초고속해상무선통신망(LTE-maritime)은 '21년 1월 31일부터 해안으로부터 최대 100km 까지 해역을 집중관리구역과 관심구역으로 구분하여 통신서비스를 제공하고 있다. 현재 3톤 이상 선박을 LTE-Maritime 전용 송수신기 장착 의무 선박과 보조사업 대상 선박으로 지정하여 보급하고 있어 레저선박 제외한 전체 선박 중 약 55%에 해당하는 3톤 미만 소형선박을 위한 송수신기 개발 및 보급이 필요하다. 이에 따라 소형선박의 설치 환경을 고려한 소형화, 그에 따른 통신 가능 적정 거리 설정 등을 시험을 통해 고찰하고 향후 3톤 미만의 소형선을 위한 LTE-Maritime 송수신기 확대 보급 방안을 제안하였다.

In this thesis, we use one by one each of the analog switch and a high-speed DAC instead of the DAC that two or more are used in transmitting and receiving antennas multiple systems, maintaining the advantages of the existing method, reducing design costs, physical to provide a method that can reduce the data converters from MIMO system can improve the economic efficiency and the size reduction of a basis.

South Korea decided to use the public safety long term evolution (PS-LTE) method to build a wireless communications network for national disaster. The move will allow all disaster management agencies, including police, firefighters and the military to use multimedia information, including videos, in addition to voice to carry out rescue operations from 2017. The Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning said Thursday that it adopted PS-LTE as the technology method for national disaster management system following a national policy coordination meeting last month. PS-LTE is a method integrating group communication, direction communication between terminals and independent base station function with existing LTE technology. Until now, disaster management agencies used technology that only allowed voice communication. However, transmission of multimedia information is possible using PS-LTE.

LTE-maritime, which was built as part of the Korean e-Navigation project, has been providing a service that meets the goal of establishing a network up to 100km from the coast since J anuary 31, 2021. To provide appropriate communication services for LTE-maritime from the perspective of real users, additional performance analysis of LTE-maritime is required considering service implementation, and efficient use of spectrum resources. This paper presents the requirement of transmission speed according to the e-Navigation service scenario, and available transmission speed based on LTE modulation coding scheme (MCS) according to sea-specific ship distribution scenario and frequency resource allocation, and is cross-analyzed with results of the sea test.
