근본적으로 방대한 양의 실시간 연산을 요구하는 영상 신호처리, 소나, 레이다와 같은 시스템에서는 시스템의 성능을 최대화하기 위해 병렬 신호처리 시스템의 사용이 불가피하다. 본 논문은 방대한 양의 데이터를 실시간으로 처리할수 있는 병렬 신호처리보드를 설계 및 구현하였다. 이 보드는 DSP칩간의 통신과 보드간의 통신이 가능하며, DSP칩이 마스터가 되어 EMIF(External Memory Interface Port)포트를 통해 다른 DSP칩의 지역메모리를 액세스 할수 있다. 또한 외부의 호스트 프로세서가 보드 내의 DSP칩에 프로그램을 다운로딩 할수 있다. 보드간의 통신은 PCI 버스를 통하여 이루어지며, DSP칩간의 통신과 DSP칩과 그의 지역메모리와의 통신은 지역버스를 통해 직접적으로 이루어진다. 보드에서 가장 핵심인 DSP-to-PCI제어기는 하드웨어 언어인 VHDL로 설계하였으며, 시뮬레이션 환경은 Synopsys ＆ ALTERA MaxplusⅡ를 사용하여 검증하였으며, 최종적으로 CPLD(Complex Programable Logic Device)칩을 사용하여 구현하였다.

The etching characteristic of a tantalum thin film with pure chlorine plasma was studied using an electron cyclotron resonance etcher system. Optical emission actinometry (OEA) was used for the study of the etching mechanism of a tantalum thin film and optimum process condition was achieved by OEA study. Based on this mechanism, double step etching was performed and 0.15 $\mu\textrm{m}$ L & S was acquired successfully suppressing the microloading effect.

The wavelet transform is a popular tool for studying intermittent and localized phenomena in signals. In this study the wavelet transform of cutting force signals was conducted for the diagnosis of grinding conditions in grinding process. We used the Daubechies wavelet analyzing function to detect a sudden change in cutting signal level. STD11 workpiece was 85 times of machined pieces cut by the WA wheel and a tool dynamometer obtained cutting force signals. From the results of the wavelet transform, the obtained signals were divided into approximation terms and detailed terms. At dressing time, the approximation signals were slowly increased and 45 machined times noticed dressing time.

스마트폰의 사용이 급격하게 증가하면서 스마트폰의 사용이 대중화가 되었다. 이로 인해 사용자들은 사용자 개인에 맞게 개인화된 서비스의 다양한 어플리케이션을 요구하게 되었고 이러한 사용자의 욕구를 만족 시켜준다는 점을 전제로 여러가지 방법으로 서비스들이 구현되었다. 본 논문은 매쉬업을 이용한 서비스 모델에 관해 연구 해보고자 위치정보를 포함하는 날씨, 교통 정보를 지도 서비스와의 매쉬업을 통해 제공하는 어플리케이션을 통해 다양한 정보를 제공하는 어플리케이션을 구현 하였다. 이를 각각의 어플리케이션으로 효율적인 서비스 구축이 가능하지만, 통합적으로 제공하는 것에 비해 과도한 트래픽을 유발시켜 시스템 유지비용을 증가시키는 단점이 있다. 이러한 단점을 보완하기 위해 본 논문에서는 스마트폰 상에서 빠른 제어를 할 수 있도록 매쉬업 서비스 기반의 통합 제공을 제안하고 제안하는 방법으로 구현된 서비스는 각각의 어플리케이션을 사용하는 것보다 로딩시간과 트래픽량에 대해 최대 3배 가량 빠른 성능을 보이는 장점을 가진다. 이를 성능 평가를 통해 제공하는 어플리케이션이 더 나은 성능을 보이는 것을 확인한다. 이를 통해 매쉬업의 단점을 보안하는 후 연구의 초석을 다지는데 도움이 되고자 한다.

This Paper presents the experiences of the static and dynamic library function connection technique for the embedded virtual machines, base on the native function connection methods of the virtual machines such as KVM, Waba VM. For this goals, we implements the new native function table for the static and dynamic library function connection technique base on the native function connection methods of the virtual machines such as KVM, Waba VM. And we presents the variety experiment and analysis results using the implemented technique.

