외국문학은 디지털콘텐츠의 경우 한국어와 영어를 동시에 번역, 문학의 시공간을 현재에 공간으로 다양하게 접근시켜 가보고 싶은 곳으로 이끈다. 작품을 체계적인 분류를 통해 상징적인 코드를 수용자의 선호도를 바탕으로 정보를 나열하고 재조립하고 수용자 스스로가 상징적인 코드를 스스로 만들어가는 즐거움이 바로 문학지도의 개발이다.

최근에 군에서 작전계획을 수립하는데 있어서 군사 지도 및 디지털지형정보를 이용한 지형공간 분석 및 판독은 필수적인 요소가 되고 있다. 이에 따라, 군의 작전계획 수립을 지원하는 각종 정보 체계에서는 보다 원활한 지형공간 분석 및 판독을 위해 신속한 지도화면 시현과 다양한 도식들의 제공을 위한 기술이 요구되고 있다. 본 논문은 신속한 지도화면의 시현을 위해 래스터 지도를 타일링하여 3D 평면에 직접 매핑하는 방법을 제안하였고 다양한 도식들을 입체적으로 표현할 수 있게 하였다.

In recent years, there are many awareness and demand for digital convergence of the future. In information technology, especially, convergence with other studies such as regional studies, literature and humanities should be needed because information technology is closely related to real life. Culture atlas represents various aspects related to culture visually using points, arcs, and more in the map. Thus, it should be an available tool to survey cultures efficiently in digital environments. For oversea region study, especially Mediterranean region research, we suggest the way to apply electronic culture atlas in this paper. In detail, design and implementation a study on Electronic Culture Atlas for overseas area. Research results for oversea regional studies can be expressed visually by utilizing digital culture map implemented in this paper. Therefore, digital culture atlas should be used as convergence media between information technology and other studies such as regional studies, humanities and so on, tools for oversea regional studies, and exhibition of research results.

물관리기본법의 시행 및 제1차 국가물관리기본계획의 이행에 따라 물관리 자료의 정보화 요구가 증가하고 있다. 과거 농업용수관리는 기초자료의 오류, 계측데이터의 부족 등이 한계점으로 지적되었으며, 과학화·표준화된 농업용수 물수급 분석 체계 구축 및 물정보의 정확성이 요구된다. 최근 통합물관리 국가정책 대응을 위한 물수급 분석 기반 마련을 목적으로 한국농어촌공사에서는 농업용수 용 배수 계통 정밀조사, 공간자료 재구축 등을 통한 농업용수 디지털 정보체계 구축 사업이 진행되고 있다. 연속수치지형도 및 토지피복, 스마트팜맵 등의 디지털 공간자료를 수집하고 현장조사와 영농조사를 바탕으로 최신화된 용배수계통도, 수혜면적 자료를 구축하였다. 본 연구에서는 디지털화한 용배수계통도를 이용하여 수리해석 모델 기초자료를 구축하고, 들녘단위 (주·보조수원, 저수지 및 양수장 등) 용수계통도 구현함으로써 수원공별 용수공급 네트워크를 분석하고자 한다. 농업용수 공급체계 반영이 가능한 EPA-SWMM (United States Environmental Protection Agency Storm Water Management Model)을 활용하여 다양한 물공급 시나리오를 적용하여 최적의 물관리 방안을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 경기도 안성시 고삼저수지를 대상으로 연속수치지형도, 농경지전자지도, 고해상도 DEM 등을 활용한 디지털 조사와 수로 표고, 길이 및 너비 등 현장조사를 수행하였으며, 현장 물관리 방안을 적용하여 물분배 모의가 가능한 EPA-SWMM 기반 수원공-용수로-수혜구역을 연결하는 용수공급 네트워크를 구축하였다. 농촌용수종합정보시스템 (Rural Agricultural Water Resource Information System, RAWRIS)에서 제공하는 계측 자료를 활용하여 관개기간의 강수량, 소비수량, 증발산량, 공급량 등을 적용하여 농업용수 공급량, 배분량을 추정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 물관리 담당자에게 상세한 현행 용수공급량 및 용수공급체계 정보 제공과 향후 국가물관리기본계획, 농어촌용수이용합리화계획의 물수급 분석 기초자료로 활용 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

현대전에서는 인명 손실을 최소화하는 동시에 타 전투체계와의 연계를 통해 부여된 임무를 성공적으로 이끌어 내기 위해 무인로봇을 활발하게 이용하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 미래 전장에서 중심 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대되는 무인로봇과 통제장치의 기능을 제안한다. 통제장치는 디지털 지도를 기반으로 무인로봇의 위치를 전시하는 동시에 특정 위치로의 자율 이동 명령을 내리게 하는 인터페이스이다. 통제장치에서 무인로봇의 실시간 이동 간에 디지털 지도 기반 가시선(line of sight) 분석을 수행함으로써 통신 가능지역 식별 및 중계기를 통한 통신 가능 영역 식별을 용이하게 한다. 제안한 무인로봇과 통제장치를 통해 전장 환경에서 부여된 작전을 성공적으로 이끄는데 주된 역할을 수행할 것으로 기대한다.

