This study was conducted to develop items for evaluating the level of the digitization of libraries. For this purpose, it analyzed the literature related to the digital library, underwent a convergence process of 10 experts, and finally derived an axis of 13 different dimensions comparing the digitization of libraries. The axis is composed of acquisitions, collections (physical and online collections), classification and cataloging, circulation service, reference, user service, SNS service, the library's organization and staff, device providing service, next-generation service, and status of our library. This study conducted a survey of librarians to secure the validation of the primarily derived evaluation items regarding libraries' digitization. As a result, the average rating of the traditional evaluation items was 3.82, and the average rating of the digital evaluation items was 4.08. Therefore, it can be said that the results of this research to evaluate the digitized level of libraries have a certain degree of validity.

디지털 시네마 기술은 차세대 미디어 환경의 핵심기반 기술로서 세계 영화산업의 흐름은 급속하게 디지털 시네마로 전환되고 있다. 국내에서도 2007년까지 광대역 통신망 보급,2010년까지 방송의 전면 디지털화,세계 최고 수준의 인터넷 및 이동통신 보급률,그리고 DMB서비스등에 이르기까지 디지털 시네마를 가능케 할 제반 환경이 구축될 예정이다. 그럼에도 불구하고 국내 영화 산업의 디지털화는 아직 미흡한 수준이다.하루가 다르게 발전하는 디지털 시네마 산업에서의 낙오는 곧바로 차세대 미디어 기술과 콘텐츠 사업에서의 도태를 의미한다. 이같은 배경에서 디지털 시네마 기술의 신속한 초기 대응을통해 시장 선점 및 기술 우위를 확보하여 반도체 ㆍCDMAㆍ디지털TV등의 뒤를 이을수 있는 국내 대표 기술로 자리 잡게할 필요가 있다.

전자해도는 기존 종이해도로 표현하던 해안선, 등심선, 수심, 항로표지 등의 정보를 디지털화한 것으로 기존 종이해도 정보의 디지털화 과정에서 해도 사용 목적에 부합하는 수준으로 일반화 과정을 거치게 된다. 이 과정에서 일관된 기준과 자동화된 작업 방식 적용의 어려움으로 일반화 수준이 균일하지 않은 문제가 발생할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 전자해도로 제작된 여러 정보 중 해안선을 대상으로 균일한 수준으로 일반화되었는지 평가하는 전자해도 일반화 평가 방안을 연구하였다. 세부 내용으로는 일반화 평가에 활용할 수 있는 여러 알고리즘을 비교 분석하여 전자해도에 가장 최적화된 알고리즘 및 평가 방법을 제안하였다.

This study analyzed the procedures and contents of digitalization of sinological resources owned by major sinological resource institutes in Korea. It investigated the united organizations that use such sinological resources It also assessed governmental policies and future Plans for digitalization of sinological resources. Finally, it proposed steps and conditions necessary for successful digitalization of sinological resources. (1) The level of digitalization of library management, searching, and usage system of national library, university library, and research library that has been applied since 1980s has already been highly advanced. The amount of sinological resources collected is significant and its substance value is very high. The digitalized resources are already distributed on internet partially. However, the level of digitalization of sinological resources still lacks some aspects and requires further effort. (2) The data base for digitalized sinological resources already available can be grouped into bibliographic information, contents and annotation, and full text. and it includes both domestic and foreign resources. The quantities of resources are as described in the body (3) The types of digital sinological resources include antient books. archives, micro, and book blocks. (4) The encoding DB methods of digital sinological resources include text. image, PDF. and etc. (5) The united organizations of sinological resources enable us to avoid duplicated investigation and enhance service efficiency. Here are some factors to consider in order to accomplish ideal digitalization of sinological resources. (1) First of all, it is necessary to organize a control center for digitalization procedures of old materials, and allow it a certain degree of authority to develop and Proceed a comprehensive Plan. (2) Both short- and long-term plans need to be developed in order to analyze various aspects of digitalization process. and their steps need to be taken gradually (3) It is necessary to train experts for old materials and let them construct and manage DB.

