Design and Implementation of user centric pavilion information guide system based on commercial mobile device (모바일 기기 기반 사용자 중심형 전시관 정보 안내 시스템의 설계 및 구현)

  • This paper proposes the design of user centric pavilion information guide system based on mobile device such as PDA. which is composed of system interface factors as user wants. The suggested information guide system is convenient for user carrying because it is based on PDA mobile device and the used liquid browser system makes all data information displayed on a small screen in contrast with the other browser system. Indeed, factors of system interface can be re-composed by user interaction. And this system can effectively provide the detail information about the exhibited objects as various media data such as text, image, voice, music, video etc. The proposed system is made up of media database server. mobile system control server and mobile system interface which accepts user interaction and displays the information. Each system is networked based on TCP/IP and uses XML (extensible Markup Language) and JAVA 2 micro edition to be able to update data. This feature enhances a wide use to be able to load this system on the any mobile device.

  • Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) are advanced applications which, without embodying intelligence as such, aim to provide innovative services relating to different modes of transport and traffic management and enable various users to be better informed and make safer, more coordinated, and 'smarter' use of transport networks. However, ITS has the different size and shapes according to the city environment policy to adjust the city scene and it has to be displayed by different message on the information display device in real-time. And the information service providers must make the information display system which has the different information and data each time. That is very time and workers consuming and auto message frame generation system is necessary. In this paper, we design and develop the message frame generation system which can set several parameters easily for the generation of the message frame automatically on the windows environment and we do not need to go the field to get the test data.

전기화학공정을 이용한 질화규소방열기판 상 금속 전극 형성에 관한 연구

  • 반도체, 디스플레이, PC 등 전자기기의 경우 소자 내 발생된 열로 인해 기기의 성능 및 효율, 수명 등이 감소하기 때문에 이러한 내부 열을 외부로 방출시켜줄 필요가 있다. 일반적으로 heat pipe나 냉각 팬(fan) 등의 외부장치에 의해 강제적으로 냉각해주는 기술이 있지만 휴대용 디바이스와 같이 작은 전자기기의 경우 소자 자체적으로 열전도 특성이 뛰어난 기판을 사용하여 열전도에 의해 열이 소자 밖으로 방출될 수 있도록 방열 설계를 해주어야 한다. 따라서 소자 전체를 지지해주고 열전도에 의해 방열 기능을 해주는 방열기판에 대한 관심이 증가하고 있다. 현재 가장 많이 사용되어지는 세라믹 방열기판으로는 알루미나가 있지만 보다 소자의 집적화와 고성능화로 인하여 열전도도가 높은 질화규소 기판의 요구가 증대되고 있다. 하지만 이러한 질화규소기판에 금속전극을 형성하는 기술은 종래의 알루미나 기판에 이용한 DPC(Direct Plated Copper), DBC(Direct Bonded Copper)기술을 적용할 수 없다. 그래서 현재는 메탈블레이징을 이용하여 전극을 형성하지만 공정비용 및 대형기판에 형성이 어려운 단점이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 질화규소 방열기판에 전기화학공정을 통하여 밀착력이 우수한 금속 전극 회로층 형성에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 질화규소 방열기판에 무전해 Ni 도금을 통하여 금속층을 형성하는데 이 때 세라믹 기판과 금속층 사이의 낮은 밀착력을 향상시키기 위해 습식공정을 통하여 표면처리를 진행하였다. 또한 촉매층을 $Pd-TiO_2$ 층을 이용하여 무전해 도금공정을 이용하여 Ni, 전극층을 형성하였다. 질화규소 표면에 OH기 형성을 확인하기 위해 FT-IR(Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy)분석을 실시하였으며 OH 그룹 형성 및 silane의 화학적 결합으로 인해 금속 전극층의 밀착력이 향상된 것을 cross hatch test 및 scratch test를 통해 확인하였고 계면 및 표면형상 특성 등을 분석하기 위해 TEM(Transmission electron microscopy), SEM(Scanning electron microscopy), AFM(Atomic-force microscopy)등의 장비를 이용하였다.

