Comparison of Lidar data and NGIS digital topographic map data for an efficient flood configuration (효율적인 홍수범람모의용 지형자료구축을 위한 Lidar자료와 NGIS 수치지형도 자료의 비교)

  • 최근 들어 국내에서도 홍수에 의한 재산과 인명피해를 최소화하기 위해 지역특성에 알맞은 홍수지도를 제작 중에 있으며, 주로 LiDAR를 이용하여 홍수지도 지형자료를 구축하고 있다. 그러나 이에 많은 시간과 비용이 소요되기 때문에 이미 전국적으로 구축된 수치지형도를 이용한 홍수지도 지형자료 구축의 가능성과 타당성을 검증의 필요성이 제기되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 수치지형도를 이용한 홍수지도제작시 가장 핵심이 되는 정확한 지형자료구축을 위해서 Breakline처리기법과 하천종횡단자료 연계방안을 중심으로 구리시 일부지역을 대상으로 DEM을 시범제작 하였다. 수치지형도와 LiDAR를 이용하여 구축한 DEM을 검수점을 통한 RMSE오차를 이용하여 수직위치정확도를 비교분석하였다. 분석을 위하여 선행연구(홍수지도제작, 2002)에서 검수점으로 사용한 9점과 제방부분의 실측한 9점을 본 연구의 검수점으로 사용하였다. 비교 결과 RMSE가 수치지형도 DEM의 경우 ${\pm}2.658m$이고, LiDAR DEM의 경우 ${\pm}3.430m$로 나타났다. 두 자료 모두 알려진 오차범위보다 훨씬 높은 오차가 발생함을 알 수 있었다. 향후 수치지형도를 이용한 효율적인 홍수지도 지형자료 구축을 위해서는 수치지형도의 신속하고 지속적인 갱신이 필요할 것이며, 현재 도시지역에만 구축되어 있는 1:1,000 수치지형도를 주변 하천지역까지 확대해서 구축해야 할 필요성이 있을 것으로 사료된다. 아울러 도입초기단계의 LiDAR 측량기술의 보급과 관련모델의 기술의 발달로 인하여 정확도 높은 DEM이 요구된다면 고밀도의 방대한 양의 LiDAR 자료로 DEM을 구축하는 것이 바람직하다고 사료된다.및 이용대책을 수립하는 데 활용될 수 있다., $1,000-2,000{\mu}g\;g^{-1}$), 나머지 177종 식물은 살초활성을 나타내지 않았다. 높은 살초활성을 나타낸 식물로부터 분리되는 천연활성물질들은 향후 새로운 제초제 개발을 위한 모화합물 제공, 상호대립억제 작용성을 갖는 작물 품종 개발 혹은 개량에의 활용, 그리고 친환경 유기농업용 잡초방제에의 활용이 기대된다.내(皮膚上皮組織內)의 Langerhans cell내(內)의 Birbeck granule에 비(比)해 수적(數的)으로 현저히 감소(減少)되어 있었다. 그러나 Thy-1 양성(陽性) dendritic cell에서 볼 수 있는 dense-core 과립(顆粒)은 별변화(別變化)없이 쉽게 관찰(觀察)될 수 있었다. 조직배양(組織培養)을 한 견(犬)의 keratinocyte에 대(對)해 사람 pemphigus vulgaris의 항체(抗體)로 반응(反應)시킨 후 protein-A gold(15 nm)로 표식(標識)시킨 바 제일 바깥 상층(上層)의 keratinocyte에 있어서 세포막표면(細胞膜表面)을 따라 표식(標識)되어 세포막항원(細胞膜抗元)을 나타내었으며, 이와 같은 소견(所見)으로 미루어 정상피부(正常皮膚) 중층편평상피세포(重層扁平上皮細胞)에서도 동일(同一)한 소견(所見)을 관찰(觀察)할 수 있다고 본다.al remnants, Resorption of fetus로 관찰된 것이다.   • Various LIDs with natural water circulation function are applied to reduce urban environmental problems and environmental impact of development projects. However, excessive Infiltration and evaporation of LID facilities dry the LID internal soil, thus reducing plant and microbial activity and reducing environmental re duction ability. The purpose of this study was to develop a real-time measurement system with complex sensors to derive the management plan of LID facilities. The test of measurable sensors and Internet of Things (IoT) application was conducted in artificial wetlands shaped in acrylic boxes. The applied sensors were intended to be built at a low cost considering the distributed LID and were based on Arduino and Raspberry Pi, which are relatively inexpensive and commercialized. In addition, the goal was to develop complex sensor measurements to analyze the current state o f LID facilities and the effects of maintenance and abnormal weather conditions. Sensors are required to measure wind direction, wind speed, rainfall, carbon dioxide, Micro-dust, temperature and humidity, acidity, and location information in real time. Data collection devices, storage server programs, and operation programs for PC and mobile devices were developed to collect, transmit and check the results of measured data from applied sensors. The measurements obtained through each sensor are passed through the Wifi module to the management server and stored on the database server in real time. Analysis of the four-month measurement result values conducted in this study confirmed the stability and applicability of ICT technology application to LID facilities. Real-time measured values are found to be able to utilize big data to evaluate the functions of LID facilities and derive maintenance measures.

