'Travelogue to Shenyang(瀋陽日記)' is a documentary literature that Seon Yak-hae (宣若海) who was a military official of Joseon(朝鮮) Dynasty, described matters happened in Shenyang when he visited there as an envoy during early 17th century when Qing(淸) Dynasty and Ming(明) Dynasty coexisted and had diplomatic conflict with Joseon Dynasty. This documentary literature is included in the data collection of China that gathers important historical data of China and has been published and delivered in China, but it hasn't caught attention in Korean academic society. There's another 'Travelogue to Shenyang' which is known in the academic society that is a record of eight years of hostage period of Crown Prince Sohyeon and his group in Shenyang. However, this 'Travelogue to Shenyangl' of Seon Yak-hae is a record of Joseon and other countries' status at that time as well as the Joseon intellectual's activities while visiting Shenyang before the outbreak of the Manchurian Invasion (to Korea) in 1636. Seon Yak-hae who wrote this 'Travelogue to Shenyang' recorded his successful works as an envoy with proud, and showed a unique appearance as a military official and intellect who wanted to observe political and military status of Qing Dynasty secretly and report to his country. Since he was an intellect who had military background, he responded bravely when dealing with diplomatic problem and collected data strategically. He also had the ability as an intellectual official, so he wrote realistic articles and also wrote some poems to express his honest feelings in this peculia Travelogue. Therefore, this ' Travelogue to Shenyang' has both values as a historic records that showed diplomatic status of Joseon in the 17th century and literature records that showed unique spirit to record as an intellect who also had military mind.

Due to recent mid-scale earthquakes in the Korean Peninsula, the Korean central and local governments are preparing new measures for earthquake hazard mitigation. Geological and geotechnical information is essential for earthquake hazard assessment. Thus, related data have been collected and assimilated as DBs by various national organizations. However, several problems arise when local governments intend to use this information to establish earthquake hazard mitigation measures. In the case of the geological information, small-scale geological maps make it difficult to acquire detailed information, whereas lithofacies and faults do not often match at the boundaries of large-scale geological maps. Significant geotechnical information is lost due to lack of digitalization. Present study proposes four policy plans for geological and geological information management. First, it is necessary to link industry-academictechnology fields to use the information that has already been or to be produced more efficiently and professionally. Second, local government regulations are required to be enacted and revised to accumulate a lot of geological and geotechnical information. Third an expert system should be prepared to improve the quality of the information. Fourth, it is necessary to establish a dedicated department and expand budget support for efficient information management.

After the declaration of the Covid-19 pandemic impacted most of the industries resulting economic fallout. Firms sought for solutions of governments regulations to prevent spread of infectious diseases. This led to demand rise of digital layer and spectrums of virtual reality. Replacing the reality in to virtual and interactions with the digital contents by augmented reality, the consequences were decrement of human-to-human contact. Concerns of Covid-19 and public interests of digital solutions has led to significant amounts of research and developments of Virtual/Augment Reality resulted to driven up new terms of extended reality. However, the uses in industries and the characteristics of the extended reality are currently not defined. In this paper the goal is to define and classify the uses and characteristics of extended reality based on previous researches suggested by research institute. By developing a new classification models of extended realities core technology, uses of industries and utility to analyze trends of extended reality. Two separate classification models of uses of industries and utility will be used as a tool by creating a linkage matrix. The x-axis is divided by utiliy classification model of extended reality. The y-axis are divided into classification model of uses in industries. This matrix will be used as a tool to present a guideline for industry-utility development where extended reality can be served as a service

The purpose of this study is to study jewelry designs presented to general consumers who seek new products and diversity. We would like to present a modular jewelry design with a structure and combination method that is distinct from jewelry in a multimodal replacement method that allows various product modules sold in the past to be worn interchangeably. Problems are likely to occur when a number of existing rather small parts are manufactured in a complex combination method, and difficulties may follow when consumers replace decorative parts and lose them in the process of assembling small fixture parts. Therefore, in order to reduce these problems, we try to make it different from jewelry products made with a simple and simple design so that it can be easily replaced and worn without the need for other coupling parts, and produced using the latest 3D printer (Rapid Prototyping). In this study, based on the experience and know-how gained while engaging in field work, it was possible to make a real object and focused on minimizing problems during the production process, and through this, time and economic loss can be reduced. The purpose of the study is to produce improved jewelry products by expressing more sophisticated and differentiated shapes by using 3D programs (CAD).

TV advertising with deep analysis of watching pattern of audiences is important to set-top box audience targeting. Applying session-based recommendation model(SBR) to internet commercial, or recommendation based on searching history of user showed its effectiveness in previous studies, but applying SBR to the TV advertising was difficult in South Korea due to data unavailabilities. Also, traditional SBR has limitations for dealing with user preferences, especially in data with user identification information. To tackle with these problems, we first obtain set-top box data from three major broadcasting companies in South Korea(SKB, KT, LGU+) through collaboration with Korea Broadcast Advertising Corporation(KOBACO), and this data contains of watching sequence of 4,847 anonymized users for 6 month respectively. Second, we develop personalized session-based recommendation model to deal with hierarchical data of user-session-item. Experiments conducted on set-top box audience dataset and two other public dataset for validation. In result, our proposed model outperformed baseline model in some criteria.