A suggestion for Mobile Fashion Information using Ontology Technique based on Relation Database (관계형 데이터베이스 기반 온톨로지 기법을 활용한 모바일 패션 정보 제안)

  • Recently, requriements that people want to receive various information related with fashion are increasing. A lot of internet shopping malls and corporations provide information about fashion. However, those systems do not give enough information about fashion. To solve these problems, the paper provides the recommend technique for providing complex fashion information on mobile devices. The providing system implements fasion ontology by using XML. The XML ontology has dewey number as an attribute. The recommend technique uses this number and find LCA(Lowest Common Ancestor) on the fashion ontology. Then those child nodes under the LCA are recommended as related information. The results are displayed on the mobile browser. The system provides function for taking a picture or movie of fashion contents. Those movies and pictures are UCC(User Created Content)s. The system is a novel system that can recommend complex fasion information on mobile devices.

  • Recently, stereoscopic technology has become a potential for blue ocean as a new growth power industry, and interest in it has been steadily increasing with the development of virtual and augmented reality technologies. Various methods such as binocular parallax and polarized glasses have been developed and used for stereoscopic image expression, but they have limitations such as eye damage, headache, crosstalk and resolution degradation. In this paper, we present a new method of stereoscopic image representation that can overcome the limitations and verify its applicability through basic experiments for object extraction and real - time image representation.

  • Nowadays, Dynamic lighting control and management skills are studied and used. If the system which is to manage multiple intelligent spot applied ubiquitous service technology is built with decision making and used in the complex intelligent space like a apartment then will improve energy efficiency and provide comfortability in optimal conditions. To solve this problem distributed autonomous control middleware and energy management system which process data gathering by zigbee mesh network and search proper services to save energy by the existing state of things is necessary. In paper we designed DDLEMS (Distributed Dynamic Lighting Energy Management System) that is to service duplex communication embedded by software based home server platform to provide mobile services in the smart place and support decision making about energy saving to the best use of wireless censor node and controled network, energy display devices.

  • Techniques for tracking the same region of physical space with the temporal sequences of images by matching the contours of constant phase show robust and stable performance in relative to the tracking techniques using or assuming the constant intensity. Using this property, we describe an algorithm for obtaining the robust motion parameters caused by the global camera motion. First, we obtain the optical flow based on the phase of spacially filtered sequential images on the region in a direction orthogonal to orientation of each component of gabor filter bank. And then, we apply the least squares method to the optical flow to determine the affine motion parameters. We demonstrate hat proposed method can be applied to the vision based pointing device which estimate its motion using the image including the display device which cause lighting condition varieties and noise.

  • These days Mobile web Full Browsing is getting the issues which displays whole Web Site contents in browser of mobile device. Since the size of browser is too small, in this paper, it recommends a new method that web users can choose variable service and web contents for mobile contents by adopting new platform. The mobile web would be generated automatically to apply the web 2.0 through the web users pattern. The platform is that no one belong in data, anyone can use this, anyone can modify the data, so variable users can create new contents for proper mobile web. It is the Mobilder application which can build Mobile web pages. Any User can make mobile web pages with Mobilder Before producing the program, in this paper, it will build mobile web pages by web users navigation pattern. After analysing the web users pattern, we will produce the mobile web pages through this.

  • Printed electronics is a technology used for forming electronic circuits or devices, and it is used in the manufacture of many products such as RFID tags, solar cells, and flexible display panels with a much lower cost than in the case of semiconductor process technology. Web-guide-type printing such as roll-to-roll printing is a method used to produce printed electronic devices in a large volume. To commercialize such products, highly precise alignment between printed layers is required. In this study, a highly precise alignment system is proposed, and some experimental results are compared with those obtained using a laser surface vibrometer to illustrate the reliability of the proposed system. The robustness of the proposed system to web deformation is also considered experimentally.

  • This study describes a system which makes children use a cooperation study for the education of a library use and applies SDG technology to this cooperation study SDG means a system which is able to do a cooperation work as a multi-inputting device in a computer display. Through the use library utilization education system based on SDG, learners study simultaneously and collaborately. On this thesis. We embodied the understanding of the decimal classification of Korea and the arrangement of a bookshelf and the study of the location tracking as a game style based on an existed study that a cooperation study used SDG is more superior that an individual study used a single device. Librarians through this system will be able to easily and interestingly instruct children for the use of a library.
