디지털 보청기를 착용한 사람의 지향성 측정 및 시뮬레이션 비교를 위해서 실제 실험 장치(무향실)와 여러 전기음향 계측기기를 이용한 실험을 수행하는 과정에서 많은 소요 시간의 문제점이 발생하였다. 그래서 실험 시간을 단축하기 위해 본 전기음향 실험기기의 자동화 및 고속화를 연구하였다 지향성 실험을 위해 간이형 무향실이 회전하도록 설계하였고, 이에 따른 자동제어를 위한 프로그래밍을 연구하였다.

고현진 한국소프트웨어진흥원장은 IBM에서 시작해 썬마이크로시스템즈, MS 등 외국계 IT기업에서만 20년 경력을 쌓은 SW 배테랑이다. 다국적 기업에서 잔뼈가 굵은 고현진 원장은 국내 소프트웨어 산업계를 살릴 구원투수로 선택돼 정부 출연기관인 소프트웨어진흥원에 취임한지 벌써 7개월을 맞았다. 고현진 원장을 찾은 시간은 오후 2시20분. 2시30분이 약속 시간이었지만 원장실에는 미팅이 한창 진행 중이었다. 수시로 고 원장을 만나기 위해 원장실을 방문하는 이들도 많았다. 이로 인해 미팅이 30분이나 지연됐다. 하지만 내 뒤로도 미팅을 위해 대기하는 이가 있어 쫓기는 기분으로 인터뷰가 이뤄졌다.

지금까지 국내 디지털 보호계전기의 성능 검증은 동작치 특성 시험 등 정특성시험(steady-state performance) 검증 위주로 수행되어 왔으며, 신규개발 디지털 보호계전기 및 신규 도입 디지털 보호계전기에 대해서는 정특성 시험과 함께 시뮬레이터를 이용한 동특성 시험을 병행하여 왔다. 동특성 시험은 보호계전기에 내장된 계전요소들의 유기적인 성능을 검증할 수 있는 시험으로서 복수 개의 보호계전요소를 탑재하고 있는 디지털 보호계전기를 검증하기 위해서는 필수적인 성능검증 수단이다. 그러나 이러한 장점들과 편리함에도 불구하고 디지털 보호계전기의 성능검증에 사용되는 계통 모델이 실 계통을 정확하게 반영하지 못할 경우 검증 결과의 신뢰성을 보장하기가 어렵다. 본 논문에서는 154kV 송전선로 보호용 디지털 보호계전기의 성능 검증을 위한 기반 구축 과정 및 결과에 대해서 기술한다.

원전 디지털 계측제어계통 통신망에서는 일반 산업체의 사이버보안과는 달리 안전성과 가용성, 그리고 경성실시간 조건을 매우 중시하면서도 일반 IT 분야에서 사용하고 있는 사이버보안 기술의 대부분을 수용할 것을 요구받고 있다. 사이버보안 활동은 원전 디지털 계측제어계통 통신망에서 요구하는 통신망의 성능 조건을 저해하지 않아야만 하는데, 이러한 요구 조건들은 서로 상충되는 측면들이 있다. 원전 디지털 계측제어계통 사이버보안을 위한 보안기술들이 계측제어시스템 및 이와 관련된 통신망에 적용될수록 이들의 성능은 저하될 수밖에 없기 때문이다. 사이버보안에 대한 위협이 일반 산업계는 물론 국가 핵심 기반 시설까지 확대되고 있는 현실에서 안전성이 가장 우선시되는 원전의 핵심 제어계통인 원전 디지털 계측제어계통에 대한 사이버보안 활동은 매우 주요하다. 본 논문에서는 원전 디지털 계측제어계통 사이버보안에 활동 수행에 필요한 고려사항들에 대하여 기술한다.

Seoul City has been operating 17 public libraries to bridge the digital gap in the information society. Digital collection that has used recently, is providing various information services and information sources such as Internet. DVDs, satellite broadcasts and plan to offer service with more contents in the near future. In an attempt to facilitate the use of digital archives in public libraries in Seoul, this study thus applies marketing strategy to Electronic Information Center in the S Library and techniques can contribute a dynamic approach to total strategy development for library professionals that will ensure effective management and the achievement for their goals.

The amount of labor input in a construction project is used as source data to estimate construction cost and to understand the productivity of the construction industry. However, there is a significant difference between the standard of estimation and the actual amount of labor input, and a plan is needed to resolve this problem. For this reason, to establish a system with which the actual amount of labor input can be inputted in a more accurate and simpler manner, a new method is proposed in this study. In the new method, a digital pen is used to minimize the difference from traditional handwriting on paper using a pen, and eliminate the redundant input of information. This study is expected not only to reduce the actual amount of labor input but also to contribute to the productivity of construction cost estimate through the sharing or utilization of the information on the web.

Even though the protective facility is well made with the development of medicine, the spatial dose within the radiation section could increase the exposure of the workers. The spatial dose is always present in distribution room within the Department of Nuclear Medicine, so the spatial dose of the interior distribution room is measured and analyzed for the prediction of the exposure dose. The spatial dose rate was $6.78{\pm}0.083{\mu}Sv/h$ in the $^{18}F$ distribution room of department of Nuclear Medicine, $9.248{\pm}0.013{\mu}Sv/h$ in $^{99m}Tc$, and $^{131}I$ distribution room. In addition, in case of $^{18}F$ distribution room, the yearly external exposure dose was $42.5{\mu}Sv$ when the nurse does IV in 1m in distance. It also showed that the spatial dose rate on the direction of right oblique showed higher than others by the standard of distribution window of distribution room. Therefore, the staying time of the workers should be short during distributing radiopharmaceuticals in the distribution room and the design of the distribution protection is necessary to reduce the exposure in the direction of right oblique of the protection. The utmost endeavors are required to reduce the worker's individual exposure dose while doing IV.

This study investigates the usage of smartphones in English listening activities. 71 students answered the 10-item questionnaire after doing listening activity using their own smartphone for one semester in the course of Practical English listening and reading. The findings show that listening activity done with smartphone enhanced students' interest in English listening and improved their English listening skills because smart phones made customized learning possible. However, the major limitation of using smart phone is that students are distracted during activity by smart phones' other functions such as SMS and messenger. To reduce such distraction, I suggest that individual listening activity with smart phones be mixed with instructor-led activity using a classroom computer in about 50 to 50 ratio. The ratio might vary depending on the level of students' English listening skills. These findings will make a contribution to the boost of digital convergence English learning.
