본 연구는 간호대학생들의 일반적 특성과 의사소통 능력, 학업적 자기효능감이 셀프리더십에 미치는 영향력을 확인하기 위해 간호대학생 중 임상실습 경험이 있는 3, 4학년 318명을 대상으로 수행되었다. SPSS Window 20.0 프로그램을 이용한 자료 분석 결과 일반적 특성 중 여자이며, 동아리 활동을 하고 있고, 대학생활 만족도가 높으며, 리더십 교육을 받았고, 리더 경험이 있다고 자신이 인식하는 경유가 그렇지 않은 경우보다 셀프리더십이 유의하게 높았다. 셀프리더십은 의사소통능력(r=.537), 학업적 자기효능감(r=.417)과 양의 상관관계를 보였고, 의사소통 능력(${\beta}=.418$), 학업적 자기효능감(${\beta}=.187$)은 셀프리더십에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 확인되었다. 또한 이 2개 변인의 설명력은 33.3%(F=13.167, <.001)였다. 그러므로 셀프리더십 향상을 위하여 간호대학생들의 의사소통 능력, 학업적 자기효능감을 향상 시킬 수 있는 교육을 통해 간호의 전문적인 목표 달성과 발전에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.

IT industry has rapidly changed with unlimited competition. In this situation, this article is searching for methods to enhance work engagement(WE) which increases workers' and organizations' performance. Servant leadership(SL) involves organizational change, thus one dimension of SL named commitment to the growth of people(CGP) which focuses on people' development would play a decisive role in IT industry, since member's capacity makes a success of this field. Since CGP would influence on perceived organizational support(POS), workers would have positive attitude to work. Furthermore, expectancy has a critical role for CGP which is related to the future. In future oriented viewpoint, if a leader supported members' growth and they had positive expectancy for the future, they would have higher POS, then WE also will be increased. The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of CGV, expectancy and POS, since they enhance WE which is the key factor for success of IT organizations and members in today.

This study intended to verify the importance and effectiveness of youth economic education by examining how perception towards youth economic education affects creativity, sociability and leadership in an age of convergence. As a result of the online survey, perception towards the importance of youth economic education affirmatively affected creativity and the perception towards effectiveness of youth economic education affirmatively affected creativity, sociability and leadership. Moreover, creativity, sociability, and leadership were higher when interest in economic education was high. This study showed that affirmative perception and interest towards youth economic education are effective in developing creativity, sociability and leadership.

This study is aimed at clarifying the influence of an elementary school student's leadership on the Entrepreneurial spirit, and whether the career awareness really gives a regulatory effect on the Entrepreneurial spirit. This study organized the students above 4th grade in an elementary school located in Seoul as research subject; then this study analyzed the collected 420 questionnaires in August, 2015, using SPSS 21.0 Statistical Program. This study used frequency analysis, descriptive statistic analysis and cross analysis as a statistic analysis method. The research issues include 1)Does the leadership of an elementary school student have a significant influence on the Entrepreneurial spirit? 2) Is it possible for career awareness to play a regulatory role in the relationship between an elementary school student's leadership and the Entrepreneurial spirit? The research results of this study are as follows: First, it was found that an elementary school student's leadership has a significant influence on the Entrepreneurial spirit. Second, about whether independent variable factors cause a difference in career awareness as regulating variable in the relationship, in which independent variable factors have an influence on the Entrepreneurial spirit, only a part shows a significant effect as a regulating variable. This study hopes that this research results could provide data to meet the educational alternative to the necessity of leadership education required by the present period, and provide the basis of the use for educational policy for elementary school students with this research results as the center.

This study explored the influence of servant leadership of directors on role performance of teachers in nursery school with examination of how perceptions of an organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers intermediate the relationship between servant leadership and role performance of teachers. The data were collected from 501 teachers in nursery school working in Seoul and Gyung-gi-do and data analysis was done through structural equation modeling using AMOS 24.0. The study results show that the servant leadership of directors was positively related to the role performance of teachers, and organizational culture and teaching ethics of teachers were found to mediate the relationship between servant leadership of directors and role performances of teachers. In addition, he servant leadership of directors influenced the role performance of teachers through organizational culture and teaching ethics.

