Computational Structural Dynamic Analysis of a Gyrocopter Using CFD Coupled Method (CFD기법을 연계한 자이로콥터의 전산구조동역학 해석)

  • In this study, computational structural dynamic analyses of a gyrocopter have been conducted considering unsteady dynamic hub-loads due to rotating blades. 3D CATIA models with detailed mechanical parts we constructed and virtually assembled into the complete aircraft configuration. The dynamic loading generated by rotating blades in the forward flight condition are calculated by a commercial computational fluid dynamics (CFD) code such as FLUENT. Modal based transient and frequency response analyses are used to efficiently investigate vibration characteristics of the gyrocopter. Free vibration analysis results for different fuel and pilot conditions, frequency responses and transient responses for critical flight conditions are also presented in detail.

Micro-vibration Control in Concrete Slabs (콘크리트 슬래브의 미진동 제어)

  • This study is to develop a technique for micro-vibration analysis and control of concrete slabs to fulfil the vibration criteria for working environments. The proposed technique is for determining the unknown forces from accelerance of two concerned points and the micro-vibration analysis and control of concrete slabs are then validated by numerical model and structural tests. And it is recommended that the natural frequency of structures for micro-vibration control design should be above 25 Hz~30 Hz, and 1.5 times forcing frequency in case of 3~5% structural damping ratio of concrete structures.

  • 고전압 가스 차단기에서는 긴 스트로크 동안 가스반발력을 극복하고 빠르게 차단할 수 있는 액추에이터가 필요하다 기존에는 공압식, 유압식, 스프링 액추에이터와 같은 기계적인 장치가 사용되었다. 그러나 기존 액추에이터에서는 소음, 에너지 손실, 고가적의 단점이 있어, 근래에 들어 PMA, 모터와 같은 전기적 장치도 사용되고 있다. 전기 액추에이터는 간단한 구조로 되어 있어 기계적 손실을 줄일 수 있고 소음이 적은 장점이 있다. 전자석 조작기의 연구 필요성에 따라 새로운 형태의 전자석 조작기 Electro Magnetic Force driving Actuator(EMFA)가 개발되어 고전압 가스 차단기에 적합하다고 분석되었다. EMFA의 동특성을 얻기 위한 과도상태 해석에서는 2차원 유한요소법을 이용하여 얻은 전자기적 해석을 회로, 운동방정식과 연계하여 시간차분법을 사용하여 해석하였다. 하지만 2차원과 3차원의 전자기 해석은 차이를 보인다는 것을 확인하였고 정확한 전자기 해석을 위해 3차원 동특성 해석을 수행하여 실험결과와 비교하였다.

  • This paper proposes several methods to analyze dynamic and static characteristics of HVDC inverter system. The characteristic analysis is essential of the controller and filter design of the HVDC inverter system. Dynamic characteristic can be analyzed with EMTP simulation and static characteristic can be obtained by solving newly proposed load flow equation which includes the filter and load characteristic. New simple per-phase-equivalent circuit is also proposed. In this circuit, HVDC inverter is considered as a current source depending on the on-off status of switch. Dynamic and static characteristic can be analyzed by the proposed per-phase-equivalent circuit. For the optimal filter design, various performance criteria are proposed. The performance index, based on the per-phase-equivalent circuit, is calculated. Voltage harmonics and filter power loss are selected as criteria. Optimization procedure is explained to find optimal passive filter parameters.

  • 본 논문에서는 다모듈 다위상 양방향 배터리 충방전 회로의 소신호 특성을 해석하여, 적절한 제어기 및 보상기 회로설계를 제안한다. 제안된 회로를 바탕으로 폐루프 응답 특성을 시뮬레이션과 측정을 하여 분석하고 검증한다. 최종적으로 설계된 제어기를 적용하여 양방향 배터리 충방전 회로를 동작 시켜봄으로써 안정성과 부하변동에 따른 응답 특성을 관측해 본다.

  • 진동에 민감한 각종 정밀장비를 갖추고 있는 공장구조물은 설립하는 설계 초기단계에서부터 정밀장비의 정상 운용을 위하여 장비 업체 제시한 진동허용규제치 및 동특성허용규제치를 만족할 수 있도록 공장구조물 설계시 진동 측면에 대하여 동적(動的) 특성을 검토해야만 한다. 이러한 설계조건을 만족시켜주기 위한 방안으로 외부에서 정밀장비로 유입되는 진동에 대찬 진동절연을 위하여 진동전달률 이론을 적용하여 방진효율 산출하는 방법과 정밀장비에서 발생하는 동하중을 고려하여 공장구조물에 대한 동적설계를 수행하는 것으로, 구조물 동특Jt!을 요구되는 만큼 구조물의 동특성 변경하는 SDM(Structural Dynamic Modifacation)방법이 주로 활용된다 이에 본 연구에서는 앞서 언급한 구조물의 동적설계시 후자조건인 구조물의 동특성을 변경하고자 하는 경우에 실구조물에 하중을 정량적으로 조절하며 가할 수 있는 VSD 시스템을 이용하여 구조물의 동특성을 변화시키는 것을 동적해석으로 예측하였고, 현장에서 실제 동적실험으로 구한 결과를 동적설계목표치와 비교하여 유용성에 대하여 확인하였다.

  • The identification of the dynamic properties of structural joints is important for predicting the dynamic behavior of assembled systems. However, the identification of the properties using analytical or experimental approaches is extremely difficult or even impossible. Several studies have proposed hybrid or synthesis methods that simultaneously used analytical and experimental approaches to identify the dynamic properties of a joint. However, among the many types of joints, only the bolt joint was treated as a practical example in these studies. In this study, for a simple assembly system comprising two plates and one hinge joint, a simple methodology involving the use of the static-based subpart analysis method to identify the dynamic properties is proposed. Finally, the proposed method is applied to a glove box in a passenger vehicle that includes hinge joints.

  • Recently, the machine tools have been needed for high speed and accuracy to increase productivity. The most Important thing to get a more stabilized machine is to know the frequency response which has an effect on manufacture a lot. This problem should be considered seriously by many researchers. There are many application programs about FEM but Just using FEM program to get information of the object is not enough to put our confidence in the stability of the machine tool design. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to make a study for proving one of the ways to design to produce stabilized a machine more efficiently by comparing FRT method and FEM. At these two tests, we can learn about the frequency response area causing resonance and we can reconfirm the result to trust.

  • This paper presents dynamic analysis of HVAC(heating ventilation & air conditioning) heater case which consists of heater and evaporator unit for passenger car. To analyze the dynamic characteristics of HVAC heater case, finite element model which consists of shell elements is constructed for modal analysis and experimental modal analysis has been conducted. Finite element analysis results are compared with experimental results to evaluate of validity of finite element model. After identifying mode shape and natural frequency of HVAC heater case, local stiffness of HVAC case is evaluated through point mobility using finite element analysis and experiment.
