XML/EDl 수출통관시스템 개발에 관한 연구

  • 기업간 및 기업 대 정부간 문서교환의 요구를 충족시키기 위한 일원으로 기업들은 산업 표준에 따른 전자문서교환(EDI)에 많은 관심과 노력을 기울여왔으며, 국내에서는 한국 EDIFACT위원회를 중심으로 전자문서 표준화가 이루어졌다. 국내 수출업자들이 관세청에 수출신고를 위한 통관 EDI 교환은 주로 부가가치통신망(VAN) 사업자들을 통해 이루어지고 있으나 이러한 EDI 중계 서비스는 특정 VAN사업자들을 통해 EDI서비스가 독점됨에 따라 서비스 이용에 있어 값비싼 전송료 및 통신망 임차비, 잦은 통신 지연, 기업 내부 시스템과의 연계의 어려움 등으로 인하여 많은 문제점을 낳았다. 현재 이러한 전통적 방식의 EDI를 인터넷 기반으로 전환할 때 인터넷의 개방성과 저렴한 사용비용등의 장점으로 인해 비용절감과 사용자 편이성을 크게 증가시킬 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구에서는 인터넷과 웹을 이용하여 통관 EDI 중계 시스템을 개발하였다. 현재 수출을 하고자 하는 주체는 관세청에서 반드시 EDI로 수출에 관한 신고를 하여야 하는바, 본 시스템은 이러한 EDI신고를 인터넷상에서 가능하도록 한 것이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 HTML에서 진일보한 차세대 마크업 언어인 XML을 이용하였다. 본 연구에서 구축한 XML/EDI 통관시스템은 수출신고에 필요한 11개의 전자문서에 대한 XML Schema를 디자인하고, 사용자 관리, SchemaStyleTemplate 관리, XML/EDI 문서관리 XML/EDI변환, EDI 송수신 관리, 인증관리, 로그관리 등의 모듈을 지니고 있으며 개방형 EDI와 인터넷 EDI의 장점을 취합하여 설계되었다. 본 시스템은 기존의 UN/EDIFACT표준을 사용하고 있는 EDI환경과 기존 VAN 방식의 EDI 중계 시스템과 연동되며, 향후 관세청의 XML/EDI 표준 시행을 미리 대비하는 선도연구로서 자리매김이 된다. 본 연구에서는 개발된 XML/EDI 통관시스템은 향후, 서비스의 최대 걸림돌이 되어왔던 값비싼 EDI 사용료의 부담에서 벗어날 수 있게 할 것이며, 저렴한 EDI구축/운영 비용으로 전자문서교환의 활성화와 XML이 인터넷 기반의 문서유통 표준으로 자리매김할 수 있는 중요한 계기가 될 것이다.

Effect of Mid-span Gusset Plates on the Behavior of Multi-Story X-Braced Frames (중앙부 거셋플레이트의 다층 X-형 가새골조 거동에 미치는 영향)

  • Steel braced frames are commonly used because braced frames are one of the most economical and efficient seismic resisting systems. However, research into the behavior of multi-story X-braced frame systems with mid-span gusset plates, as used in practice, is limited. As a result, their seismic performance and the influence of connection design on this performance are not well understood. Detailed nonlinear computer analyses of the frame were performed prior to building the test specimens and were used to aid the design and to predict the system performance. These analyses suggested significantly different behavior for the midspan gusset plate than that noted for the corner gusset plate connections. This paper summarizes the results of a full scale, 2-story braced frame analysis and test on concentrically braced frames.

A Study on the Design of Personalized Virtual Reality Tour Guide System (사용자 맞춤형 가상현실 여행가이드 시스템 디자인에 관한 연구)

  • In this paper, we present the Mont-Saint-Michel virtual reality system designed to create the virtual heritage environment, which is enriched with personalized tour guide service. The tour guide system allows users to travel in the virtual heritage site and get more information about the sites or items of user's interests. It also allows users to make their own tour guidebook with the pictures they have taken during the virtual tour and more detail descriptions from the tour guide database. It then generates the web-based tour guidebook for users to utilize it for the actual site visit or share it with others over the Internet. The components of this system are designed with the consideration of reusability to be used for other interactive tour guide systems. This paper describes the motivation the development and a preliminary user study of Mont-Saint-Michel virtual reality personalized tour guide system.

