The goal of this study is to improve food coordination, which is one of the factors of menu quality, by surveying satisfaction of students who visit a university cafeteria. Using Amos 7.0 to graphically verify the structure of the overall model, these following results were obtained. First, satisfaction with Interior facilities was positively enhanced by food shapes, food colors, tableware sizes and tableware colors. The more people liked these factors, the higher their satisfaction was. Second, satisfaction with Interior decoration was judged by such factors as food sizes, food colors and tableware colors. Third, satisfaction with Interior lightings was affirmatively affected by the colors of food and tableware. Fourth, Interior facilities, decoration and lightings all have positive influence on satisfaction with food. Higher satisfaction on these factors guarantee higher satisfaction with food. Among the standardized coefficient, Interior decoration(0.460), Interior lighting(0.310), Interior facilities(0.183), Interior decoration appears to be the most important factor for satisfaction with food.

In this paper, we analyze the performance of a direct-conversion UHF RFID reader with the range correlation effects of the phase noise. Since a UHF RFIB system uses the same oscillator to generate the transmitted carrier and the local oscillation, the periodic interference and phase noise reduction effects occur due to time delay between two signals. Through exact theory and simulation, we verify how to cancel the periodic interference phenomena using I/Q diversity combining technique. And, we analyze phase noise reduction effects due to range correlation as a function of the tag-reader distance and the offset frequency Using these results, we simulate the symbol-error-rate performance with respect to phase noise with and without range correation effects. We show that the phase noise of the local oscillator has little effect on the symbol-error-rate performance because of phase noise reduction by range correlation.

This paper describes the design and fabrication of a processing element that will be used as a component in the construction of a two dimensional systolic for FFT. The chip performs data shuffling and radix-2 decimation-in-time (DIT) butterfly arithmetic. It consists of a data routing unit, internal control logic and HBA unit which computes butterfly arithmetic. The 6.5K transistors processing element designed with standard cells has been fabricated with a 2u'm double metal CMOS process, and evaluated by wafer probing measurements. The measured characteristics show that a HBA can be computed in 0.5 usec with a 20MHz clok, and it is estimated that the FFT of length 1024 can be transformed in 11.2 usec.

An 11-year-old intact male Yorkshire terrier had intermittent vomiting, anorexia and depression for a month. Clinical laboratory works showed azotemia and anemia. Chronic kidney disease with developing anemia was diagnosed clinically. Clinical signs were resolved but anemia was deteriorated and blood transfusion was performed. On 10 hours after transfusion, the dog showed acute respiratory distress. Transfusion related acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) was diagnosed based on acute clinical signs, risk factors of transfusion, bilateral alveolar infiltration on thoracic radiographs, and $PO_2:FiO_2$ ratio less than 200 on arterial blood analysis. The dog died within 2 hours after ARDS diagnosis.

An 11 year-old intact female Yorkshire Terrier weighing 3.5 kg was presented with the complain of having a perineal mass, fecal incontinence and tenesmus. Physical examination revealed reducible bilateral ventral perineal mass, enlarged mammary gland and vaginal discharge. Bilateral ventral perineal hernia (BVPH) and pyometra were diagnosed based on the clinical and radiographic findings. Ovariohysterectomy was performed after general anaesthesia to treat pyometra. The BVPH was repaired by herniorrhaphy with semitendinosus muscle transposition along with colopexy and cystopexy. The postoperative radiographs and CT revealed a good correction of the BVPH. The patient showed good activity after 10 days and no complications were observed during a one year follow up period. BVPH can be successfully surgically managed by herniorrhaphy with semitendinosus muscle transposition along with cystopexy and colopexy in the dog.

This paper proposes a new $radix-2^4$ FFT algorithm and an efficient pipeline architecture based on this new algorithm for OFDM systems. The pipeline architecture based on the new algorithm has the same number of multipliers as that of the $radix-2^2$ algorithm. However, the multiplier complexity could be reduced by more than $30\%$ by replacing one half of the programmable complex multipliers by the newly proposed CSD constant complex multipliers. From synthesis simulations of a standard 0.35um CMOS Samsung process, a proposed CSD constant complex multiplier achieved more than $60\%$ area efficiency when compared with the conventional programmable complex multiplier. This promoted efficiency can be used for the design of a long length FFT processor in wireless OFDM applications which needs more power and area efficiency.

