고속열차하중을 받는 슬래브궤도의 동적거동에 관한 연구 (A Study on Behavior of Concrete Slab Track subjected to High Speed Train Loads)

  • In the rail facilities the rail track consists of rail tie fastening accessories and bed,. The rail track is largely divided into Ballast Bed Track(BBT) and Concrete Bed Track(CBT) according to the type of bed. In this thesis among Concrete Bed Track slab track which is used for the Japanese high speed railway is a target of this study. Dynamic analysis by using finite element method are performed. where moving rain load is periodic function. Then through parametric study some conclusions are obtained as follow. Cement Asphalt Mortar(CAM) affects contrary mechanical behavior to rail and slab greatly. Therefore change of CAM spring coefficient should be handled with care, For slab thickness thin slab is more profitable to reduction of vibration of rail than thick one but mechanical capacity of slab is deteriorated, Improved structural type is proposed then structural analysis is performed for this one. This type is effective to reduction of vibration of railway system.

  • High speed railway structure, contact of vehicle needs to design considering the running stability(dynamic behavior). Also, upper structure has to satisfy design standard about moving load, high speed train(KTX). So, the high speed railway structure has to satisfy the requirement of natural frequency, vertical acceleration on deck, face distortion and vertical displacement considering ride comfort, which is suggested Ho-nam high speed railway design standard. In this study, it was investigated and evaluated to the dynamic behavior for tow plate Girder railway bridge subjected to moving load considering real high speed train loads.

  • Roadbed failure due to the rainfall may bring out social and economic demage such as the loss of life and property, the consumption of time and cost for recovery, and the delay of logistics in railway. In this study, the method using Geotextile Container was applied to rehabilitation of the railway roadbed which was failed by rainfall. The real scale tests with the simulated train loading were performed in order to evaluate the dynamic performance at the railway roadbed using Geotextile Container. The results of these tests were compared with unreinforced and reinforced cases with Geotextile Container, respectively. The data gathered by various measurement devices from these real scale tests would be useful to evaluate and understand the roadbed with Geotextile Container. Furthermore, the results of this study would be useful to ensure the workability and to save much time for restoration and to be widely applied to practical use.

  • The influences of high speed train on the dynamic responses of steel composite railway bridges are investigated. The bridge system which has two Ⅰ-girder and several cross beams is modeled with plate and frame elements. With assumption of concrete slabs ate fully connected with steel girders, the offset between slabs and girders is modeled using rigid link. The track system is modeled using beams on elastic foundation theory. And, the TGV train is modeled in 2-dimension considering bouncing and pitching motion. And, braking action of vehicle is considered using speed dependent braking function. To investigate the behavior of bridges due to moving trains, parametric studies are performed.

  • Magnetic Levitated(Maglev) Vehicle, which utilizes electromagnetic forces between dual-pole electromagnets and a steel rail, generally runs on guideway structures. A prototype of an Urban Maglev Vehicle has been developed and tested in Korea, This study was conducted as a cooperation research subject of the 3-1 subject, performance improvement of maglev track structures, of the Center for Urban Maglev Program, statred in 2006. As the Maglev load is distributed rather than concentrated, a field test was conducted on Simple Span PSC-BOX Girder Bridge(L=25.0m) of the Expo-Maglev test track in Daejeon to examine the dynamic effect of the Maglev load on the bridge. Numerical analyses were also performed up to the maximum passing speed of 110 km/h by 10 km/h increments of Maglev Vehicle using Finite Element model of bridge, and girder deflections, accelerations and Dynamic Amplification Factor (DAF) are analysed.

  • 고속철도교량에서 장대레일의 사용은 연결부 근처에서 레일과 교량상판사이의 비선형 거동으로 인하여 부가적인 응력을 유발한다. 고속철도 교량의 지진응답해석에서, 구조물응답은 지반운동특성에 매우 영향을 많이 받으므로, 지반운동의 위치에 따른 변화가 구조물의 응답에 영향을 미치게 되고, 그 결과는 레일에 응력을 유발하게 된다. 또한 고속철도에서 사용지진 수준의 지진발생 시에 열차의 긴 제동거리가 필요하므로 열차의 안전한 정지를 확보하는 것이 요구된다. 이러한 관점에서 장대레일에 의해 부가적으로 발생하는 응력, 지반운동의 공간변화에 대한 구조물 응답의 영향, 그리고 안전하게 정지하기 위해 필요한 열차의 제동거리 등의 사항이 레일의 응력해석에 고려될 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 지진하중을 받는 고속철도교량의 장대레일 응력해석을 위하여 제동하중, 지반운동의 공간적 변화, 그리고 레일의 재료 비선형을 고려한 시간영역에서의 비선형 동적해석방법을 개발하고 적용하였다. 제시된 방법을 한국고속철도의 특정부지에 적용하여 지반운동의 공간변화에 따른 응답의 타당성을 보였다.

아스팔트 콘크리트 궤도용 광폭 PSC침목 개발 (Development of Wide Prestressed Concrete Sleeper for Asphalt Concrete Track)

  • 아스팔트 콘크리트 궤도(ACT)의 변형을 최소화하고 구조적 안전성을 확보하기 위해서는, 열차 하중을 분산 및 저감시킬 수 있고 아스팔트 도상의 노출을 줄일 수 있는 광폭 형태의 콘크리트 침목이 필요하다. 본 연구에서는 형상 설계를 통해 아스팔트 콘크리트 궤도용 광폭 PSC침목을 개발하였으며, 유한요소해석을 통해 레일 좌면부 및 침목 중앙부에 대한 구조 안전성을 검토하였다. 또한 아스팔트 콘크리트 궤도용 광폭 PSC침목의 설계 적합성을 검증하기 위하여, EN 13230-2에 의거 침목 주요 위치별로 정적 휨 강도 시험, 동적 휨 강도 시험 및 피로 시험을 수행하였다. 성능 시험 결과, 아스팔트 콘크리트 궤도용 광폭 PSC침목은 균열 하중, 파괴 하중, 및 균열 확대 여부 등 유럽 표준에서 요구되는 성능 기준을 모두 충족하였다.

분기기 망간 크로싱부 노반거동 (Roadbed Behavior in Managanese Crossing of Turnout System)

  • 현재 기존선의 고속화를 위하여 개발된 개량 분기기에 대한 성능 평가 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으며, 동적윤중 현장계측을 통하여 기존 및 개량 분기기 충격계수가 산정되었다. 본 연구에서는 산정된 충격계수를 이용해 기존 및 개량 분기기 궤도 성능과 노반의 거동을 평가하였다. 궤도 성능 평가를 위해 동적윤중 및 레일압력을 검토하였고 노반거동 평가를 위해 수치해석을 이용하여 노반응력 및 침하를 검토하였으며, 기후변화 및 열차의 반복하중으로 인해 연약해진 노반의 안정성 검토를 수행하였다. 그 결과, 분기기 개선에 따른 동적윤중 및 레일압력 그리고 노반의 침하 및 응력의 현저한 저감 효과를 확인할 수 있었다.