일반 어플리케이션 형태의 커널 백도어가 커널의 일부로 수행되는 커널 모듈 형태의 백도어로 변화함에따라, 기존의 백도어 탐지 기술로는 이에 대처할 수 없게되었다. 이에 최근 커널 백도어에 대웅하여 Chkrootkit, Kstat등의 백도어 탐지 툴이 개발되어 사용되고 있지만, 이러한 툴들은 커널 백도어 설치여부 추정이나 탐지 수준으로 예방이나 발견후의 대응은 어려운 실정이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 커널 백도어의 예방, 탐지 및 복구 기술을 제시하고, 제시한 기술을 바탕으로 구현한 커널 백도어 대응 시스템을 보인다. 이 시스템은 커널 모듈의 선택적 로딩으로 커널 백도어를 예방하며, 커널에 보안 시스템 콜을 추가하여 커널 백도어 행위 탐지 및 복구 기능을 함으로써 커널 백도어에 대해 종합적이고 실시간적인 대응을 가능하게 한다

On the emergence of ISDN which has been introduced in the year 1980, various services are supported. This paper presents implementation of ISDN user/network protocol analyzer based on PC-extension card. Firmware and software are loaded on the PC-extension card using PC 05. The performance analysis on D-channel signalling on this system is surveyed. The monitoring results satisfiy with ISDN BRI or PRI interfaces.

최근 무선 통신 구조가 확산대면서, 모바일 기기와 다양한 모바일 GIS 서비스가 일반화되었다. 그래서 모바일 기기에서 효과적으로 GIS 자료들을 검색할 수 있는 모바일용 GIS DBMS가 필요하다. 물론 모바일 GIS DBMS는 환경적 제약사항과 GIS 자료들의 특성들을 극복하기 위한 대량삽입 기법이 필요하며 이 기법은 모바일 GIS DBMS를 개발하는데 있어서 가장 중요하다. 이 제약사항은 낮은 대역폭, 작은 저장공간 그리고 비공간 데이터 보다 상대적으로 매우 큰 공간 데이터의 특징을 포함한다. OBO기법을 이용하는 GIS DBMS로의 데이터의 삽입은 차례대로 삽입된다. 그러나 대부분의 공간데이터들은 전송비용과 긴 로딩시간으로 인해 서비스를 지연시키기 때문에 공간 인덱스를 기반으로 하는 대량삽입을 선택한다. 본 논문에서는 높은 성능과 안전성을 가진 동적인 공간 인덱스 R*-tree을 이용하는 대량 삽입 기법을 제공한다.

부산신항 북컨테이너터미널 민차부두 1단계 공사에 적용된 안벽기초는 하부 대섬도 연약점토층 개량을 위한 SCP(Sand Compaction Pile) 개량층과 그 상부에 약 6m정도의 사석층으로 구성되어 있다. 안벽은 케이슨식으로 상부의 크레인 풍의 공용하중 작용시에 발생이 예상되는 안벽기초의 과도한 지반침하 방지를 위해 근고블럭에 의한 Preloading 공법이 적용되었다. 따라서, 프리로딩에 의한 하부기초지반의 침하관리가 중요 공사관리 포인트가 된다. 그러나, SCP층이나 사석총에 대한 침하량 예측은 반경험적 방법에 의존하기 때문에 실제와 상당한 차이가 발생하게 된다 본 연구에서는 사석층의 진동다짐에 의한 시공 특성을 반영하기 위해 굴착치환구간의 사석층에 대한 실측값을 이용하여 Terzaghi 변형식의 침하계수 a를 재산정하여 SCP개량구간에 적용함으로써 보다 합리적인 안벽기초의 침하량을 분석하였고 이를 사석층의 여성고 산정에 이용하였다.

Virtualization was devised as a resource management and optimization technique for mainframes having scaleless computing capabilities. The resource scaling can be done with a variety of virtualization methods such as VM creation, deletion, and migration. In this paper, we designed to achieve the load balancing, several load balancing schemes such as Minimum Execution Time (MET), Min-Min scheduling, Cloud Analyst have been reported in literature in addition to a comprehensive study on First Come First Serve (FCFS) and Round-robin schedulers.
