일본의 구외국환관리법은 외국환거래와 국제자금이동에 대하여 엄격하게 규제를 하였다. 그러나, 1998년의 외국환관리법의 근본적인 개정으로 인하여 대폭적인 자유화가 이루어졌다. 본 논문에서는 외국환관리법의 개정으로 인한 네팅(Netting)의 자유화가 기업(비금융기업)에 미친 영향에 관하여 논하고자 한다. 또한 비금융기업이 추구하는 네팅시스템의 도입과 그에 대한 구체적인 운영에 관하여도 고찰해 보고자 한다. 더욱이 은행이 비금융기업에 제공하고 있는 네팅서비스에 관한 사례를 중심으로 살펴보고자 한다. 구체적으로는 먼저, 네팅의 자유화가 비금융기업의 자금관리에 미친 영향 및 네팅의 활용책을 중심으로 살펴본다. 다음으로 일본의 비금융기업에 의한 네팅시스템의 도입상황에 관하여 개략적으로 고찰해 본다. 마지막으로 은행에 의한 네팅서비스의 제공과 그 운영의 실례를 소개하기로 한다

고속전철도입에 있어서 씨스템 선정이 중요한 문제이나 이는 한국의 지형 및 사회 경제적 여건을 충분히 고려하여 작성된 고속전철의 성능 시방을 기준으로 작성된 평가기준을 활용하여 결정되어야 할 것이다. 차량 등의 국산화 방안은 장래 한국형 고속전철의 개발 및 국내연관산업에 미치는 영향을 고려할때 충분히 검토되어야 할 것이다.

The lowest price guarantee policy or price-matching guarantee is the pricing policy that promises to compensate more than the price difference if a consumer finds a lower price for the identical model he or she purchased and submits a certain proof. Most of Korean large discount stores emphasize their competitive price level by adopting the lowest price guarantee policy so that the entire Korean distribution industry is deeply influenced by the policy. The article is the study regarding the effects of the lowest price guarantee policy in Korean unique industry environments. The study investigated the effects of the policy on consumers' preferences of stores. By using the conjoint measurement model, it identified the main effects and interaction effects between the policy and other independent variables. The results showed the significant effects of the policy on consumers' preference of stores and identified the interaction effects between the distance from the residence and the policy, and between overall store price level and the policy.

This study analyzes the effects of group characteristics of smart work users on intention for smart work activation(i.e., time flexibility, space flexibility, resource flexibility and ICT infrastructure). Also, this study analyzes the effects of different types of smart work depending on occupational groups, firm size and gender in local manufacturing companies. The results show that ICT infrastructure had the most significance in the early stage of smart work. On the contrary to the previous studies which focused more on time flexibility and space flexibility, this study exemplified that the resource flexibility demonstrated relatively higher significance than time flexibility and space flexibility. The results suggest the possibility of successful smart work by recognizing the change in organizational culture, specifically in face to face evaluation and vertical organizational culture to performance-based and horizontal organizational culture.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effect of the important parameters on the transfer length during the dynamic flame cutting of tendon experimentally. The considered parameters were strand diameter, concrete cover thickness, stirrup, debonding strand and release method. Ten pretensioned concete beam specimens were cast and tested. Time history curves for the axial strain of tendon were measured by electrical resistance strain gauges mounted on the strands. Experimental results indicated that large dynamic shock effects occurred near cut-end during the sudden release. The prestressing forces are dependent on the parameters above considered. The ratio of residual prestressing forces of 12.7 mm strands is greater than 15.2 mm strands. Using debonding strand and gradual release are more efficient for applying prestressing forces.

날로 심화되는 기업간 경쟁 환경에 대응하기 위하여 많은 기업들은 Business Process Reengineering(BPR)과 함께 이에 부합하는 정보 시스템을 도입하거나 구축하고 있다. 그러나 비용에 대한 부정확한 분석과 비효과적인 전략들은 정보 시tm템의 도입에 대한 의사결정을 매우 어렵게 만들고 있다. 본 논문에서는 먼저, BPR과 다단계 활동기준 원가(Multi-level Activity-Based Cost(ABC))기법을 사용하여 정보 시스템 도입에 영향을 줄 수 있는 활동들을 구분하고 개선한다. 그리고 기존과 개선에 따른 활동비용의 savings에 대한 분석 방법론을 제시하고 그에 따른 정보 시스템의 도입에 대한 가능성을 연구한다. 끝으로, 사례 연구를 통하여 제안된 BPR에 대한 상세한 ABC분석을 수치 예제와 함께 수행한다.

기술창업에 대한 관심과 기대가 증가하며, 다양한 정책이 마련되었다. 창업 이후에는 다양한 지원이 마련되어 있으나, 창업 이전에 성공적인 창업을 유도하기 위한 방안이 필요한 시점이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 기술 창업의 성과를 제고하고, 기업가 역량을 향상시키기 위해 예비창업프로그램 도입을 제안한다. 예비창업프로그램 도입의 근거로 본 연구에서는 예비창업프로그램의 만족도와 창업기업의 성과 간의 인과관계를 파악하기 위하여 단순 회귀 분석을 실시하였다. E 연구원의 예비창업프로그램을 거치고 법인을 설립한 기업을 대상으로 만족도 조사를 수행하였으며, 창업기업의 성과로서 고용 지표를 선택하였다. 분석 결과 예비창업프로그램이 창업기업의 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것을 확인하였다. 따라서 예비창업프로그램 도입은 출연연 또는 대학의 연구원들에게 창업 성공을 촉진하는 기제로 작용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

XBRL(eXtensible Business Reporting Language)은 컴퓨터가 데이터의 의미와 데이터간의 관계를 자동으로 인식해서 처리할 수 있도록 설계된 XML(eXtensible Markup Language)기반의 기업업무보고용 언어이다. 이는 각 데이터에 정황적 요소를 포함하는 태그(Tag)를 추가함으로써 정보수요자로 하여금 정확한 정보를 이용 생성할 수 있게 하고, 정보공급자와 수요자간의 효율적 정보이동을 가능하게 하는 국제표준이다. 하지만 한국의 경우 XBRL의 도입이 규제기관을 중심으로 이루어지고 있어서 XBRL관련 시장이 한정적으로만 확장되고 있는 실정이다. 또한 규제기관 마다 특화된 도입방법으로 인하여 재무데이터 등의 원활한 흐름에 방해가 되어서 XBRL정보 가공 서비스업체의 등장을 어렵게 하고 정보수요자들에게도 실질적인 도움을 주지 못하고 있다. 이 논문은 Innovation Adoption모형을 이용하여, 개별 기업이 XBRL을 도입하는데 유효한 영향을 주는 요인을 찾고 함의하는 바를 알아 보는데 목적이 있다. IFRS(International Financial Reporting Standards)의 도입으로 인해 그 필요성이 커질, XBRL의 본연의 목적을 달성하기 위해 도움이 되는 연구가 될 것이다.
