NLP means the technology that mechanically analyzes a language spoken by a human and makes it into a form that can be understood by a computer. This is important because it is a core technology for communication between humans and devices, which is the basis of artificial intelligence. In this paper, I analyzed patent information of US and Korea in order to identify technical trends related to NLP, especially semantic analysis. and the purpose of this study is to provide meaningful information for future research on NLP. In conclusion, the number of Korea patents is 7.9% compared to the USA and the different frequencies of the major keywords were found to differ from country to country in technical direction. In addition, the upward or downward keywords are twice as many in the U.S. as in Korea, and reflect the trend of the times relatively more. Based on these results, in future study, I will analysis how upward trending keywords are described in actual patents for concrete technology prediction.

In recent years, a recommendation system is introduced in many different fields with the beginning of the 5G era and making a considerably prominent appearance mainly in books, movies, and music. In such a recommendation system, however, the preference degrees of users are subjective and uncertain, which means that it is difficult to provide accurate recommendation service. There should be huge amounts of learning data and more accurate estimation technologies in order to improve the performance of a recommendation system. Trying to solve this problem, this study proposed a movie recommendation system based on Fuzzy-AHP and Word2vec. The proposed system used Fuzzy-AHP to make objective predictions about user preference and Word2vec to classify scraped data. The performance of the system was assessed by measuring the accuracy of Word2vec outcomes based on grid search and comparing movie ratings predicted by the system with those by the audience. The results show that the optimal accuracy of cross validation was 91.4%, which means excellent performance. The differences in move ratings between the system and the audience were compared with the Fuzzy-AHP system, and it was superior at approximately 10%.

This paper studies the impact of domestic and foreign economic activity on mobility among regions. The shortage of human resources and demand continues in Eastern Europeans. Especially Ukrainians, have entered the Polish labor market to make up for the scarce areas. As a result, Poland's supply and demand in Ukraine is disproportionate. Minimum wage increases are putting continued pressure on employers. Therefore, the regression equation in the form of job-seeker's economic activity ratio, y= AX²+B,(x=settlers) can be used to grasp the relationship between curves. According to the domestic and foreign workers who migrated, economic activities was rather than increasing the local population, the settlers of nearby large cities is more proportional. Empirical analysis has shown that the human resource hub has increased migration to large cities and industrial. The hub 'A'nation has been created for mobility in 4th wave re-industry, and the same re-industrialization (N₂) in other cities has attracted nearby human resources, but not settle. After all, the hub relationship between N₁ and N₂ is a mobile relationship. Due to wage inequality or a positive wellbeing chasm, workers are not settled plant area but a nearby city, or commuting between borders is easy to go into the hub central city. However, this proved on emerging from the relatively temporary settlers in the AI era.

Necessity of smart work that can change environment of working in organizations has been emphasized. Lots of organizations, however, wish to do work with smartness through adoption of smart work technologies, those are not sure whether smart work will be successful or not till now. Especially, viewpoints of leaders concerning efficiency and effectiveness of smart work who operate the organizations may be different in many circumstances such as industries, characteristics of work, etc. Therefore, hopefully, this research want to investigate whether differences among leader and non-leader group, tendencies of personal leadership styles in work exit or not by empirical and exploratory approach. Totally, 118 questionnaires had been collected and performed test of mean difference between groups. As a result, some items such as working place, working methods, flexible time and tension of smartwork showed significant differences between level of leadership styles and non-leader and leader groups. And, futhermore, from this research I believe that we can have a few insights for successful smart working environment in organizations.

As stated, it could be an opportunity to rediscover the formative characteristics, harmony of convergence, elegance, delicacy, aesthetic beauty focused on sewing kits among Gyubang crafts filled with ladies' scant and spiritual hope and to be re-understood the excellence and the aesthetic beauty of traditional culture & arts through personal ornaments.

