우 짧다. 또한 중소하천 관리를 담당하는 지자체는 열악한 재정 여건과 전문인력 및 기술력 부족으로 인해 예방보다 사후복구에 집중하는 상황이며, 최근 하천 고수부지를 수변공원, 천변주차장 등으로의 공간적 활용이 증가됨에 따라 홍수발생시 위험성도 증가하고 있어 예방 및 대응 중심의 홍수 모니터링 기준 수립이 시급하다. 이에 K-water는 공익사업의 일환으로 K-water의 홍수 및 하천관리 노하우를 지자체와 공유하고 있다. 해당지자체의 과거 기상 및 수문자료들을 활용하여 홍수분석을 수행하고 지자체 중소하천에 최적화된 우량 및 수위 홍수 모니터링 기준을 수립하여 선제적 홍수대응을 할 수 있는 여건을 조성하였다. 또한 해당지자체의 우량 수위관측소의 분포와 용수전용댐 및 농업용저수지를 반영하여 유역특성을 고려한 홍수분석모형을 구축하였으며, 예상강우에 따른 주요 지점별 예상수위 및 도달시간 분석으로 지자체 담당자의 홍수대응을 지원하고자 한다. 하천 수위국 기준의 우량 알람은 하천 수위 상승 전 예비 알람의 성격으로 수위국의 수위가 상승하기 전 대비할 수 있는 선제적 대응 예방시간 확보에 도움이 될 수 있다. 또한 단계별 수위모니터링 기준에 의거하여 보행자 및 차량 통행제한 등의 조치를 취할 수 있으며, 제방월류 전 사전대응시간을 확보할 수 있어 자자체에서 능동적으며 선제적인 홍수 대응이 가능할 것으로 판단된다. 하지만 하천 수위국의 상황이 홍수에 따라 변화될 수 있으며, 홍수량 재산정 또는 하천기본 계획의 재수립 등 정책적, 현실적인 상황의 변화로 인해 모니터링 기준이 변화되어야 하는 경우에는 지속적인 보완이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

  • This experiments were carried out to know the effect of ripened grain under low temperature ($20^{\circ}C/13^{\circ}C$) and out door condition when 2 chemicals including. Dachigaren were applied at 7-8 days before heading and heading stage. Low temperature plot is more effective than out door temperature plot to chemicals. Secondary tillers is more effective than primary tillers to chemicals. SZ8028+ABA is the most effective chemical than Dachigaren and SZ8028. SZ8028+ABA is the most effective chemical regardless of low or high temperature to ripeness. Iri 327 is higher than Jinheung.. The plot of SZ8028+ABA or Dachigaren applied is higher than SZ8028 or control at 0-20% of sterile. Percentage of hulled rice above 2.0mm was increased 87.6% of Dachigaren, 88.7% of SZ8028 90.2% of SZ8028+ABA compared with 83.4% of control.

Structural, Magnetic and Magneto-Optical Properties of Substituted Ba Ferrite Films Grown by RF Sputtering (스퍼터법으로 제조한 이온 치환 Ba 훼라이트 박막의 구조 및 자기적, 자기광학적 성질)

  • Structural, magnetic and magneto-optical(1.0~3.2eV) properties of rare earth (Ce, Pr, Eu), transition metal(Ni, Co), and Al substituted polycrystalline Ba ferrite films grown by rf sputtering have been investigated. TEM studies revealed that crystal grains in the films were reduced in size from several hundred nm to the order of 1 nm with the decrease of rf power density during sputtering. By substituting Al, square hysteresis loops have successfully been obtained. It has been found that Niions strongly enhances Faraday rotation of the films in the visible range. It has been confirmed that Co ions also strongly enhances Faraday rotation of the films in the near infrared. En- hancement in Faraday rotation by Ce, Pr, and Eu ions has not been observed. The origin of the enhancement in magnetic and magneto-optical properties of the films is discussed.

