  • 본 논문은 듀얼듀플렉스구조로 설계된 한국형고속철도 열차제어시스템의 전자연동장치 선로전환기제어모듈에 대하여 안전성활동 체계에 따라 위험원을 도출하고 분석하여 선로전환기제어모듈에 대한 위험측고장률을 예측하였다. 시스템으로 인해 발생할 수 있는 리스크를 분석하여 리스크를 완화하기 위한 안전대책의 수준인 안전무결성레벨에서 제시하는 정량적인 기준을 만족하기 위한 위험측고장률예측을 선로전환기 제어모듈을 대상으로 연구하였다.

  • This study aims to analyze the risk factors caused by object damage and third-party damage loss in actual bridge construction based on past insurance premium payment data from major domestic insurers for bridge construction projects, and develop a quantitative loss prediction model. For the development of quantitative bridge construction loss model, the dependent variable was selected as the loss ratio, and the independent variable adopted 1) Technical factors: superstructure type, foundation type, construction method, and bridge length 2) Natural hazards: flood anf Typhoon, 3) Project information: total construction duration, total cost and ranking. Among the selected independent variables, superstructure type, construction method, and project period were shown to affect the ratio of bridge construction losses, while superstructure, foundation, flood and ranking were shown to affect the ratio of the third-party losses.

  • 화재가 지속되기 위해서는 화재 3요소 또는 4요소가 충족되어야 하지만 역으로 한 개 이상의 화재 요소를 제어하거나 통제할 경우 화재를 진압할 수 있다. 원자력발전소에서는 화재방호계획에 의해 방화지역마다 화재 요인인 점화원, 가연성물질, 산소 등 지연성가스를 분석하고 연속적인 연소반응을 억제할 수 있도록 화재위험 요인을 관리하고 있다. 최근에는 정량화된 화재위험 분석도구인 화재모델을 활용한 성능기반 화재방호 기술이 원자력발전소의 화재리스크 관리를 위해 도입되고 있다. 성능기반 화재위험 분석 방법은 일반 산업계에서도 사용되고 있으나 원자력발전소의 경우 화재로 유발될 수 있는 원자로 손상 가능성을 수치화하고 통제하기 위하여 위험도정보 활용기술과 성능기반 기술을 통합하여 사용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 원자력발전소의 화재요인 관리 방법을 위험도정보 활용기술과 성능기반 화재방호 기술에 의거하여 분석하는 방법을 제시하였다. 이 분석의 목적은 원자력발전소의 화재위험 관리 방법을 산업계의 화재방호 전문가들이 공유하고 산업계의 특화된 방법과 원자력발전소의 전문화된 분석기술을 실용화하여 화재리스크를 효과적으로 관리할 수 있는 방법을 마련하기 위한 것이다.

  • The purpose of this study was to Identification the Risk of construction method to protect and reduce the risk of construction period. For this study we are using the pre and during construction period Inspection list. The inspection list was used by construction company for check a flaw of Construction field. So we rearrange the individual item of inspection list to match the Risk factor. This inspection list usually has the difference of importance because this list is not made by Method which is not focused on Method. Therefore, To find the difference of these importance, We surveyed this matter by doing interview of specialist group. To find the application of field and the possibility of measurement of Risk status, We tested Risk occurring frequency and it's strength by checking the level of Risk. The results of this study were as follows; Each Method Check List made out through the rearrangement of Construction Inspection list which used in construction company. To solve and compensate the matter which happened by changing the each Method Check List to each General Inspection List, we added the each Method Check List by checking the importance of check list of each process. By doing this, The Check List for finding Risk level of Method was created by using the check list of each Method.