Purpose: The Purpose of this study was to identify the correlation of the Value on marriage, Children and Sexual attitude in college students. Method: Data were collected using a structured questionnaire that consisted of Value on marriage, Children and Sexual attitude from 2 colleges located in K-city. Final participants included 1,057 students. Results: Sexual attitude related to the value on marriage were differences in the family relationships first, to a celibate life, concerned about marriage, to get married at the age, should marry him, sex regardless, divorce can be even if child, Related to the child were necessity of children, to help economically, to fulfill the dream of parents, to put the house line, duty to society. Sexual attitude were inverse correlated to the religion, grade, valuable things as parents, necessity of children. Conclusion: Sexual attitude for college students significantly related value on marriage and children. In order to value on marriage and child according to the change on sexual attitude is recommended diverse healthy strategy in college students.

The Gross Merchandise Volume for the China's Singles day event in 2019 is about $38.4 billion. More than 500 million customers placed about 1.3 billion orders a day, and the related delivery volume is 2.8 billion. The main technologies associated with the 4^th Industrial Revolution are bringing about a big change in the logistics industry. The purpose of this study is to present implications by reviewing the main technologies which are applied to China's Singles day event, the introduction of smart logistics in China, and analyzing the progress of Singles day, smart system of Alibaba, its significance. China still has poor infrastructure in non-capital areas. And many Chinese companies are actively introducing and developing smart logistics to cover the vast continental area of China. Singles Day is a representative case in point where the smart logistics and main technologies related to 4^th Industrial Revolution are applied. The data obtained through smart logistics would be reused for inventory management, production planning, and order processing, contributing to the optimization of the company's operations. In the era of the 4^th Industrial Revolution, domestic companies and governments need to make efforts to expand the introduction of smart logistics to secure competitiveness with global advanced companies.

The purpose of this study has developed a teaching and learning informatization indicator that provides the basis for utilizing or disseminating the beneficial teaching and learning informatization environment promoted by each university. The research method analyzes various informatization indicators developed by KERIS from 2002 to 2015 and recent environment such as Edutech, future education report, teaching and learning field report, and reflects them in indicator development. The development of the third indicator was completed by dividing it into Input, Process, Output stages by reflecting expert opinions in the first and second indicators. As a result, the core words of the university's teaching-learning informatization infrastructure building, sharing of educational resources, open development and sharing, joint purchase of resources, information safety system and literacy education, current status grasping, and resource utilization were derived. In the future, I will fill out the questionnaire to supplement the question through a pilot test and to grasp the current status of teaching and learning informatization in the entire university.

The purpose of this study is to observe the meaning of the movement recognized by the millennials to derive the direction of the future mobility service strategy according to the change in the mobility paradigm. To do this, the concept of mobility was understood and related cases were analyzed. The characteristics of the millennials were theoretically summarized, and an in-depth interviews were carried out with 25 Korean millennials to analyze the emotion. As a result, it was observed that mobility is not just a movement, but a movement with a pleasant experience for them, and its meaning is being extending as an experiencing good that satisfied emotions, which makes life luxurious. To establish a mobility service strategy that satisfies them First, it is necessary to make an effort to curate a mobility life suited to different emotions. Second, a strategy is required to show the language and image with emotion as a service. Third, it is necessary to play the role of an expert leading the future mobility life to be realized through connection with various fields. We expect that this study will be used as fundamental data for establishing a future mobility service strategy.

In the era of the 4th industrial revolution, the development of information technology brought various benefits, but it also increased social interest in privacy issues. As the possibility of personal privacy violation by big data increases, academic discussion about privacy management has begun to be active. While the traditional view of privacy has been defined at various levels as the basic human rights, most of the recent research trends are mainly concerned only with the information privacy of online privacy protection. This limited discussion can distort the theoretical concept and the actual perception, making the academic and social consensus of the concept of privacy more difficult. In this study, we analyze the privacy concept that is exposed on the internet based on 12,000 news data of the portal site for the past one year and compare the difference between the theoretical concept and the socially accepted concept. This empirical approach is expected to provide an understanding of the changing concept of privacy and a research direction for the conceptualization of privacy for current situations.
