To realize the healthy life of human, mental, physical, and environmental factors must be managed continuously and stably. In order to manage human health, the 21st century healthcare field is essential ongoing interactions and convergence with ICT technologies. Such demands have created a convergence of technologies (fusion technology) in combination with the heterogeneous technologies. And, with the convergence of medical technology and ICT technologies, the development of personalized therapy environments is created. Advances in ICT-converged healthcare services are progressing due to the development of diverse wearable devices. Such ICT fusion system is exponentially increasing the complexity of the ICT convergence healthcare system and is resulting in various technical, institutional, environmental, and cultural issues. This study explores the status of developments in ICT healthcare technologies from the past to date, identifies major technology and policy issues to address these challenges. Finally it will recommend healthcare policies and a future road-map.

Today, with the advance of Information and communication technology, 'Smart, connected' toys, which apply technologies related to IoT (Internet of Things) to traditional toys, are emerging and rapidly growing. This research aims to analyze the tendencies and limitations of smart, connected toys through exploring the representative cases of smart, connected toys based on characteristics of ICBM (Internet of Things, Cloud, Big-data, and Mobile) technology. For this study, we begin by understanding literature research about smart, connected toys and ICBM technology. Then, we extracted the characteristics of ICBM technology for connecting physical and digital environments through investigating cases to which ICBM technologies are applied. Based on the extracted characteristics, the case studies of smart, connected toys were conducted. In this research, we explore the level of ICBM technology application and limitation to smart, connected toys. We expect this research will contribute to providing guidelines for developing smart, connected toys based on the characteristics of the latest technology.

As a form of convergence studies, many studies on electronic cultural atlas have been performed. In this paper, our objective is to design an electronic cultural atlas for utilizing photo contents based on display and sharing effect. This is one of the ways to effectively use various photo contents. Through electronic cultural atlas, photo contents are recognized as an object that contains a lot of information. To do this, we design an electronic cultural atlas for utilizing photo contents, and investigate the utilization differences through comparison with existing systems. In detail, we examine the limits of the traditional photo exhibition method, and research on usability of users when an electronic cultural atlas was used to exhibit and share the photos contents efficiently.

Electronic cultural atlases based on a variety of topics have been studied because of recently increased interest about them. Existing cultural atlases are difficult to analyze the correlation between the subjects and to make utilization based on the various points of view since they are implemented mostly by a single theme. To solve these problems, we propose a method that express a variety of themes by using layer functions of electronic cultural atlases. Using thematic overlay functions, also, application plans are suggested to analyze the relationship between subjects and to derive new knowledge through the association of various themes.

Traditional ODA to North Korea (NK) has been unsustainable and politically contentious. This study proposes the design of appropriate technology (AT) as an alternative. We identified NK residents' urgent needs and global AT instances, and classified data by Maslow's hierarchy of needs. As electricity and potable water were identified as primary needs, suitable AT cases were selected. Given NK's extreme isolation, collaborative AT practices with local residents are unfeasible. Therefore we propose a new AT adoption model customized to NK, which emphasizes community-level adoption. We proposed a solar charging station for cooperative farms, a re-design of an AT previously utilized in Africa, and tailored it to fit our proposed model. The study's significance lies in its novel AT adoption model for NK's unique social fabric and the proposition of a specific design case, thus transcending previous relevant studies exploring AT's potential for NK.

The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare UX factors of connectivity systems of domestic and overseas car brands. Using a text mining analysis, UX factors of domestic and overseas brands were compared through positive-negative sentiment index. After collecting 120,000 reviews on Hyundai Motor Group (Hyundai, Kia, Genesis) and 190,000 on Tesla, BMW, and Mercedes, pre-processing was performed. Keywords were classified into 11 UX factors in 3 dimensions of the system connection, information, and service. For domestic brands, sentiment index for 'safety' was the highest. For overseas brands, 'entertainment' was the most positive UX factor.

Recently, various techniques and patented methods on blasting operation are being newly developed. In this study, test construction of the MDS blasting method was performed, and the fragmentation size and the occurrence rate of rocks exceeding 300mm were measured and analyzed in comparing to normal blasting method. Test construction was performed three times each for normal and the MDS at the same bench for each round, and fragmentation size(P80) and occurrence rate of rocks exceeding 300mm(S30) were measured using digital image processing. A sieve bucket was also manufactured on-site to sort oversized rock particles from muck piles, and their weights and equivalents were measured to calculate actual values. As a result, the fragmentation size decreased of 21.0% with the MDS compared to normal, and 100-S30 decreased of 10.1%, with actual values decreasing of 7.6%. Although there were variations in blasting effects for each round due to differences in rock quality at site, overall, the MDS proved to be more effective compared to normal blasting method under equivalent conditions.

In the film Inception, we can see that the human dream world is depicted using Freud's psychoanalytical subconscious theory. Through the expression of the subconscious, And the ability to think and think deeply of human nature, such as presenting a new perspective to insight and expression. Based on Freud 's subconscious theory, this paper explores the expression of the dream world and the subconscious in the film and examines the meaning expression of the film through it. The main character is well described as living a chaotic life in obsession with obsessions and obsessions due to his subconscious uncontrollable through his dreams and dreams of being satisfied by the way the oppressed thoughts and desires are disguised I feel that I feel my foolishness and mood as a masturbation by dreaming and dreaming to turn back the moments of regret. In addition, conflicts and confrontations between consciousness and subconscious are expressed well in the form of confusion in reality and dreams. This application and application of humanities studies is a good example of the production of in-depth popular arts content, as we can see that it can add to the weight of depth setting, plot development, and above all creative time and space creation.

Historically, Korea has made and weaved beautiful jewelry based on delicate metal craft technique. Especially jewelries in Chosun dynasty among these jewelry shows practicality, fanciness and social symbolism at the same time, which is one of representative cultural origins to express characteristics of Korean culture. Since jewelry of imperial princess YEONG, an object of a study herein, was made for a court ceremony although it is an artifact of the end of Chosun dynasty after the time of enlightenment, it is expected be made based on traditional shape and standard in accordance with strictly respected court dress code in Chosun dynasty. It is also an important data of research for a court style and system as well as its artistry in its diversity of type, preservation condition similar to original form and its producers who are master craftsman parted in Sang-Uiwon (an institute in charge of dress and accessaries of court) at the end of dynasty. Thus, a study herein aims to research formatively valuable 11 selected jewelries among jewelries of imperial princess YEONG used at the end of Chosun dynasty, and search for industrial application method with digitalization of the shape and design and preservation of original form of traditional culture. Moreover, in accordance with proposing design data through review of traditional women jewelry, it aims to suggest possibility of application into modern jewelry design and cultural industry.

Contrary to the fact that the old films contain artistic and include contemporary literature, religion, and philosophy, latest films are produced with focusing on external interesting composition and sensational scene. A good movie emotionally express the directors' topic message exuding from an interesting story, and empathize with the social agenda which shows a sharp look of the directors' on contemporary social aspect. In the movies of the Coen brothers, it seems like an entertainment movie as typical black comedy genre through irony and happening, but in fact, it inserts a lot of social problems in the film to show that they cynically express their social agenda from a contemplative view. In their movie "The Big Lebowski (1998)", it seems like they are creating comical content through the main characters' unaffected attitude. However, it is director's excellent director of the sub-text that expresses American social issues such as Vietnam war, post-modernism and an obscurantist policy and au fond the comedy about the historical facts of mass production of social maladjustment into black comedy. We expect to contribute to make a step forward in the Korea film industry by analyzing such movies that has the cultural power of influence.