Multicarrier DS-CDMA is an effective approach to realize wideband CDMA system in a multipath fading channel. In this paper, we propose a convolutionally-coded overlapped multicarrier DS-CDMA system, and analyze the performance with subband overlapping variation to determine the overlapping percentage showing best performance. Given a total number of subcarriers M*R, we will show that the BER variation is highly dependent on the rolloff factor P of raised-cosine chip wave-shaping filter irrespective of convolutional encoding rate I/M and repetition coding rate 1/R. We also analyze the possibility of reduction in total MUI by considering both variation of a rolloff factor (0 ($\beta$ :1) and variation of subband overlapping factor (0 ( A :2), and show that the proposed system may outperform the multicarrier DS-CDMA system in [1, 12].

The purpose of this study was to investigate the perception and preference on textile design specially on bedding products which are widely interested in the life-style market. The study was carried out targeting to 250 women between the ages of 20s and 40s based on the four seasons. The collected data was processed with SPSS 21.0 program using frequency, cross tabulation, and ANOVA analysis. The results were as following. There were slight differences on the results of the study including purchase behavior and preferred bedding textile design: color, color tone, and pattern on the textile design of bedding products according to age and season. Most of age had similar color preference on the bedding products in the season but a slight different between fall and winter. However, as color tone and pattern on the textile design of the bedding products were concerned, there were significant difference between the age depending on the season. There were significant differences of color tones and patterns in fall and winter, but not significant in spring and summer. Therefore, the domestic market of the bedding products needs more various textile design development according to consumers' preference and seasonal trend which should be discriminated in order to increase product competitiveness.

With increasing of smartphone users various smartphone studies have been carried out. The purpose of this paper is to examine the factors influencing the usage intention of smartphone healthcare application. The influencing factors found from literature reviews on Technology Acceptance Model and the diffusion of innovations theory are user interface design, self-efficacy, innovativeness, and entertainment. Survey is conducted to 220 people in Seoul metropolitan area. The survey results are analyzed regarding the difference for the intention of healthcare application in accordance with respondents' demographic and application usage characteristics. We also examine the difference among four influencing factors by users and non-users. As a result there are significant differences in self-efficacy and innovativeness. This gives some implications to application developers: the system should be easy to use and provide new and useful health contents that can attract early-adopters' attention in order to increase the number of application users.

그래핀은 뛰어난 기계적, 화학적, 광학적, 전기적 특성을 가지고 있는 2차원 물질로써, 화학기상증착법을 이용한 대면적 합성법과 전사 공정을 통해 다양한 기판에서 사용이 가능해지면서 차세대 전자소재로 활용하기 위한 활발한 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 상온 대기에서 간편하게 적용 가능한 고분자용액공정을 도입하여, 그래핀과 폴리에틸렌이민(polyethyleneimine)의 다양한 적층구조를 제작하였다. 폴리에틸렌이민의 높은 밀도의 극성 기능기와 그래핀의 가스배리어 특성을 이용한 상호 보완적인 구조를 형성하여 외부 환경에 장시간 안정적이고 효과적인 n형 도핑 효과를 유지하였다. 그래핀에 결함 형성없이 도핑 농도 조절이 가능하며, 그래핀 고유의 선형적인 상태밀도를 이용한 일함수 조절효과를 확인하였다. 그래핀 p-n 접합 소자를 제작을 통해 베젤라고 렌즈 효과, 반정수 양자 홀 효과를 이용한 기초 연구에 접근이 가능할 것으로 보이며, 응용 분야에서는 태양광전지, 유기 전자 소자 분야 등 그래핀을 이용한 전기적 접촉 개선에 활용될 수 있을 것으로 보인다.
