도시재생종합정보시스템은 도시의 쇠퇴정도를 파악하고 그에 따른 도시재생 관련 정책수립 및 사업의 수행에 있어 의사결정 지원과 관련정보 등을 제공함을 목적으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 도시재생 사업이나 정책을 진행시키고자 했을 때, 기 개발되어진 쇠퇴와 잠재력진단 시스템의 연계 및 활용을 통해 효율적인 도시재생 사업의 의사결정을 지원해줄 수 있는 우선순위 선정프로세스를 연구하였다. 또한, 시스템간의 연계를 위한 정보 프로세스 및 구현방안을 제시하였다. 제시된 우선순위 선정방안으로 보다 객관적, 직관적인 도시의 현황 및 DB 제공할 수 있으며 이를 통해 도시재생 사업 및 정책의 의사결정을 위한 근거자료로 활용 할 수 있다.

This paper aims to draw essential facts of network city, to analyze the urban corridor in South-East region, Korea, as a network city. Firstly, the characteristics of the network city is examined theoretically. The global economy is developing an innovative class of network cities. A network cities evolve when two or more previously independent cities, potentially complementary in function, strive to cooperate and achieve significant scope economies aided by-fast and reliable transport and communications infrastructure. Network Cities place a higher priority on knowledge-based activities like research, education and the creative arts. Each constituting city stands to benefit from the synergies of interactive growth via reciprocity, knowledge exchange and unexpected creativity. Secondly, we discussed the network structure of cities in South-East region, Korea itself intensively. We survey the network location and outline of the urban corridor in South-East region, spatial specialization and interaction between the constituting cities. We also discussed the problems of the network cities in South-East region, Korea and introduced the desirable policies and alternatives. We can ascertain from the case study of cities in South-East region that the cities in South-East region corresponds the network city model fairly.

This paper aims to propose a policy for linking and utilizing spatial data for resilient spatial planning against disaster due to climate change by analyzing the current status of spatial data in the fields of urban planning, environmental planning and disaster prevention. To do so, spatial planning guidelines and the current status of utilizing spatial data in each field were identified by conducting a literature review and phone/face-to-face interviews with professionals and representatives of relevant institutions. As a result, the lists of spatial data were drawn up which can be utilized or linked with each other for developing an official spatial plan at a local government level. On the basis of these results, policy plans were proposed to link and utilize spatial data among urban planning, environmental planning and disaster prevention fields for climate change adaptation spatial planning.

There are lots of data-driven analytics approaches to realize smart city. In Korea, Smart City Integration Platform has been deployed in more than 108 cities so It is very important to utilize the platform for smart city. This paper introduces interworking PoC(Proof of Concept) case between Smart City Data Hub, one of the data platform technologies for smart city, and Smart City Integration Platform for enhancing interoperability of city platforms; Smart City Integration Platform sends various city events to Smart City Data Hub and receives predicted city events produced by data analytics in Smart City Data Hub.

Recently, there are various attempts to construct a u-City and a smart city. A Spatial information as the city-based infrastructure has been recognized as an essential element. In many cases GIS data being lack of compatibility due to the various format, it is difficult to provide public web services and link the data between government organizations. In this study, we developed a interconnection Server based on OGC standardization to support interoperability in a heterogeneous distributed environment. we hope the interconnection server that will be utilized as u-City platform and response platform for volcanic disaster through the test in the test-bed.

Recently, Low Impact Development (LID) has been emphasized as a critical strategy for improving urban water cycle and adapting to climate change. LID is needed to be incorporated in urban planning and development process for effective implementation in the real world. However, little research has examined the relationship between urban planning and LID in Korea. This study addresses this critical gap by 1) examining whether current urban planning institutional system considers LID or not and 2) assessing the extent to which local comprehensive plans integrate LID in seven large cities. Study results show that a few planning guidelines declaratively mention the need of LID but they don't include specific LID strategies. In addition, we found that 7 local comprehensive plans in the sample received a mean score of 11.71, which represents 19.52% of the total possible points and there are wide variations among cities. These findings indicate that there is still considerable room for improvement of local governments on LID. We propose the revision of planning guideline by incorporating LID principles and non-structural and structural LID technologies.

u-City business is IT projects and City development processor which be coupled to the city development in the planning stages, and u-City planning and design reflecting at that stages can be built efficiently, and cost savings can be. This paper study on how to link between City construction processor and u-City business processor, especially u-City business for success, the key step of the USP (u -City Strategic Planning) be studied.