  • The human history has progressed closely related to land. Mankind started land administration as a tool of governance to make land the object of imposing taxation as well as developing the land administration as a concept of securing property rights. People have drawn boundary lines on the ground to form a land parcel according to the usage and/or ownership. Furthermore, the land administration has been developed as a registering system of cadastral records fer the public announcement of fixed boundary instead of changeable ground boundary. Currently the citizens demand the provision of accurate and diverse information on the land which is assessed to has high property value encouraged by the rapid development in the post-industrial society today. However, even though the fact that the Korean cadastral registers produced during the Land Investigation Project are still practically in use causes land-related disputes and promotes public mistrust because of the changed boundaries by parcel mutation, the expansion and contraction of map sheets and the quality deterioration and damage of map paper, but the ultimate resolution is not yet made so far. The distance difference between boundary points are compared and analyzed using TS surveying method in the research as a methodology to resolve the boundary inconsistency, the current problem of cadastral records. Consequently, I'd say that the new surveying method of registering the coordinates of real ground boundary has been regarded as more efficient than considering the matter on the map regardless of urban or rural areas.

  • It is essential to lighten the weight of switch girders in order to reduce their costs of manufacturing and make it easier to use them in construction. Lightening the weight of switch is also important to the Maglev 3-way switches system, however, the design variables should be considered very carefully if lightening is to be applied to the system, because these variables are vitally related to the levitation stability. Because Urban Maglev trains have a structure in which train bogie wraps around the guiderail, the adjustment of a girder's height is a possible way to reduce the weight. The safety of the application of this concept is ensured by repeated experiments in a test bed, however, due to a lack of space and budget limits, the design parametric study for the system model can substitute for actual application. The purpose of this paper is to study the design parameters that are concerned with levitation stability while a Maglev train is running on the Maglev 3-way system depending on the weight of the switch girders. In this study, switch girder weight is reduced by adjustment of girder height and girders are and modeled as a flexible body. The effect of the adjustment of girder height on the levitation stability can be analyzed by comparing the velocity of the train when it passes the switch girders, with the lateral gap, and the levitation gap which are obtained from the co-simulation of the Maglev train's dynamics model and flexible switching system. The results of this research will be used to design a Maglev switch.

  • Having gone through the international financial crisis in 1997, the Korean government has sought a new future economic breakthrough. In this line, the government chose the cultural contents business and has supported this area intensively. With the cultural contents promotion policy initiated to foster the world-class culture business based on the traditional Korean culture, Andong, which has diverse cultural traditions, was rediscovered. The Andong local government and the local power elites decided that this promotion policy can not only be an opportunity to invigorate the sluggish local economy, but also help eliminate the old-fashioned image of Andong, and thus actively promoted the cultural contents business. However, there's a conflict among the local elites over which cultural tradition should be chosen as a genuine local cultural tradition. The different views and efforts regarding the cultural identity of the region by each entity not only contributed significantly to the recovery of the local economy by revitalizing tourism, but also helped the region gain an advantageous position in competition with other regions over limited resources. This progress became the groundwork for attracting major institutions and facilities, which are essential for the revitalization of the local economy.

