본 연구에서는 기존 업체들이 활용하고 있는 반려동물 생체인식 기술 기반 통합 서비스 앱을 제안한다. 이 앱은 반려동물 미등록자의 미등록 사유를 바탕으로, 접근성 및 노출 빈도가 높은 스마트폰 앱으로, 등록 방식은 안면, 비문, 홍채, DNA 등록을 활용한다. 하나의 생체인식 방법을 사용하는 것이 아닌 다중 인식 방법을 제공하고, 각 인식 방법별 정확도의 비중을 달리하여 오차를 줄이고, 기존의 등록 방식 및 앱과의 차별화를 시도하고자 한다. 또한, CUPET 앱은 단순 등록에 그치지 않고, 실종 및 유기 동물 찾기, 예방접종 주기 및 반려동물 생애주기 정보 제공, 사용자들의 데이터 및 병원 연계를 통해 반려동물 유형별 병원 추천 등의 서비스를 제공하고자 한다. 본 연구에서 제안하는 CUPET 앱을 통하여, 등록 방식의 간략화로 반려동물 등록률 증가, 개인의 반려동물 인식 장치 소유 가능으로 실종 및 유기 동물에 대한 신속한 보호가 가능할 것으로 사료된다.

As the animal rights movement has recently gained recognition as a social movement that represents one of society's minorities, it is now creating a new social and political perspective in the Korean society. This paper explores animal rights through their activism archives. The principles of community archives that can be applied to the animal rights movement are organized into four categories, and how the principles work according to the types of archives. Among these, the activism archive was selected, and the social meaning and issues of the animal archive were examined. We reviewed the issues of the activism archive in the case of KARA.

본 연구는 지리산국립공원의 동부지역을 찾은 이용객의 이용 행태의 분석 및 중요도-성취도 분석방법을 통해 관리와 이용관련 속성들에 대한 중요 정도와 실제만족도 분석을 목적으로 수행되었다 이를 위해 이용객 직접기입 방식의 설문조사가 현지에서 실시되었다 총 254명이 본 설문조사에 참여하였으며 응답자들의 사회경제적 특성 및 방문특성은 다른 국립공원 이용객조사에 나타난 결과와 유사한 경향을 보였다 대부분의 응답자들은 최근 대두되고 있는 환경문제에 대해 높은 관심을 보였으며 이와 더불어 이용보다는 보전이 우선하는 국립공원 관리정책에 더 큰 관심을 나타냈다 각 관리 및 이용관련 속성에 대한 중요 정도와 만족도 결과는 수질의 상태 자연식생의 보존상태 공원 내 쓰레기 문제, 야생동물의 보호상태에 특히 높은 중요도를 나타냈으며 휴양.관광 프로그램의 다양성 여부와 야생동물의 보호상태에 대하여 상대적으로 낮은 만족도를 나타낸 것으로 조사되었다.

Korea has its long history and tradition of eating dogmeat as food, but dogmeat was excluded from the animal procession law because of the criticism from foreigners, so it is being distributed without inspection of government. Government rejects people's demand for the legalization of edibility of dogmeat due to the protest from a few animal right activist groups, but 80% of nationals favor edibility of dogmeat, and urge the legalization of dogmeat, while 20 lawmakers in legislature submitted the bill to legalize the edibility of dogmeat, and judicature ruled dogmeat is edible meat. Westerners' criticism on dogmeat is, in part, from real protection of animal, but rather their intention seems to be from the racism of colors, the purpose to increase the export amount of beef, to divert the attention of utilizing the abandoned pet dog as animal feed, and to raise a fund for the animal right activist groups. Government distorts the public opinion of edibility of dogmeat, making use of the related animal protection group, and the ministry of Agriculture and Forestry controlling over the animal protection law sides for the concerned groups opposing to the edibility of dogmeat, not for farmers. Furthermore, government has no intention of solving the problem of edibility of dogmeat and can't even propose the solution without presenting any adequate measure, worsening the situation. As a result, the issue of edibility of dogmeat is on the dead angle of sanitation, and wastes of dog slaughtering are polluting the environment. To solve this problem, it is necessary to legalize the edibility of dogmeat in order to distribute it sanitarily, to protect the environment, to increase tax revenues, and to secure the national pride. In addition, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry should transfer the jurisdiction over the animal protection law to the Ministry of Environment, and government should execute a reliable policy on the bases of objective and accurate investigation and statistics. Also, it is needed not only to set up the exclusive public bureau to make the edibility of dogmeat known worldwide and research institute, but also to launch the non government organization under the auspices of government. Then dogmeat can become the world renowned food as that of representing Korea.

대부분의 해산무척추동물의 번식은 정자와 난을 해수중으로 내보내어 체외수정을 통해 부유유생의 시기를 거치는 반면 일부 저서성 무척추동물에서는 체내유생발생 또는 보육보호의 번식습성을 지닌 종들의 생태학적 연구가 보고되고 있다(Strathmann and Strathmann, 1982; Olive, 1985). 이와 같은 번식습성의 차이는 서로 다른 서식환경에 따른 번식전략의 적응기작이라고 보고되고 있다(Levin ＆ B.idges, 1995). (중략)

전장에서 임무 수행중인 병력이나 탱크 등을 지원하거나 보호 동물의 활동을 모니터링 하는 센서 네트워크에서는 전송 정보뿐만 아니라 그러한 대상들의 위치를 악의적 추적자로부터 보호할 수 있어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 활동 소오스 노드처럼 메시지 전송은 진행하고 있지 않지만 위치가 보호되어야 할 대상과 근접한 휴면(dormant) 소오스 노드들을 고려한 소오스 위치 보호 라우팅 기법 GSLP(GPSR-based Source-Location Privacy)를 제안한다. GSLP는 알고리즘의 간결성과 신장성(scalability)이 뛰어난 GPSR(greedy perimeter stateless routing)을 확장하여 메시지 전달 노드를 선정할 때 일정 확률로 임의의 이웃 노드를 선택하는 한편, perimeter 라우팅을 적용하여 소오스 노드들을 우회하도록 하여 위치를 보호하도록 하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 기존의 대표적인 소오스 위치 보호 라우팅 프로토콜인 PR-SP(Phantom Routing-Single Path)에 비해 GSLP는 휴면 소오스 노드들의 수에 거의 관계없이 높은 안전 기간(전송 메시지 수)을 일정하게 제공하면서도 전달 지연(경로의 평균 홉(hop) 수)은 도착지와의 최단 홉 수의 약 두 배 이내에 머물러 대규모 센서 네트워크에서의 소오스의 위치를 보호하기 위한 방안으로 적합한 것으로 평가되었다.
