이번 8월호 정보지에서는 지난 1년간(2012년) 전국 도매시장별 한우 출하비율 및 도체특성에 대한 현황을 파악하고자 한다. 또한 암소감축사업에 따른 도매시장별 암소의 도체성적 및 권역별 도매시장의 특성을 파악하여 한우농가가 향후 도매시장 출하 시 참고 가능한 자료로 작성하였다.

This paper analyzes retailers' purchasing patterns of fruits and vegetables and the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets. While large-scale retailers purchase fruits and vegetables from various sources, medium and small-scale retailers and food service companies buy them mostly from agricultural product wholesale markets. The retailers point out the problems with purchasing from agricultural product wholesale markets as a lack of quality uniformity, not sufficient cooling storage facilities, not sufficient space for shipping area, high distribution cost, unnecessary price fluctuation, and etc. In order to enhance the linkage with retailers, agricultural product wholesale markets, first of all, have to adopt more flexible trading methods such as private treaty besides auctions which are exclusively legitimate trading methods in the market. Necessary are enlargement of jobbers' operating scale, securing shipping space for retailers, adoption of inspection service, introduction of methods to stabilize auction prices, saving of loading and unloading costs, implementation of marketing strategies.

The purpose of this study is to investigate price transmissions between wholesale and retail markets regarding Jeju tangerines by employing co-integration analysis and vector error correction model. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the long-run equilibrium relationship was found among wholesale and retail markets in time series for level by distribution channel. Second, a short-run causality relationship was observed between wholesale and retail markets. Third, the long-run causality relationship between wholesale market and retail markets was found bidirectional and feedback effect. These results imply that the wholesale price performs a central role in establishing price in the tangerine market, and the wholesale market influences tangerine price. In conclusion, for the development of a competitive tangerine industry, it is necessary to aggressively promote the policy of supply and demand control of tangerine production through organizing producers.

The Gang-Seo wholesale market is an experimental system in that two different distribution channels co-exist in the same marketplace; the auction system and the consignment system. The government expects the consignment system offers higher and more stable prices to farmers than the auction system. This study tested if that is the case, but the results did not support the hypotheses. The consignment system needs institutional complements and more transparent operations before wide-spreading.

The objective of this study was to analyze the market structure of the Garak Agricultural Products Wholesale Market, which has the greatest influence among agricultural products wholesale markets and plays a key role in domestic agricultural products distribution. In addition, through analysis of the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation, which is a major distributor of the Garak Market, the connection relationship between the market structure of the Garak Market and the management efficiency of the wholesale market corporation was able to be identified. From 2007 to 2018, it was found that the market structure of Garak Market was a monopoly. In addition, the average production efficiency of the five wholesale market corporations was 0.95, indicating that the wholesale market corporation in Garak Market has an efficient production structure with high output compared to input. Therefore, in order to activate the agricultural products wholesale market and protect the rights of producers and consumers based on the analysis results, it is necessary to implement a policy that can establish a competition system among agricultural products wholesale market distributors.

호주의 이동통신시장은 1999년∼2000년 수입규모는 TM, LM, ML 서비스를 포함하여 약 $50억에 달한다. 호주의 이동통신시장은 크게 도매시장, 소매시장, 상호접속시장으로 나뉘며, 도매시장에는 Telstra, Cable&Wireless Optus, Vodafone 3개의 사업자, 소매시장에는 도매사업자들, 재판매사업자, MVNO를 포함하여 9개 사업자가 경쟁하고 있다. 상호접속시장부문에는 1999년 7월 LM서비스 사전선택제가 도입이 되어 경쟁이 활발하게 진행되고 있다.

농림부는 지난 11월 10일 도매시장 돼지평균가격 산정방법을 개선하여 '98년 12월부터 가격발표 방식을 변경할 수 있도록 시.도 등 관련기관에 협조를 요청했다. 농림부는 각 시.도, 본회, 축산물등급판정소, 육류수출입협회 등 관련기관에 공문을 보내 "현행 도매시장 전체평균가격 정산제도에 미흡한 점이 있어 비육돈 평균가격 기준으로 정산방법을 바꾸도록 유도한다"고 밝히고, "시.도 및 관계기관에서는 도매시장에 조속히 알려 '98년 12월부터 가격발표 방식을 변경하도록 협조하여 줄 것"과 "적정지급률이 만들어 지도록 관내 육가공업체와 농가간에 공청회, 간담회 등을 개최하여 여론형성을 하고, 그 결과를 알려줄 것" 등을 요청했다. 다음은 농림부의 도매시장 돼지평균가격 산정방법 개선내용이다.

우리나라는 2001년 4월 이후 전력산업구조개편을 추진 중에 있다. 한 기업에 의해 발전, 송전, 배전, 판매를 독점하던 체계에서 전력시장 개방을 단계별로 진행중에 있는데, 최초에 계획된 전력시장 개발 일정은 다음과 같다. - 발전경쟁 : $2001.04{\sim}2004.06$ - 도매경쟁 : $2004.07{\sim}2008.12$ - 소매경쟁 : $2009.01{\sim}$ 발전경쟁시장에서 도매경쟁시장으로 전환되는 시점에서 국가차원의 결정에 의해 도매경쟁시장으로의 진입이 잠정 중단되었다. 그 당시 우리는 도매경쟁시장을 위한 시스템(MOS)을 이미 구축한 상태였다. 도매경쟁시장을 위해 설계된 MOS시스템은 발전경쟁시장을 위해 현재 사용되고 있는 CBP시스템에는 갖추고 있지 않은 우수한 기능들을 다수 보유하고 있는데 5분단위 급전계획(FMD)이 그것 중 최고기능이라고 할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 CBP시스템을 사용하는 발전경쟁시장에서 MOS시스템의 5분 단위 급전계획(FMD)을 활용하기 위한 설계 요구사항을 논의하고자 한다.

There are lots of buildings with their deterioration in wholesale markets which have high concentration that can cause big fire due to difficulty of installing fire protection system in fire compartment, absence of safety awareness, access by many and unspecified people. There had been big fire that caused by these kind of fire weakness such as Seomun Market's in 2005 which costed tens of millions dollar, Dongmun Shopping District’s with 7 casualties. Now counter-measure against these fire is urgently needed. This study drew characteristic of current condition of wholesale markets and the one classified by main agent, fire cases and prevention of fire through statistical data. Also, current condition of fire prevention management and actual state were investigated by conducting a survey of person in charge of fire prevention and current practician. As a result, it was shown that securing professionalism of fire prevention, improvement of structural weakness of buildings, obtaining reliability on performance of fire protection system and internal fire education against practician in the market are needed.
