상수도 관망해석에 있어 수요량 추정 방법은 자료의 형태와 관망해석의 정확도 추구 정도 등에 따라 다양한 방법으로 추정할 수 있다. 통상 상수도관망해석을 수행할 때에 사용되는 수요량추정 방법은 과거사용량을 추세분석하여 장래 계획에 필요한 목표연도까지의 원단위를 산정하고 이 자료를 바탕으로 행정구역상 동단위나 병합계량구역(Block system)단위까지 수요량을 산출한 후 수요량 산출 구역 내 해석 관망상에 위치하는 격점 또는 관로에 적정한 수요량을 분배하는 방법을 사용한다. 결국 산정된 수요량 자료는 행정동 단위나, 병합계량구역 단위 정도의 수요량을 산출하고, 해당 구역내에 분포하는 관망 구성상 절점수에 따라 등분하여 배분하거나, 절점이 담당하는 면적별로 수요량을 산출하여 관망해석을 실시하게 된다. 이러한 방법은 작업시간이 오래 걸리고 수요량 추정 단위에 따라 정확도가 달라지는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 인천시를 대상으로 MIKE-NET 프로그램에서 제공하고 있는 수요량 배분 기능을 이용하여 각 절점의 수요량을 배분하는 방법과 기존 수요량 배분 방법을 비교함으로 수요량 적용 방법이 배수관망해석에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다.

조명용 전기 에너지의 효율적인 이용을 위해서는 사용 환경에 따라 조명 기구를 부분 조광(local dimming) 제어할 필요가 있다. 본 연구에서는 LED 면광원의 부분 디지털조광 시스템을 개발하고 부분 조광된 면광원의 발광영역 및 밝기와 조명 대상물의 조도 분포와의 관계를 측정하고 평가하였다. LED 면광원을 16개의 구역으로 나누고 FPGA와 FET 스위치를 이용하여 각 구역의 점등 및 광량을 디지털 제어하였다. 또한 실험용 암실을 만들어 암실 바닥면을 91등분하고 각 지점의 조도를 측정하여 부분 조광제어에 따른 조도 분포를 평가하였다.

본 논문에서는 불량 하드디스크 드라이브의 수리판정 자동화를 위해 필요한 하드디스크 드라이브(Hard Disk Drive, HDD) 결함의 분포패턴의 분류에 관한 연구 결과를 소개한다. HDD 제조공정에서는 테스트 진행 중 검출된 결함에 관한 정보를 HDD 내부에 기록한다. 불량으로 판별된 HDD는 내부에 기록된 결함의 분포론 관찰한 후, 불량의 종류 및 그에 따른 처리방안을 결정한다. 본 논문에서는 효율적인 결함분포 패턴의 특징추출을 위해, 하드디스크의 물리적 특성에 대한 분석을 바탕으로 극좌표 (Polar Coordinates) 방식으로 표현된 결함 위치 데이터를 직교좌표(Cartesian Coordinates)로 변환한다. 그리고 디스크 상의 두 동심원 사이의 공간을 정해진 회전각별로 등분한 후, 나누어진 구간별로 결함 발생빈도 히스토그램 (Histogram) 분석을 수행하여 결함분포의 패턴을 분류하는 알고리즘을 제시한다. 설계된 알고리즘은 실제 HDD 제조공정에서 발생한 불량 HDD Set을 대상으로 적용한 결과, 그 효용성이 검증되었다.

In this paper, we present the analytical study results of buckling behavior of elastically restrained orthotropic plates. In the study the boundary conditions of the plate are simply supported at all four edges and elastically restrained by the elastic medium at opposite two longitudinal edges. The energy method is employed in the solution of the problems in which method the buckling coefficient is calculated from the condition that the work-done by the external forces during buckling is equal to the stored elastic strain energy. The results are presented in the graphical from. The equations derived for the orthotropic plate in this study are compared with existing isotropic ones and identical results were observed.

This study aimed to develop experiment-based limiting heights for interior, nonload-bearing, cold-formed steelwall panels sheathed with gypsum board and subjected to uniformly distributed lateral loadings. Th e limiting heightswere evaluated by their strength (for flexure, shear, and web crippling) and deflection. Limiting heights for deflectionlimits of L/360, L/240, and L/120 (where L is the height of the wall) were developed over the range of typical designpressures.

최근 변단면 거더의 경제성을 고려하여 장경간 거더 교량과 강골조 구조물에 변단면보의 사용이 증가하고 있으며, 고강도 강의 등장으로 인해 변단면보의 정확한 좌굴 강도의 평가가 매우 중요시 되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 기존에 연구된 탄성 횡-비틀림 좌굴 강도에 관한 연구를 바탕으로하여 별로 비탄성 구간에 비지지 길이가 존재하는 일축대칭 I형 변단면보의 횡-비틀림 좌굴 강도 해석을 실시하였다. 해석에는 유한요소해석프로그램인 ABAQUS(2007)가 사용되었으며, MINITAB(2006)을 이용하여 간편한 설계식을 제안하고 있다. 일단 계단식 단면을 가지는 보에 대하여 고려하였으며, 플랜지 길이 방향 비, 너비방향 비, 두께의 비로 계단식 I형 보를 나타내었다. 집중 하중을 적용시켰으며 비선형 해석을 위해 잔류응력 및 초기변형과 재료비선형을 고려하였다. 본 연구 결과에서 제안된 식은 향후 다양한 하중이 작용하는 비탄성 횡-비틀림 좌굴 강도에 대한 연구에 많은 도움이 될 것이다.

This study made an analysis of the characteristics of vibration & tone color of the piano strings on which a concentrated mass was set to give variety of different variations to the gamut. Theoretical analyses in this study were based on discrete and continuous system, of which the former was transformed into a multi-degree of freedom system by dividing into a number of small parts, while the latter utilized mode summation and Laplace transformation methods. And experiments were carried out with setting concentrated masses on upright piano string.

이미지 압축에서 레인지 블록들을 분할하는 것은 매우 중요한 문제이다. 본 논문에서는 프랙탈 이미지 압축기법에서 사용하는 분할-합병 기법을 동영상의 압축에 적용하였다. Quad-tree 방식은 top-down 방식으로 유사한 도메인 블록을 찾지 못하였을 경우 그 레인지를 4 등분하여 각각의 도메인 블록을 찾는 방식이다. 분할-합병 기법은 bottom-up 방식으로 Quad-tree 방식과 달리 주어진 크기의 원자 블록(atomic block)들을 도메인과의 유사성에 따라 연결함으로써 레인지를 불규칙적인 형태로 합병할 수 있다. 이 방식을 이용하여 동영상에서의 화질과 압축률의 개선을 기대할 수 있다.

In this paper, the stress resultants and displacements of simply supported curved girder based on the flexural torsional theory considering torsional warping effects are analyzed. And elastic equations of continuous curved girder are obtained by using energy method. Also, bending moment warping torsional moment diagram, pure torsional moment diagram, shearing force diagram, and deflection diagram of continuos curved girder bridge subjecting to vertical loads and uniform loads are presented.