  • This study is to investigate the performance of a new BNR process using predenitrification scheme focusing on nitrogen removal and the possibility of adapting a computer simulation scheme in BNR process development. By using a pre-denitrification basin, higher $COD/NO_3-N$ ratio could be sustained in this BNR process. The results of the investigation showed a SDNR value of 9.04mg/gMv/hr. In the anoxic tank, the average value of SPRR of 6.25mgP/gMv/hr was observed to be very sensitive to SCOD load of influents. By calibrating internal parameters (stoichiometric and kinetic parameters) of the simulation model, the results of simulation for various BNR processes gave good agreement with observed data. The major adjustment was given with three parameters, maximum specific growth rate of heterotrophic biomass, short chain fatty acid (SCFA) limit, and phosphorous release rate. With the series of simulations on varying operational conditions, the simulation by computer program can be a useful tool for process selection, and design and operation of municipal wastewater treatment plant.

An Impact Analysis of Idle Space Regeneration Types on Regional Revitalization (유휴공간의 유형별 재생이 지역 활성화에 미치는 영향 분석)

  • Recently, there has been increasing interest in the remodecycling options of idle spaces around the central city through the urban regeneration. Various studies to create new added value through this way are ongoing. This study aims to analyze the impact relationship and structure on the regeneration of idle space by types affecting the quality of residents' life and local economy revitalization. The hypothesis was verified by a suitability test for setting the hypothesis and statistical significance test from the PLS 3.0 package. The results of this study drew 6 hypotheses from a total of 11 on the 'idle space regeneration of economy based type of PLS-SEM' and 4 hypotheses from a total of 11 on the 'idle space regeneration of neighborhood regeneration type PLS-SEM'. The results can be summarized into several parts. First, if cultural aspects should be considered, the regeneration of idle space (economy-based type and neighborhood-regeneration type) could meet 2 parts, such as the quality of residents' life and local economy revitalization at the same time. Second, improving the 'physical aspects' only affects the 'idle space regeneration of the economy-based type of PLS-SEM'. Third, improving the 'social aspects' only affects the 'idle space regeneration of neighborhood regeneration type of PLS-SEM'. This study has significance in that it provides the empirical analysis for the regeneration of idle space and there are differences according to types of PLS structural model.

Influence of New Town Residents' Housing Value of an Apartment House on Housing Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty -With focus on the 2nd term new town case- (신도시 거주자의 아파트에 대한 주거가치가 주거만족과 고객충성도에 미치는 영향 -2기 신도시 사례를 중심으로-)

  • Recently, the influence of the residential value of new town apartment houses has been increasing in the housing market; however, there has been little study on the relationship between the housing value and customer loyalty. This study analyzed the influence of the housing value on housing satisfaction and customer loyalty. To this end, this study conducted a survey targeting 519 residents in the second term new town. Accordingly, basic statistics, reliability and hypothesis test were carried out using SPSS 21.0 and ANOVA as an analysis method. The study results are as follows. First, as a result of factor analysis of the housing value, the factor was analyzed as 6 sorts, such as safety, sociality, convenience, economic feasibility, aesthetics, and comfort. Second, safety, comfort, and convenience among the factors in the housing value were found to have a significant influence on the housing satisfaction. This means that the concepts of property and assets reflect the development of new urban city apartments. Third, a new town house purchaser's positive housing value and housing satisfaction were found to increase customer loyalty. This greater satisfaction of the current residential apartment dwellers means that they are more likely to introduce their relatives and neighbors. These results suggest that a positive outlook of a new town householder on the housing value and housing satisfaction will eventually work more on revitalizing the housing market.

A Study on the Effect of Jeonju International Film Festival Image upon the Degree of Satisfaction (전주국제영화제 이미지 요인이 만족도에 미치는 영향 연구)

  • Film festival is a cultural event, which would be held for various purposes. This study was to find out the effects of visitors' demographic characteristics and Jeonju International Film festival images upon their general satisfactions, focusing on the 10th Jeonju International Film Festival. The results are as following. First, 20's(year), Student(job) and Less than 100(income/a month) had a majority in the demographic characteristic. It is needed to develop various programs and events targeting for these groups. Second, it resolved 11 questions in all into 3 factors, which is named as 'Administration', 'Facility', and 'Contents'. Specially We need to develop events and programs for teens. It verified that visitors satisfied far more as they were provided with comfortable theater, various facilities and events, etc. It also proved that the service of giving useful informations met visitors' satisfaction. But as the demographic characteristic showing, visitors dwelling near Jeonju were fewer. It is required for a program to enhance the peculiar qualities of the city, Jeonju and then to promote the participation of local people. It is necessary for the host organization to secure its identity including peculiar subjects differentiated from other film festivals for the purpose of establishing itself as a worldwide event.