  • 일당귀[Angelica acutiloba (Siebold & Zucc.) Kitagawa]는 산형과(Apiaceae), 당귀속(Angelica)에 속하는 다년생 식물로 일본이 원산지다. 국내에서는 참당귀(A. gigas)와 더불어 뿌리를 약용의 목적으로 재배하며, 잎과 줄기는 쌈채소로 이용하는 작물 중 하나이다. 본 연구의 목적은 일당귀에 대한 GA3 처리 및 온도에 따른 발아특성을 분석하여 약용 및 식용으로 활용도가 높은 일당귀의 재배 및 생산에 대한 기초자료로 사용함에 있다. 연구에 사용된 일당귀의 종자는 강원도 태백시에 위치하는 일당귀 재배농가에서 2021년 10월에 채종한 종자를 구입하여 실험에 사용하였고, 종자의 수분흡수율과 다온도 종자발아기를 활용하여 GA3농도 4조건(50 ppm, 100 ppm, 500 ppm, 1,000 ppm), 온도 6조건(5 ℃, 10 ℃, 15 ℃, 20 ℃, 25 ℃, 30 ℃)에 따른 발아특성을 조사하였다. 연구결과 일당귀 종자 100립의 초기 무게 0.264 g에서 증류수 침지 2시간이 경과 후 약 60 %의 무게가 증가한 0.424 g으로 증가하였고, 이후 5 %내외의 수분흡수율을 보이며 48시간 경과 후 약 120% 증가한 0.587 g을 나타냈으며, 이후 72시간 경과 후 0.582 g으로 측정되어 일당귀 종자의 수분포화도는 약 120%정도 내외로 사료된다. GA3농도 및 온도에 따른 발아율은 500 ppm의 GA3농도에서 가장 높은 75.63 %의 발아율을 나타냈으며, 15 ℃와 20 ℃의 온도에서 가장 높은 77.6 %의 발아율을 나타냈다. 하지만 각각의 GA3농도 및 온도에 따른 발아율은 500 ppm의 GA3농도, 10 ℃의 온도 처리구에서 가장 높은 89.9 %의 발아율을 나타냈으며, 5 ℃의 온도 처리구에서는 모든 GA3처리구에서 발아가 진행되지 않았다.

A Study on the Health Status and Burnout Syndrome of Orthopedic Physiotherapists According to the Working Institution: Focusing on the Seoul Metropolitan Area (근무기관에 따른 정형도수물리치료사의 건강상태, 번아웃증후군에 관한 연구: 서울시 지역을 중심으로)

  • Background: This study compared orthopedic physiotherapists from different working institutions regarding their health status and burnout syndrome to understand the work-related factors that affect health status and burnout syndrome Methods: This study was conducted from October 28 to November 13, 2022, focusing on physiotherapists working in medical institutions located in metropolitan areas, such as Seoul, Gyeonggi, and Incheon. A total of 591 questionnaires were analyzed. The questionnaire consisted of questions related to the basics of physical therapy, general matters, types of working institutions, health conditions, and burnout syndrome. Results: No significant difference was detected in health self-awareness status whether the working institution was a clinic, nursing hospital, hospital, oriental hospital, general hospital, or university hospital. Among the burnout factors, nursing hospitals showed the highest scores for retirement demands, work unfavorability, physical fatigue, mental fatigue, and reasons for work because of salary. By contrast, university hospitals showed the highest enthusiasm and other institutions showed the lowest enthusiasm for work. In particular, in terms of enthusiasm, scores were significantly more positive in university hospitals than in other institutions. Conclusion: A management plan for burnout for orthopedic manual physiotherapists working in nursing hospitals is needed, and future research will examine the health status of orthopedic manual physiotherapists and work that may affect burnout syndrome. An exploration of management measures, such as health promotion and burnout syndrome prevention, is needed that adds other items, such as differences in environment and differences in the number and disease severity of patients

Mechanical Alloying and the Consolidation Behavior of Nanocrystalline $Ll_2$ A$1_3$Hf Intermetallic Compounds (Cu 첨가에 따른 nanocrystalline ${Ll_2}{Al_3}Hf$ 금속간 화합물의 기계적 합금화 거동 및 진공열간 압축성형거동)

  • To improve the ductility of $A1_3Hf$ intermetallics, which are the potential high temperature structural materials, the mechanical alloying behavior. the effect of Cu addition on the $Ll_2$ phase formation and the behavior of vacuum hot-pressed consolidation were investigated. During the mechanical alloying by SPEX mill, the $Ll_2 A1_3Hf$ intermetallics with the grain size of 7~8nm was formed after 6 hours of milling in Al-25at.%Hf system. The $Ll_2$ Phase of Al_3Hf$ intermetallics with the addition of 12.5at.%Cu, similar to that of the binary Al-25at.% Hf, was formed, but the milling time necessary for the formationof the $Ll_2$ phase was delayed form 6 hours to 10 hours. The lattice parameter of ternary $Ll_2(Al+Cu)_3Hf$ intermetallics decreased with the increase of Cu content. The onset temperature of $Ll_2$ to $D0_{23}$ phase in $Al_3Hf$ intermetallics was around 38$0^{\circ}C$, the temperature upon completion varied from 48$0^{\circ}C$ to 5$50^{\circ}C$ as the annealing time. The onset temperature of $Ll_2$ to $D0_{23}$ phase transformation in $(Al+ Cu)_3Hf$ intermetallics increased with the amount of Cu and the highest onset temperature of $700^{\circ}C$ was achieved by the Cu addition of 10at.%. The relative density increased from 89% to 90% with the Cu addition of 10at.% in $Al_3Hf$ intermetallics hot-pressed in vacuum under 750MPa at 40$0^{\circ}C$ for 3 hours. The relative density of 92.5% was achieved without the phase transformation and the grain growth as the consolidation temperature increased from 40$0^{\circ}C$ to 50$0^{\circ}C$ in $(Al+Cu)_3Hf$ intermetallics hot-pressed in vacuum under 750MPa for 3 hours.