In this study, in order to evaluate the 4th local government heads and to grope for ways for development of the government, the researcher surveyed public officials in Daejeon, Chungnam and Chungbuk regions. The main contents of the survey were such as the leadership type and characteristics of the local government heads, their administrative characteristics, and evaluation of their pubic pledges. And for the surveyed questionnaires, the researcher did cross-tabulation and analysis of variance using the SPSS 12.0 statistics program. As the result of the analysis, on the basis of most indexes, the provincial governor of Chungcheongnam-do was found to have received more affirmative support than those of Chungcheongbuk-do and Daejeon Metropolitan City. Therefore, it seems that provincial governor of Chungbuk and mayor of Daejeon Metropolitan City need to benchmark the leadership of the provincial governor of Chungnam.

본 연구는 중대재해처벌법 시행 이후 1년 8개월이 지난 현재까지 사업장의 안전 문제에 대한 사회적 인식 부족을 확인하였다. 2023년 사업장 위험성 평가 지침 개정에도 불구하고, 안전 문화 인식과 참여율 저조가 주요 원인으로 확인되었다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방안으로, 안전 리더십의 강조와 개개인의 셀프 리더십을 통한 자기효능감 향상 방법을 제시하였다. 사업장의 안전 문화 확산을 위한 캠페인의 중요성 또한 강조하였으며, 이를 기반으로 한 안전 문화 확산 전략의 재정립이 요구된다는 결론을 도출하였다.

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of shared leadership on job satisfaction of principals and teachers of child care centers, and to find the differences of perception between principals and teachers. For this purpose, 120 child care centers in one province was collected through random sampling, and then 93 principals and 101 teachers participated in survey. By SPSS 21.0 version, hierarchical analysis, descriptive statistics and t-test were used to analyze the data. The results showed that principals and teachers all perceived that the shared leadership effects on the job satisfaction. Based on these results, some practical implications for principals and teachers of child care centers to improve the shared leadership and the job satisfaction were suggested.

This study analyzed 247 data surveyed on 119 ambulance workers 268 in a G-Do. The variance of the multiple regression model on the effect of independent variables on life satisfaction factors was statistically significant. And transformational leadership is an independent variable that significantly affects life satisfaction factors. However, there is a slight difference in the perception of transactional satisfaction factors (p=.051) was not statistically significant, so the second research question raised in this study was rejected. Based on the results of this study, transformational leadership should be centered on improving 119 paramedics' life satisfaction in the relationship between the direct effects of leadership variables related to 119 paramedics' life satisfaction. By doing so, 119 paramedics' life satisfaction will increase and the ultimate improvement in the quality of first aid at the emergency site will be achieved by providing a foothold to demonstrate the potential capabilities of 119 paramedics. In addition, 119 paramedics need to recognize and promote the importance of life satisfaction recognized in their daily lives and workplaces, creating an environment that can demonstrate transformative leadership by carefully caring for 119 center heads, team leaders, and field seniors.

The purpose of this study is to define the teachers' perception for technology leadership when utilizing the Digital Textbook (DT). The subjects of this study were 97 elementary school teachers (40 males and 57 females) working in digital textbook research schools that implemented digital textbooks in 2009. Needs assessment instrument was revised based on previous instruments. Perception was calculated using Borich formula. According to the results, teachers of digital textbook research schools recognized 'teachers' instructional methods' as the most important area, while the least recognized area was 'support by the school'. The highest technology leadership needs by categories included 'role setting between members when implementing digital textbooks', 'instructional methods to cultivate creativity when using digital textbooks', 'troubleshooting digital textbook problems', 'additional staff support in case of problems', 'development of various assessment tools for measuring the effect of the digital textbook', and 'support of digital textbook resources for students with disabilities'. Based on these results, the study proposed specific methods to enhance technology leadership for the successful introduction of digital textbooks in schools.
