In this paper, we present the trisection band-pass filter with a transmission zero at 2.63 GHz, which has a center frequency of 2.44 GHz, relative bandwidth of 5 %, and return loss of 18 dB, based on a multi-port ElectroMagnetic simulation. The coupling matrix for the trisection filter is calculated and this filter is transformed into band-pass filter prototype through a lossless 2-port circuit transformation. The J-inverter values and slope parameters of each individual resonator are computed using an EM simulation Y-parameters of the filter with multi port. The dimensions of desired filter are determined by matching the computed J-inverter and susceptance slope parameters to those of the prototype band-pass filter. Undesired cross-couplings are found to occur which does not appear in the prototype trisection filter. To overcome the problem of undesired couplings, the filter was optimized to satisfy the same frequency response of prototype filter. The validity of the proposed design method was verified through the implementation of the designed and optimized filter.

This article measures equal weighted voting to evaluate the fairness of a redistricting system operated in the $4^{th}$ to the $6^{th}$ metropolitan council elections using a new index. The cosine square index using in the article would be useful on what we see the ratio of the equality of population among metropolitan regions and the fairness of the whole electoral system, along with its simple calculation. The results of the fairness of the $4^{th}$ to the $6^{th}$ metropolitan council elections calculated by the cosine square index are as follow: Because the $4^{th}$ metropolitan council election uniformly elects two members for each electoral district regardless of the size of the population, it has a low equality of population between districts. But as a result of the decision of the Constitutional Court in 2007, standard of population variation in electoral district has been strengthened to 4 : 1 from the $5^{th}$ metropolitan council election. It increases significantly equality of population between districts from the $5^{th}$ metropolitan council election. But in the elections from the $4^{th}$ to the $6^{th}$ metropolitan council elections, Rural electoral districts continuously show the lowest equality of population between districts. It also shows the growing disparity between urban and rural areas as well as between capital and non-capital. This paper emphasizes that electoral apportionment in local council elections should reflect regional diversity and community identity.

본 논문은 자려자동기발전기의 시작에서 동기기잔류자기의 보유되는 기계부분의 형상이 직류기와 같지 않다고 하더라도, 재질상으로 보아 전압확립과정이 직류기의 그것과 거의 같을 것이라는 관점을 두고 동기기의 전압확립을 논하고자 한다. 즉 동기발전기의 등식을 등가직류기의 값으로 환산하고 무부하포화곡선과 등가저항선을 이용하여 Graphical Integration법으로 동기발전기의 무부하전압확립의 시간에 대한 과정을 타여자와 자여자의 두 경우에 대하여 계산하고, 확립회로에서의 측정치와 비교하여 이 과정을 재확인하고 자려자시의 현상을 말하고자 한다.

The load characteristics on the voltage gain and efficiency were analyzed using a lumped constant equivalent circuit of the piezoelectric transformer. These analytical results were confirmed by experiments. Theoretical values of voltage gain were nearly constant with experimental ones. However, It was shown that theoretical values of efficiency is higher than experimental ones.

In this paper, the vibration characteristics of a linear stepping motor(LSM) are analyzed using the ACSL. A magnetic equivalent circuit is based on the structure of the LSM, and then the electric equivalent circuit of the LSM is derived by solving equations for the magnetic equivalent circuit. A normal force is calculated using finite element method(FEM). And the vibration characteristics(continuous vibration) of the LSM are simulated by the ACSL(Advanced Continuous Simulation language) with the voltage equations, the thrust equation, the normal force equation and the kinetic equation.

Recently the necessity of MMIC is increasing because clock frequency goes up by digital data transmission of Gbps class being demanded and the density of circuits gets high for the purpose of lightening and miniaturizing system, owing to the development of ultra high speed. When massing lines in a MMIC and super high speed integrated circuit cause the crosstalk and dispersion of signal, a digital signal is distorted and EMI is occurred. To solve this problems, It is necessary to analyze the equivalent parameters of transmission lines. This paper represent the results of the equivalent parameters of transmission lines for single and hi-level structure by using moment method.