Study on the Characteristics of Western Rocker style In Early 20th Century (20세기 초기 서양 흔들의자의 양식적 특징)

  • This research is intended to study literatures relating to western rocking chairs style in early 20th century in order to provide basic data of designs for rockers of today in Korea and investigate characteristics of rocking chair from academic, formative and pragmatic perspectives. During the first half of 20th century, western rocking chairs (1925~1945) embodied actively the simple functionalism concept that furniture design must follow functionality considerations. Therefore, bare wood rocking chairs were without any surface decoration and tubular steel frame rocking chairs often included black leather upholstery in a bold attempt to express exposed structure. And the fact that tubular steel produced such lightweight furniture was crucial importance. Many Modernist designer created curvaceous lines of new pattern changes in their furniture. The structure of Modern rocking chair became all-important, for stylistic as well as functional reasons. Designers equated exposed structure of tubular steel and wooden frame with integrity and rationality and create an equalitarian style of design. Especially, designers in the early 20th century did use various brilliantly colored upholstery and wooden frame with simple forms of modern characteristics.

  • 현재 국내외적으로 가뭄, 홍수 등 물 관련 재해 발생 규모가 커지고 빈도 또한 많아지고 있으며 이러한 자연재해 및 이상현상으로 인해 체계적인 대응을 위한 수재해와 관련된 연구들이 지속적으로 수행되고 있는 실정이다. 수재해 관련 연구를 수행함에 있어 많은 물관련 자료들이 필요하며, 이러한 자료들을 각 연구자별로 수집하여 수행하게 되는데 자료를 수집하는데 소요되는 시간 및 요구되는 정확도를 확보하지 못하는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 이처럼 강수량, 기온 등과 같은 기초데이터와 수위, 유량 등 물관련 데이터 등 연구 수행지원을 위한 체계적인 데이터 활용 및 체계 구축관련 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 수재해 관련 정보시스템에서는 데이터 연계 구축 항목으로 위성, 레이더 등 광역 관측 장비를 이용한 관측데이터와 관련 연구를 수행하는 기관의 데이터를 제공할 예정이다. 제공할 항목은 홍수, 가뭄 등 자체 생산된 수재해 관련 데이터와 공개된 데이터를 가지고 있는 미항공우주국(NASA) SEDAC(Socioeconomic Data and Applications Center)에서 제공해주는 약 51개의 토지이용도, 수재해, 물 등의 데이터가 있으며, 미국해양대기관리처(NOAA)에서 주제도별 데이터로 가뭄정보, 기온, 월평균강수, 월 총강수량 등이 있다. 자체 수집된 데이터를 UX기반의 형식으로 제공하며, 또한, 관련기관의 물관련 데이터를 해당 홈페이지 제공 및 연동 등의 방법과 데이터 DB화를 이용한 서비스 제공 방안 등으로 수재해 정보 서비스 사용자의 유연한 데이터 활용에 도움을 줄 수 있으며, 기초데이터를 사용자의 경험을 통한 UX디자인으로 수재해 정보 서비스를 구축할 예정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 광역 관측 장비인 위성으로부터 생성된 강우와 증발산량, 토양수분량 등과 고정밀소형레이더 기반의 도심 내 국지호우를 예상할 수 있는 강수량 등을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, NASA와 NOAA의 데이터를 활용하여 물관련 연구 및 수재해 관련 연구 등에 도움을 주기 위해 기초조사 및 데이터 제공방법을 제시하였다. 국가 물 관련 재해 데이터를 관련 사용자들이 기초조사 및 분석할 때 쉽게 접근하며 사용할 수 있는 데이터 활용 방안연구에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료되며 관련 연구를 진행할 때 데이터 수집의 시간을 단축시키며 필요한 데이터의 정확도를 높일 것으로 판단된다.

