Effects of Painting on the Weldability in $CO_2$ Welding ($CO_2$ 용접시 Painting이 용접성에 미치는 영향)

  • $CO_2$ 용접은 50년 중반경에 실용화되어 조선물량의 증가와 더불어 발전해 왔다. 당사(대우조선)에서는 81년 CO$_{2}$ 용접기를 도입한 이래 84년 초부터 $CO_2$ 용접법의 확대 보급을 목적으로, 페인트가 용접성에 미치는 영향을 연구하였다. 유기페인트와 무기페인트 등 페인트 종류를 달리했을 때 용접결함의 발생정도, 도막 두께를 달리했을 때 결함의 원인 중 가장 크게 영향을 미치는 용접결함의 발생 정도, 기타 용접조건에 따른 용접결함의 발생정도를 실험을 통하여 연구하였다. 연구 결과에 의하여 당사에서는 무기페인트의 사용이 권장되고 있다.

  • RFID has substituted for a Bar Code to conduct real time data collection and data process in various fields including logistics, electronic, medical treatment, car, textile, steel industry at the business level. Although implementation and use of RFID has been facilitated constantly, the majority of businesses hesitate to implement RFID system. Hence in this study, we conducted a performance evaluation through quantitative/qualitative analysis on case studies in various industries. This study results could be utilized as basic data for RFID system diffusion, and it will primarily contribute to spread of RFID system implementation.

  • To characterize expression and formation of three type crystal proteins in transformant, Bacillus thruingiensis PT0529 was analysed by transmission electron microscope and SDS-PAGE according to growth. The results showed that the introduced crystal protein genes, rcyIVD and cytA, were well expressed at earlier stage than resident crystal proteins were also expressed with their own morphology. However, resident crystal protein of B. thuringiensis PT0529 was smaller than that of wild type B. thuringiensis NT0423, suggesting that resident crystal protein production was interfered with introduced two type crystal protein genes.

  • The Bimodal Tram being developed in Korea is a new transit system that provides both benefits of rail and bus systems in terms of accessibility and fixed time schedule. The Bimodal Tram is expected to take an important role of transit system in Korea under the national strategy of transportation system such as 'Low Carbon and Green Growth' for the next generation. This study does define the key indices considered for a decision of introducing the Bimodal Tram system and develop a finalized index, BSI(Bimodal Score for Introduction), showing the level of Bimodal Tram system introduced at a city level. The transport/transit system varies depending on cities with respect to demographic characteristics, travel patterns, financial capabilities, etc. This study will help any cities where transport agencies are trying to introduce the Bimodal Tram as a new transit system.

  • In this paper, we conducted a study on place-free and time-free cloud computing (CC) adoption decision-making model. Panel survey data which is collected from 65 people and CART (classification and regression tree) which is one of data mining approaches are used to construct decision-making model. In this modeling, there are 2 steps: In the first step, significant questions (variables) are selected. After that, the CART decision-making model is constructed using the selected variables. In the variable selection stage, the 25 questions are reduced to 5 ones. The benefits of question reduction are quick response from respondent and reducing model-construction time.

  • 2015년부터 우리나라는 온실가스 배출량 감소를 위해 교토의정서에서 제시한 메커니즘 중 탄소배출권 거래 제도를 도입하였다. 시장개념이 기본인 탄소배출권 거래 제도를 도입함으로써 온실가스 배출량을 더욱 경제적이고 효율적으로 감축할 것으로 기대되고 있다. 이미 선진국들은 온실가스 배출량을 감소시키기 위한 여러 움직임들을 보이고 있으며 특히 배출권 거래 제도는 유럽을 중심으로 활성화 되었다. 이와 동시에 신재생에너지의 보급을 통하여 전력 발전부문에서 큰 감축효과를 얻게 되었다. 하지만 2008년 서유럽으로부터 시작된 유럽지역 경제악화는 배출권 제도의 예상치 못한 단점을 보여주는 사례가 되었다. 이와 다르게 미국의 경우 배출권 제도가 아닌 전원구성변화를 통해 비교적 안정적으로 온실가스 배출량을 줄였다. 기존 기저 발전원을 담당하던 원전과 석탄화력 발전을 대체하기 위하여 가스발전의 활성화를 도입하였고, 온실가스의 배출량을 8년 사이에 약 16억톤을 감소시켰다. 이에 본문에서는 탄소배출권 거래 제도의 도입과 동시에 전원구성변화가 이루어졌다고 가정하여 탄소 배출권 가격을 고려하였을 때 계통운영비용에 어떠한 영향이 있는지 탄소 배출량에 따른 가격을 통하여 알아보았다.

  • The purpose of this paper is to understand copyright exemption for libraries including Copyright Act Article 31. Especially, it is focused on the impacts on fair use article which is recently introduced in Korean Copyright Act. It looks into completely copyright exemption which libraries can make use of. And then it also rearranges the resources which library can use without the copyright owner's permission. Further, it explores the meanings of fair use and the detail requirements for adoption to library services. And it analyzed some cases which can be applied substantially for library services.

  • We synthesized thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer(TPU) with acid group and nano zinc oxide, and characterized their mechanical properties, thermal properties, contact angle and grip property. The effects of the zinc oxide content and size on the physical property of TPU were investigated. When the nano zinc oxide was introduced in TPU with acid group, it had excellent mechanical properties and grip by formation of hydrogen and ionic bonding. The wet slip of TPU with zinc oxide was increased continuously as ionization rate increased due to increase of hydrophilicity and ionic interaction, and mechanical properties were increased with increasing ionization rate up to 50%.

  • Concentration about value of invisible asset has increased in the condition of rapid business circumstance change. As one of these concentration, many company adopted knowledge management, and construction industry also tried to adopt knowledge management. However, it is difficult for construction company to get expected effects because of knowledge management system in no relation with business process. To solve this problems, this study adopted BPM that has many functions, such as business process design, operation, monitoring, sustainable improvement, to knowledge classification structure.

  • Acrylonitrile-Acrylic acid 공중합체와 이를 amidation시킬 공중합체에 구리착물을 형성시켜 IR spectrum분석, 점도측정, 전자현미경관찰, 열분석, 전기전도성등을 검토하였다. AN-AA 공중합체-Cu(II)와 아미드화 AN-AA 공중합체-Cu(II)착물은 pH9의 범위에서 가장 안정한 값을 가지며 착물이 형성되거나 Cu$_{x}$S가 도입된 공중합체는 그 구조가 ompact해짐을 알 수 있었다. 공중합체에 Cu(II)착물이 형성되면 열안정성이 감소되며 Cu(II)착물은 아세톤 용액에서 요오드로 dope 될 때 저항값이 $10^{5}$-$10^{6}$.OMEGA..cm를 나타냈다. 저항값은 CuCl$_{2}$와 I$_{2}$의 양에 영향을 받으며 20wt% 이상의 CuCl$_{2}$와 1.0wt% I$_{2}$로 처리하였을 때 반도체영역의 저항값을 보였다. 또 Cu$_{x}$S를 도입할 경우 CuSO$_{4}$의 농도가 30g/l로, 3시간 반응시켰을 때 가장 만족스러운 전도도값을 나타냈다. 공중합체-Cu(II)보다 구리이온을 도입한 Cu$_{x}$S공중합체의 전도도값이 $10^{4}$정도로서 공중합체-Cu(II)보다 높은 전도성을 나타냈다.다.