This study studied five major films from the 1980s to the 2000s when Philip Glass's minimal music was used, and studied the aesthetic and functional meaning of the minimal music. Minimal music has a repetitive rhythm and is understood to be aesthetically monotonous, to avoid a particular purpose, or as an expression of moveless. On the one hand, it can mean infinite persistence by repetitive rhythms, or sometimes repetition with subtle changes. The functions of film music were applied as the function of film music common to many theorists. As a result of the analysis of the music in five films, the aesthetic meaning of Philip Glass's minimal music was most relevant to the characteristics of the film story, and the functional meaning of the film music was determined by the structure, form, and genre of the film. Therefore, the theme of the film and the contents of the story played an important role in the aesthetic interpretation of film music with repetitive rhythm characteristics. And the elements of the plot such as the structure, form, and genre of the film are thought to have had a significant effect on the functional interpretation of the film music. The aesthetic value of the film music is closely related to the story of the film, and the functional meaning of the film music is interpreted as determined by the formal elements of the film.

This study reconsidered the characteristics of the narrative through the analysis of the meaning and function of the film music in the feature film "The Truman Show". Especially, this study was focused on the music of Philip Glass among the film music of this film, and it started from the analysis of his musical meaning and function written in the pre-existing film according to the use of the editing music. As the film music needs to be analyzed from the viewpoint of the storytelling of the narrative of the film, the music is analyzed through 12 functions of the background music. Throughout the film, Philip Glass's music has been very important in the scenes of amplification, climax, and resolution of conflict. Especially, in the important context of the character and narrative structure of the film, such as the amplification of the tension and the resolution of the tension in the conflict of Truman, the main character of the film, Philip Glass's music is important through the contrast of the tempo of music and the contrast of emotional character. It can also be understood that this contrasts with the character and storytelling of the film in terms of film musical contrasts.

In this study, the relationship of images and sounds of the animations "Dots" and "Loops" which Norman McLaren animated with his Animated sound technique when he worked at Guggenheim museum at New York, are analyzed through the audiovisual analysis theory by Michel Chion, and through the theory of synchronism/asynchronism and parallelism/counterpoint by Siegfried Kracauer. For the results of the analysis, there are a few difference between "Dots" and "Loops" regarding the aspect of sound arrangement and expressive aspect of abstract animation. However, there are being of two main elements of sound, composing with monophony sound, making musical structure with sound effects, and the emphasizing of parallelism with synchronization bewteen images and sounds in common with both "Dots" and "Loops". In "Dots" and "Loops", there are close correlations between pitch of sound and arrangement/shape of image, between loudness of sound and size of image, and between length of sound and length/shape of image. The image and sound of "Dots" and "Loops" have equal relationship each other, rather than subordinate relationship according as image become sound and the sound become new image with the animated sound technique. "Dots" and "Loops" show tendency of minimal art and music video. Since these two films, and remind about the new approach to sound creation in today's animation production.

This study aims to analyze the frequency of keywords used in Korean abstracts, which are unstructured text data in the domestic record management research field, using text mining techniques to identify domestic record management research trends through distance analysis between keywords. To this end, 1,157 keywords of 77,578 journals were visualized by extracting 1,157 articles from 7 journal types (28 types) searched by major category (complex study) and middle category (literature informatics) from the institutional statistics (registered site, candidate site) of the Korean Citation Index (KCI). Analysis of t-Distributed Stochastic Neighbor Embedding (t-SNE) and Scattertext using Word2vec was performed. As a result of the analysis, first, it was confirmed that keywords such as "record management" (889 times), "analysis" (888 times), "archive" (742 times), "record" (562 times), and "utilization" (449 times) were treated as significant topics by researchers. Second, Word2vec analysis generated vector representations between keywords, and similarity distances were investigated and visualized using t-SNE and Scattertext. In the visualization results, the research area for record management was divided into two groups, with keywords such as "archiving," "national record management," "standardization," "official documents," and "record management systems" occurring frequently in the first group (past). On the other hand, keywords such as "community," "data," "record information service," "online," and "digital archives" in the second group (current) were garnering substantial focus.

Design exists behind technology. Design is intertwined with the needs of daily life and market structures, and while dealing with technology, it can become insensitive to its meaning. Unlike other social media platforms, Instagram consists of image-based content. The purpose of this study is to examine the addictive design of Instagram. Furthermore, we discuss the ethical responsibilities that designers must have. A theoretical framework for understanding Instagram design is established through a review of major domestic and international literature that has been previously studied. Understand the history, structure, and functions of Instagram and identify Instagram designs that promote social media addiction. In this study, we introduced the mechanism by which Instagram promotes user addiction through design issues. (1) Pull-to-Refresh (2) Red color in push alarm (3) Profile photo border expression in Instagram Story. This design stimulates users' social desires and FOMO, forming the structure of obsessive Instagram usage habits. Instagram is an example that forces us to reconsider the ethical role of design and designers along with the advancement of technology. In today's world, the intrinsic value of what they create, including our society and life itself.