2007년 일본 사진업계는 안정적인 경기 회복의 기조를 보이는 가운데 경제지표에서 보면 소비지출은 오를 것으로 전망되지만 디지털화가 가속화되는 가운데 사진소비 수준은 감소 경향이 계속되어 어려울 것으로 전망되었다. 디지털카메라는 일안리플렉스(DSLR)의 보급과 함께 디지털 서비스에 있어서도 디지털카메라 프린트의 신장으로 은염사진 프린트 영역의 회복이 기대되지만, 은염카메라의 각 기종은 대폭적인 감소 추세가 계속될 것으로 보인다. 스틸필름의 수요 수준도 각 타입 모두 합쳐 30% 이상 감소가 예측되고, 컬러 DP 전체 수요도 2자리수 대의 감소가 예상되는 등, 마이너스 성장의 범위를 벗어나지 않을 전망이다. 따라서 사진시장의 활성화를 위해 무엇보다 디지털 비즈니스의 확대가 큰 과제로 떠오르고 있다.

변전소의 디지털화를 통한 변전소 자동화 시스템(SAS) 구축이 전 세계적 이슈이다. 변전소 디지털화는 기존의 변전소 기능에 정보 통신 기술을 적용시켜 변전소 운영을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있게 돕기 위해서이다. 디지털 변전소가 정상적으로 운영되기 위해 요구하는 높은 수준의 가용성과 전송능력 만족하기 위해 IEC TC 57 WG10은 IEC SC65 WG15의 IEC 62439 고 가용성 자동화 네트워크(Highly Available Automation Networks)를 디지털 변전소 네트워크로 차용하기로 결정했다. 그중 가용성과 신뢰성, 전송능력, 경제성을 이유로 IEC 62439의 중복 네트워크 프로토콜 중 HSR(High-availability Seamless Redundancy)을 디지털 변전소를 위한 네트워크 프로토콜로 이용하기 위한 많은 연구가 진행되고 있다. 특히 디지털 변전소 내부에서도 가장 높은 수준의 가용성과 네트워크 성능을 요구하는 프로세스 버스용 네트워크 구성 프로토콜로 적합하다. 본 논문은 실제 154Kv급 변전소 프로세스 버스에 HSR을 적용하였을 때 성능을 분석하였다.

최근 국내 IT 산업의 발달에 따른 디지털화에 따라서 대기전력에 의해서 소비되는 전력소모량은 일반 가정용 전원을 기준으로 할 때 전체 사용량의 11%에 육박하는 수준까지 나타나고 있으며, 이는 다른 선진국에 비해서도 상당히 높은 수준으로 미국의 5% 수준의 2배가 넘는 수치이다. 전기, 전자제품의 디지털화의 추세는 일반가구 및 산업시설에 공급되는 공급전압에 비해서 상당히 낮은 전압으로 제품이 동작하게 되며, 이러한 전압변환은 제품에 내장된 변압기에 의해서 수행되는데, 변압기는 전기 전자제품이 구동하지 않는 경우에도 일차측에 인가된 전압에 의해서 발생되는 대기전력 소비량에 의해서 일정 크기의 전력소모가 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 본 인구에서는 대기진력에 대해서 가전제품의 대기상태를 유지하기 위한 상태에선 소모되는 전력량 및 변압기의 1차측에서 유도되나 2차측에서 전력에너지로 변환되지 못하고 소실되는 손실을 모두 포함하는 것으로 정의를 내리고, 해당 적용 제품의 비구동상태에서 독립된 전원으로 구동되어 변압기의 1차 측을 완전히 개방하여 1차 측 전압인가에서 발생되는 손실까지 모두 줄일 수 있는 회로에 대한 기술적인 구성과 적용가능성에 대해서 연구하였다.

With the acceleration of information digitization caused by fast growth of Information Technology, the application of digital forensics has increased but it is underestimated because digital evidence is easy to forge. Especially, the evaluation of the reliability of digital forensics organization is judged only by judges domestically because there is no objective verification system or evaluation method of the capability of digital forensics organization. Therefore, the evaluation model and indices of the capability of digital forensics concentrated on the digital forensics organization, personnel, technology, facilities and the procedure in domestic justice system was presented in this research after reviewing the domestic and foreign evaluation method and the standard of the capability of digital forensics and information security. The standard for judicial evaluation of digital evidence and composition, management, evaluation of digital forensics organization would be presented based on this research.

The age of local government has set in, most of the cities have made the brand slogan to create a competitive luxury city and to enable the local economy to keep pace for digital promotion policy with the regional branding. Age of limitless competition, local governments have continued to digital promotion policy the slogan, local people's awareness and satisfaction about the brand slogan is generally high, but this is noted in seven cities commonly that reflect the characteristics of the region and inconvenient distinctive identity design. This study is the meaningful to derived the problem of city brand slogan development policy through analysis the citizens awareness of seoul and 6metropolitan's brand slogan development digital promotion policy and help to become a future development and management of city brand slogan digital promotion management policy in Korea.