Analysis of Ar Plasma Effects for Copper Nitride Passivation Formation via Design of Experiment (실험계획법을 통한 구리 질화물 패시베이션 형성을 위한 아르곤 플라즈마 영향 분석)

  • To protect the Cu surface from oxidation in air, a two-step plasma process using Ar and $N_2$ gases was studied to form a copper nitride passivation as an anti-oxidant layer. The Ar plasma removes contaminants on the Cu surface and it activates the surface to facilitate the reaction of copper and nitrogen atoms in the next $N_2$ plasma process. This study investigated the effect of Ar plasma on the formation of copper nitride passivation on Cu surface during the two-step plasma process through the full factorial design of experiment (DOE) method. According to XPS analysis, when using low RF power and pressure in the Ar plasma process, the peak area of copper oxides decreased while the peak area of copper nitrides increased. The main effect of copper nitride formation in Ar plasma process was RF power, and there was little interaction between plasma process parameters.

Application of risk evaluation and safety management system in urban deep tunnelling (도심지 대심도 터널에서의 리스크 평가 및 안전관리시스템 적용)

  • As the construction of infrastructure using the underground tunnel in urban area have been rapidly increased, various accidents and collapses of tunnel including structure have been occurred in deep urban tunnelling. The concern and worry relating to the risk and safety of the tunnel during excavation is becoming the key issues in deep urban tunnelling. In this study, it was conducted for deep urban tunnel at GTX (Great Train Express) line which was located in Seoul metropolitan area to determine the risk characteristics for tunnel according to urban tunnelling. Also, it was reviewed the risk analysis and evaluation of the tunnel, shaft and station. And after a review of risk analysis and evaluation for risk register and hazard identification by using a risk matrix method, safety management of the tunnel according to excavation was evaluated to be secured. This study is expected to be applied as useful approach in deep urban tunnelling if you need to review the risk and safety management system of tunnel according to mitigation measures in complex urban tunnelling.

  • In recent, realistic content has been applied in various ways due to the development of display technology and hologram, the final realistic content technology, have been used limitedly in accordance with the growing public demand. However, most realistic content requires additional devices of HMD (head mounted device) or glasses type, and other realistic content display technologies deliver a single image plane in the experience space to the user, providing a monotonous content experience. Various realistic contents with hologram technology are introduced in this work. In addition, we propose an interaction based realistic hologram service based that combines projection mapping and floating holograms. Projection-mapped screens and multi-floating hologram device provide a three-dimensional volumetric space with extended depth orientation from the user's point of view, while allowing users' entire and partial motions to be recognizable through multiple sensors.

A Developing a Teaching-Learning Model of Software Education for Non-major Undergraduate Students (비전공 학부생 대상의 SW 교육을 위한 교수-학습 모델 개발)

  • here are many cases that take a software education as a required course for non-major students in university curriculums. However, non-major students are experiencing various difficulties in the process of learning programming languages, and there is also the opposite opinion in terms of their effectiveness. In this study, we developed a design based software education model (DBSEM) and curriculum to solve these problems and applied it to undergraduate non-undergraduate students for the last 8 years. In the proposed method, we provide a specialized educational tool such as 'block-based programming tool', but developed 'core module' and 'concept learning module' for computational thinking and applied 'prototype design module' and coding strategy based on it. As a result, non-major undergraduates could easily learn block-based scripting tools and acquire core concepts of computational thinking.

Development of the Slacks Pattern for the Elderly Women from 3D Virtual Garment Simulation (3D 가상착의에 의한 노년 여성의 슬랙스 패턴 설계)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop slacks pattern of elderly women aged over 60s by using the virtual twin and 3D virtual garment simulation system. The results were as follows; first, By using 3D Virtual Garment Simulation, new slacks pattern considered elderly women was development. The basic numerical formula were as follows, front waist girth W/4+2+1.5, back waist girth W/4+1.5+0.5, front hip girth H/4+0.75, back hip girth H/4+1.5, front crotch extension H/16-0.5, back crotch extension H/8-1.3, front dart amount 2 and back dart amount 1.5. Second, according to the results of the new slacks pattern's appearance evaluation, it estimated more highly than existing pattern in silhouette and ease amount, confirming that new slacks pattern is appropriate for the elderly women. Also, new slacks pattern was evaluated to allow proper space length of waist, abdomen and hip. Virtual models production through 3D body scan data, pattern draft and virtual garment digital program were applied to prototypic design method so as to enhance the fitness of ready-made garments. The use of the virtual twin made it impossible to comprehend the appearances and ease correspondent to motions. In order to evaluate wearing fitness, therefore, the system should be improved so as to change arm positions and perform various motions.
