Music Braille is essential and academic materials for the blind to learn and enjoy music. In Korea, National Library for the Disabled is the public institution for the manufacture digital music braille by the request and the center of music rehabilitation the disabled also make the digital music braille on a welfare level. However, most of braille libraries in Korea do have little music braille compared to other braille books. This paper reports the current situations how braille libraries including National library for the Disabled contain braille books, music brailles and digital music brailles to find out that the blinds can be provided exact informations about music brailles and digital music brailles so they can learn music with the right materials such as music brailles. In conclusion, the construction of Database for the digital music brailles is required and necessary for the blind to have better activities of music from the welfare and artistic point of view.

This study aims to find improvements to problems including investigation public affairs for the activities of artists focusing on the Korean Artists Welfare Foundation since established in 2012. Hence, Gilbert and Terrell's analytical framework for social policy is used with these public affairs in terms of allocation, benefit, service delivery system and finance for this research and pointed at issue. As a result of analysis, the identification of artist is vague for the allocation and the benefit and delivery are not effective in actual practice. In addition to this, the source of fund should become independent financially not to depend on the public funding. Therefore, the follow-up research is necessary that the system of verification for the artists to benefit from the public supports with fair and effective opportunities and developments to secures the funds prospectively.

The meaning of 'Metamorphosis' is transformation or disguise. It also means the process of modification from 'Image A' to 'Image B'. 'Metamorphosis' which has derived from many race's myth shows the various field of 'Literature', 'Music' and 'Art'. Through the development of cinematography, the still image in 'Film' and 'Animation' could be combined with time and the process of 'Metamorphosis' has been observed. Specially individual and fantastic forms in animation have created by many animators, because every factor of individual image in animation could be transformed and modified. And 'Metamorphosis' shows the sector of metaphor which is based on narration and the functional scene conversion in animation. 'Metamorphosis' which includes magical and fantastic character also provides the hilarious effect and the special film language to us.

Seal is a tool to prove an individual or group. Guk-Sae and Eo-Bo uses typeface to represent their names or titles, which change from tensile to tensile and have varied from time to time. Although the Korean alphabet currently uses Hangul, it had used Chinese characters before Hun-Min-Jeong-Um was created in 1443. All seals and royal seal before the Korean Seal of State were made in Chinese characters. This thesis analyzes the concept of typography through the royal seal, and the subject of this study is 'Sugang Emperor' which is the only eight-letter version seal of the Joseon Dynasty's various royal seal. Bo-Yeong, which is shown in Bo-Myeon has artistic value with beautiful typeface and proportions, which is worth research. It examines the features of the Korean seal, analyzes and studies the typeface shape and features from the typographic perspective of the "Sugang Emperor Bo-Yeong," or writing.

Various works of art in a convergent form using new media technology Reflecting the attempted trend, this paper examines the footsteps of public art and Looking at the examples of works using new media art as an expression method of public art works, I suggest vr drawing as a new tool for public media art. The drawing performance using the vr drawing tool and the case of the vr realistic performance scarecrow, The vr drawing tool can infer the possibility of practical application as a new expression method of public art. This study uses a vr drawing tool among new media technologies in the future. It is believed that it will be a prior study that will help prospective creators. In addition, compared to the media status in the era of the 4th industrial revolution, art and If you think and analyze the future value of technology, I think it will be a meaningful study.

Today we are living in a capitalist society where competition is prevalent and natural phenomenon. We compare ourselves to others in overheated competition, concerning the views of others. We comfort many assessments of other that causes in anxiety and controls our behaviors unconsciously. We hypothesize that such anxiety originate from eyes of others, and studied anxiety in general and anxiety about other's gaze. Specifically, the study of ornament was conducted with emphasis on the eye and intense colors from the anxiety of competition in famous movie "Black Swan". We used color in the art work as a tool to reflect the authors inner phycology, and tried to deliver author's emotion and message simultaneously. Moreover, we tried to share and express the anxiety of modern people through the from of "eye".

In various cultures and civilizations, artists are trying new ideas of reinterpreting the beauty of classic and redefining it in the ways of modern times rather than creating something new. In other words, modern cultural trend is creating a new culture by combining sensibilities of classic amid the flood of information with modern senses of artists. This study tries to combine various cultures an designs in accordance with this cultural change. Based on the features of expressing emotions of individuals and the world of impossible experiences from the short story 'When Buckwheat Flowers Bloom' of Lee Hyoseok, an incomplete area of consciousness which is at the border line of the polarized world divided by existence and absence is the area which creates a new culture by arousing readers' imagination as a potential world of thought. In addition, based on language from the short story, a researcher tries to utilize symbolic and imaginal beauties inside of that language as a material of design, and formative analysis them with the composition of proper words for visualization.

Installation art is another methodology of modern art appeared in 1970's. Installation art does not seek for a particular ideology or specific form to express, but rather it endeavors to produce a work produced by mutiful media convergence and integration. Therefore, this leads to inspire new cognition on ordinary places. Installaton art is strongly related with public art in terms of most works are to be exhibited. Thus from this point of view, installation art contains public art which aims to better communication among people, nature and artificial things. Eventually, temporary installation art contains communication and convergence of people and object in public places.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of self-management of dance major high school students on eating attitudes and eating disorders. The subjects of this study were 239 dance major students at art high schools located in Seoul, Gyeonggi-do and Chungcheong-do, and a questionnaire was used as a survey tool. For data analysis, multiple regression analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were performed to derive the following results. First, interpersonal management of dance major high school students affects restrained eating, and body management affects external and emotional eating. Second, self-management of dance major high school students has a significant effect on anorexia. Third, the eating attitude of dance major high school students strongly mediates self-management and eating disorders. The above results indicate that the management of excessive body of dance major high school students has a high influence on eating attitude and anorexia. Accordingly, it is considered that leaders need careful guidance on correct eating behavior of students.

As the importance of national technical qualifications for hairdressers to verify qualifications and skills as a professional is increasing, it is time to improve achievement motivation and job attitudes through research on job attitudes perceived by hair designers toward hair practical tasks. As a result of studying the effect on the job attitude of a hairstylist working in a hair salon, it was found that blow-drying induced the hairstylist's job efficacy among the practical tasks for the hairdresser's hair national technology certification, and scalp scaling and shampoo were the job of the hairstylist. was found to induce satisfaction. Based on the research results, it is possible to present a variety of practical certification tasks with practicality that can be usefully applied to customers in various techniques in the beauty industry, rather than unrealistic practical techniques limited only to wigs. We want to induce improvement. In addition, I believe that this study will provide basic data for the development of various practical tasks to improve the achievement motivation of hair designers.