Screening of Resistant Lines and Yield Losses to F1 Corn from Feeding by the Aphid and Mite (진딧물과 응애 가해에 의한 옥수수 F1의 수량감소율 과 저항성계통 선발)

  • Aphid and mite are the major insects that harm corn. These insects are difficult to control because they are very sensitive to environmental conditions. The purpose of this experiment was to information the loss in quantity of corn and to select inbred lines with resistance after exposing corn to aphid and mite. When exposed to aphid, the average loss in grain yield, ear length, ear diameter, 100 kernel weight, kernel length, kernel width, and kernel thickness were 18.4, 10.9, 1.7, 5.4, 2.3, 1.5 and -0.2%, respectively. When exposed to mite, the average loss in grain yield, ear length, ear diameter, 100 kernel weight, kernel length, kernel width, and kernel thickness were 49.7, 16.5, 20.7, 18.9, 9.5, and -3.4, respectively. Mite had more significant impact on the loss than aphid. Among these factors, grain yield and ear dimater were most significantly correlated on the loss to aphid ($r=0.83^{**}$), while kernel length and thickness were most significantly correlated on the loss to mite ($r=0.83^{**}$). However, ear length was not related to loss to the two insects. The inbred lines that were often used for $F_1$ hybrid which was lower than the average loss by aphid, were KS7, B68, 61B3, 70A1, and KS5, while the inbred lines that were often used for $F_1$ hybrid which was lower than the average decrease by mite, were KS7, B68, 61B3, 66B2-4, 70A1, 72B2, and KS5. These inbred lines could be used to breed inbred lines, hybrid, and open pollination variety that confer resistant to aphid and mite.

Effect of Green Manure Crops Incorporation with Rice Cultivation on Soil Fertility Improvement in Paddy Field (벼 재배시 녹비작물 혼입에 따른 지력개선 효과)

  • This study was carried out to investigate the improvement effect of soil fertility by incorporation of GMC(green manure crops) at rice cropping after cultivation GMC such as the barley for alternative rye in paddy field over the past two years(2006~2007). Plots, which consisted of incorporation time of GMC as rye; heading stage, barley; heading stage, heading stage of rye and 10days after heading stage were divided by amount of applied rates; standard fertilizer fertilization, diagnosis fertilization and non-fertilization. we investigated change of soil physico-chemical properties, degree of decomposition on GMC in soil, growth and yield potential. The obtained results were summarized as follows. The fresh weight of GMC at incorporation time on heading stage of rye, heading stage and 10days after heading stage of barley were $2,715,\;2,352,\;2,867kg\;10a^{-1}$ respectively. Content of total nitrogen at three incorporation times was 1.31, 1.46, 1.38% and the C/N ratio were 33.4, 28.7, and 34.6, respectively. Some soil physical properties, such as soil hardness and bulk density tended to decrease with incorporation of GMC, while surface soil depth and porosity were increased. Some soil chemical properties, such as content of exchangeable cations and cation exchangeable capasity(CEC) were increased with incorporation of GMC compared with before experiment. Rice yields was increased 3~9% in diagnosis application plots on application of barley compared with control($559kg\;10a^{-1}$) and incorporation of barley caused to improve perfect kernel ratio 73.6~78.7% in appearance characteristics of brown rice compared with cotrol(73.0%). It was found that incorporation with 10days after heading stage of barley was more effective to reduce chemical nitrogen fertilizer and to improve soil fertility.

Effects of Combined Application of Rice Bran and Chemical Fertilizer on the Phytochemical Contents of Rice

  • The effect of rice bran (RB) applied alone or in combination with chemical fertilizer at different application rate on the phytochemical and antioxidant properties of rice was investigated. The treatments were 3 levels of RB namely: 200% RB (500 kg $10a^{-1}$), 100% RB (250 kg $10a^{-1}$), 50% RB (125 kg $10a^{-1}$), Recommended fertilizer dose (RF: $N-{P_2}{O_5}{K_2}O$, 11-5.5-4.8 kg $10a^{-1}$) combined with each RB, Half-recommended fertilizer dose (HRF: $N-{P_2}{O_5}{K_2}O$, 5.5-2.75-2.4 kg $10a^{-1}$) combined with each RB, RF and HRF applied at 1, 5, 10 days before rice transplanting (DBT). The parameters investigated were antioxidant, phytosterol and fatty acid contents. Results showed that the antioxidant property and phytosterol contents were high at 10 DBT HRF plus RB, 5 DBT RF plus RB, and 1 DBT 100 and 200% RB. However, total polyphenols increased from 10 to 1 DBT. In the case of fatty acids, no general trend was observed between treatments at different application times. Linoleic acid was high at 10 DBT HRF plus RB while linolenic acid was not affected at different application times. Palmitoeic and oleic acids were not also affected at 5 and 10 DBT. Saturated fatty acids were not also affected by any treatment at different application times except for palmitic acid.Most parameters obtained higher values at 100 and 200% RB treatments in 1 DBT.