  • 지난 2004년 6월 24일에 공표된 신BIS 자기자본규제제도에 의거 회원국 은행들에 대한 체계적인 위험관리가 강화되는 상황에서 우리나라도 2009년부터 모든 은행이 신BIS기준을 도입및 적용할 예정이다. 신BIS협약은 운영리스크(부적절한 내부절차, 직원, 시스템)에 대해서도 리스크를 측정하여 은행의 소요 자기자본에 반영토록 하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구자는 은행의 조직환경 변수들이 조직유효성에 영향을 미치고 이들이 또한 내부통제절차의 상시 유효성에 영향을 미치는 지 알아보기 위하여 국내 소재 은행원들을 대상으로 실증분석함으로써 은행들이 효율적인 내부통제를 통해 금융사고를 미연에 방지하고 은행자산의 건전성에 기여하기 위한 지침을 제시하는 관점에서 연구를 진행하였다. 연구결과, 연구모형에서 예상한 바와 같이 조직환경이 내부통제유효성에 직접적으로 영향을 미치지만 조직몰입도나 집단응집력과 같은 조직유효성을 매개로 하여 내부통제유효성에 더욱더 영향을 미치고 있었다. 이러한 점에 비추어 본 연구의 결과를 토대로 은행내 중간관리자의 성향에 따라 개별조직 구성원들의 행동양식이나 가치관에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 현실을 감안하여 장기적인 안목에서 양질의 리더십, 조직문화 그리고 분위기 등 조직환경을 리드해 나갈 수 있도록 관리자들에 대한 교육훈련 및 소양교육을 지속적으로 펼쳐나가는 것이 중요하다고 본다.

  • The current is quickly changed to a simple structure in the existing system architecture is complex and diverse structures. Especially due to the new cyber threat is growing more and more system risks. And many kinds of system monitoring and analysis tools are released in order to minimize the risk, but there is a limit to such a system depends on the Partially automated tools. Therefore, to present the role of a system administrator for effectively managing the system for the new changing environment out of the frame of the old system in order to minimize the systemic risk management system in this study.

An Investigation of Fire Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) Factors for Quantification of Post-fire Operator Manual Actions (OMA) (화재 후 운전원수동조치(OMA) 정량화를 위한 화재 인간신뢰도분석 (HRA) 요소에 대한 고찰)

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive a quantified approach for Operator Manual Actions (OMAs) based on the existing fire Human Reliability Analysis (HRA) methodology developed by the Korea Atomic Energy Research Institute (KAERI). The existing fire HRA method was reviewed, and supplementary considerations for OMA quantification were established through a comparative analysis with NUREG-1852 criteria and the review of the existing literature. The OMA quantification approach involves a timeline that considers the occurrence of Multiple Spurious Operations (MSOs) during a Main Control Room Abandonment (MCRA) determination and movement towards the Remote Shutdown Panel (RSP) in the event of a Main Control Room (MCR) fire. The derived failure probability of an OMA from the approach proposed in this paper is expected to enhance the understanding of its reliability. Therefore, it allows moving beyond the deterministic classification of "reliable" or "unreliable" in NUREG-1852. Also, in the event of a nuclear power plant fire where multiple OMAs are required within a critical time range, it is anticipated that the OMA failure probability could serve as a criterion for prioritizing OMAs and determining their order of importance.

  • Recently, a delivery system has been rapidly changed in the global construction market. Also, construction projects are becoming bigger and more technology-intensive. A lot of projects have been delivered by Design-Build(DB) System; from the standpoint of cost, approximately 40% of delivered constructions by a Public Procurement Service were DB in 2009. Nevertheless, the achievement has not surpassed our expectations on management of the project cost. On the characteristic of DB, the reasons why that happens are that projects contract have been signed after the Design Development Stage; the insufficient review about new technology and up-to-date construction methods; a lack of discussion in process of design. Those reasons cause a risk of increasing Cost of the projects. In order to solve these problems, it is desirable to find Cost-increasing factors in promoting the projects and select on the order of priority for Risk-Factor with careful management. Therefore, this study analyzed the weight of each phase of the project on the authority of properties of DB project, and identified Risk-factors which is increasing the cost on the aspect of project management. Based on this analysis, the impact assessment of Risk-factor is evaluated through the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA).