The integrated underground space map is a three-dimensional map that integrates 16 types, including 7 types of underground facilities, 6 types of underground structures, and 3 types of ground. In order to systematically construct, manage, and utilize the integrated underground space map, it was institutionalized as the "Special Act on Underground Safety Management," and the "Underground Space Integrated Map Production Work Regulations" was prepared as detailed work regulations. However, there is a lack of institutional mechanisms to develop new technologies such as the completed book submission system for submitting change information and automation technology for updating the integrated underground spatial map and to expand the usability of the integrated underground spatial map. Accordingly, this study examined the current status of the integrated underground space map and attempted to suggest a direction for improving the current system through a revision plan and detailed operation management regulations (draft) of the Special Act on Underground Safety Management.

The purpose of the research is to figure out the problem of skiing-lesson to handicapped person and to develop and verify skiing-lesson manual by exploring skiing lesson's main factors of handicapped. To achieve the object of the research, we have done a survey to 14 people who agreed on participating in the research by doing open type-questionnaire survey to explore the obstructive factors of ski-vitalization for the handicapped. We have chosen two professor of adapted physical education, two ski specialists for the handicapped, and two instructors for national ski team to the adaptive to analyze the priority of ski-lesson to handicapped. There were a few results the result of developing the skiing-lesson manual for the handicapped was classified by 4types according to the types of disability. (two-track, three-track, four-track, monoski).

Due to the topographical and climatic features of Korea, there is a strong possibility of a landslide. Recently, many landslides, caused by the improper land development, frequently occured at the mountain area every summer. Cheonan has been recognized to be relatively safe against landslide, but with the increased risk factors, systematic analysis of the landslide is required. In this paper, the topographical features of Mt. Seonggo in Cheonan City were extracted using contour maps, and water courses and basin areas in heavy rain were computed using the results. Conclusively, Mt. Seonggo areas were relatively safe in the view points of the length of water courses and rain-inflow, but in case of some narrow areas, sustainedly observation was required. Meanwhile, a contour map is proper to analyze the risk of landslide in the 1'st level in that it is more cost effective than other types of digital map.

IMO developed e-navigation implementation plan which is a new paradigm of vessel safety navigation using harmonized information technology. S-100 standard for electronic navigational chart is also adopted as one of e-navigation strategies. In S-100 framework, not only geographic features of electronic chart but every safety related objects can be expressed by UML so that can be provided by web services. This paper research to test S-100 web service for casualty information. It is processed by modeling with UML, converting XML document by XML schema. Finally, the XML data is represented by web-based application.

다양한 경로를 통하여 입수할 수 있는 지리적인 정보는 지도 흑은 해도, 표, 그래프, 좌표난 다른 형태 등 다양한 형태로 표현되고 전자해도도 이러한 다양한 표현수단중 하나이다. 전자해도(ENC)는 지리적인 정보, 즉 지리적인 이름과 수심, 등심선 등의 수치와 해도, 표, 그래프 등 도형들의 집합물로서 이를 전자해도의 국제규격인 S-57 format으로 표현하고 ENC product specification에 따라 체계적인 형태로 저장된 데이터로 이는 저작권법이 규정하고 있는 데이터 베이스의 정의에 부합하는 저작물이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 전자해도의 발행 목적은 바다에서 안전을 책임지는 것이고 환경 보호에 기여하는 것으로 이들 디지털 해도 시스템은 off-shore 산업 환경과 지질학상의 행정과 같이 해상에 대한 적용뿐만 아니라 상업적 해운업, 해군 작전, 어업선과 레져, 선박과 같은 곳에서 사용된다. 따라서 앞으로 계속하여 증가될 전자해도의 수요증대 및 활성화를 대비하여 다양한 수요자의 요구를 충족시킬 뿐 만 아니라 업무의 효율을 기할 수 있는 공식적인 디지털 항해 상품의 공급방안, 가격결정 및 관리 시스템이 구축되어야 하고, 전자해도 데이터의 다양한 응용과 관련하여 공급된 데이터의 사용 및 변형범위와 데이터의 오류로 인한 피해 발생 시 책임소재 등의 문제들이 검토되어야 한다.
