  • 도로 네트워크 공간에서 이동 객체 데이터베이스에 들어올 수 있는 질의의 종류는 매우 다양하다. 따라서 이러한 이동 객체 질의들을 처리하기 위한 효과적인 인덱스 구성 기법이 요구된다. 기존에 연구되었던 인덱스들은 처리할 수 있는 질의의 종류가 매우 한정적이었다. 본 논문에서는 도로 네트워크 공간에서 사용될 수 있는 이동 객체 질의들을 정의하고 이를 처리하기 위한 인덱싱 프레임워크를 제안한다. 이러한 인덱싱 프레임워크를 기반으로 도로 네트워크 상의 다양한 이동 객체 질의들을 효과적으로 처리할 수 있다.

Generation of Mosaic Image using Aerial Oblique Images (경사사진을 이용한 모자이크 영상 제작)

  • The road network becomes more complex and extensive. Therefore, the inconveniences are caused in accordance with the time delay of the restoration of damaged roads, demands for excessive costs on information collection, and limitations on acquisition of damage information of the roads. Recently, road centric spatial information is gathered using mobile multi sensor system for road inventory. But expensive MMS(Mobile Mapping System) equipments require high maintenance costs from beginning and takes a lot of time in the data processing. So research is needed for continuous maintenance by collecting and displaying the damaged information on a digital map using low cost mobile camera system. In this research we aim to develop the techniques for mosaic with a regular ground sample distance using successive image from oblique camera on a vehicle. For doing this, mosaic image is generated by estimating the homography of high resolution oblique image, and the ground sample distance and appropriate overlap are analyzed using high resolution aerial oblique images which contain resolution target. Based on this we have proposed the appropriate overlap and exposure interval for mobile road inventory system.

  • This study is aimed at the development of ubiquitous based road disaster management system. The fundamental technologies used for developing this system are classified into three modules - wireless internet communication module, mobile module and server module. These fundamental technologies can be used not only for developing road disaster management system but also for developing various mobile or ubiquitous systems. With this system, workers can download many DB (Digital map, Attribute information etc.) from server to the field in realtime. The accuracy and objectivity of the DB could be improved with these informations collected at fields because these data can be used as basic data for road disaster information collection. Because in the web based server module - Web based Road Disaster Management System (URDMS) - field disaster information was showed link up with exist DB on road by absolute coordinate, the decision making with all of the field information was made and it sent to a field staff in realtime. The problems of current road disaster management rule ran be solved by this URDMS.

Improvement of Factory Data in Industrial Land Information System (산업입지정보시스템 공장정보 개선에 관한 연구)

  • The factory information provided by the Industrial Location Information System (ILIS) is provided as raw data by the Korea Industrial Complex Corporation and registered after a filtering process, so the new factory information update is slow. In this study, to solve the problem of updating factory information of industrial location information system, using building data of road name address with relatively fast renewal cycle and building data of real estate, we compared the factory information of existing ILIS and extracted new factory information. In the process of comparison, a method was proposed to compare spatial objects of different types with point data and polygon data. Attribute information matching and object matching were performed, and attribute values of new factory information were extracted. The accuracy evaluation of the proposed spatial analysis method showed 79% accuracy, and the above matching technique was used to confirm the possibility of convergence of road name address data, real estate data and factory information of ILIS.

Priority Area Prediction Service for Local Road Packaging Maintenance Using Spatial Big Data (공간 빅데이터를 활용한 지방도 포장보수 우선지역 예측 서비스)

  • The current status of local road pavement management in Jeollabuk-do only relies on the accomplishments of the site construction company's pavement repair and is only managed through Microsoft Excel and word documents. Furthermore, the budget is irregular each year. Accordingly, a systematic maintenance plan for local roads is necessary. In this paper, data related to road damage and road environment were collected and processed to derive possible areas which could suffer from road damage. The effectiveness of the methodology was reviewed through the on-site inspection of the area. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport, in 2018, the number of damages on general national roads were about 47,000. In 2019, it reached around 38,000. Furthermore, the number of lawsuits regarding the road damages were about 93 in 2018 and it increased to 119 in 2019. In the case of national roads, the number of damages decreased compared to 2018 due to pavement repairs. To measure the priorities in maintenance of local roads at Jeollabuk-do, data on maintenance history, local port hole occurrence site, overlapping business section, and emergency maintenance section were transformed into data. Eventually, it led to improvements in maintenance of local roads. Furthermore, spatial data were constructed using various current status data related to roads, and finally the data was processed into a new form that could be utilized in machine learning and predictions. Using the spatial data, areas requiring maintenance on pavement were predicted and the results were used to establish new budgets and policies on road management.

  • 본 연구에서는 기존 지형도나 준공도면 자료에서 상세정보가 누락되거나 갱신이 이루어지지 않아 시설물관리체계에 필요한 수치지도의 체계적인 구축이 요구되는 지역에 적용할 수 있도록 지상사진, 항공사진 등 영상자료에 다양한 사진해석 기법을 적용하여 수치지도를 생성하고 공간 및 속성정보를 추출하였다. 본 연구에서는 다중사진 촬영에 의하여 대상물의 3차원 모델과 3차원 사진영상모델을 생성하였다. 또한, 소축척 항공사진을 이용하여 대상지역의 벡터라이징을 실행한 결과, 각 건물과 도로시설물의 위치와 형태 등 공간정보의 추출이 가능하였다.

  • 지리 정보 서비스에 대한 요구가 증가하면서 서로 다른 공간 데이터베이스를 통합하여 사용하기 위한 연구가 증가하고 있다. 그러나 공간 데이터베이스에 존재하는 이질성으로 인하여 통합 작업은 단순화 관계를 갖는 네트워크간의 인스턴스 동일성 확인에 대한 연구를 기술한다. 네트워크 구조의 공간 데이터베이스는 위치 정보와 위상 정보를 명시적으로 포함하고 있으며, 도로, 수도, 배전 등 많은 응용분야를 갖고 있다. 본 연구의 결과는 이러한 네트워크 구조의 공간 데이터베이스 통합에서 기본이 되는 인스턴스의 동일성 확인을 용이하게 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

A Study on the Development of New Address Management System for Jecheon-city (제천시 새주소 관리시스템 개발에 관한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study is development of the management system for convenient use of new address guide system for systematic management and use of spatial information gained by mapping of numerical map of building and road to large basic new address, survey and input of main gate, decision of the road session, naming and input of road name, grant of numbering of all houses and buildings, new address guide, real life geographical information and added information service on Web-site in Jecheon-city area. In this study, the development and establishment of new address management in local cities are designed by making full use of GIS function of client server based system. In the result, the effectiveness of new address management system of Jecheon- city could be highly increased owing to not only citizens' easy access but also easy availability of various informations necessary in life by developed its system.

A Position Information Hiding in Road Image for Road Furniture Monitoring (도로시설물 모니터링을 위한 도로영상 내 위치정보 은닉)

  • The recognition of current position and road surrounding of car is very important to driver for safe driving. This paper presents the recognition technique of the road traveling environment using position information hiding and viewpoint transform that monitors the information of road furniture and signature and notifies them to driver. The proposed scheme generates the road images into which the position information are hided, from car camera and GPS module and provides the road information to driver through the viewpoint transformation and the road signature detection. The driving tests with camera and GPS module verified that the position information hiding takes about 66.5ms per frame, the detection rate of road signature is about 95.83%, and the road signature detection takes about 227.45ms per frame. Therefore, we know that the proposed scheme can recognize the road traveling environment on the road video with 15 frame rate.

  • 최근 PDA, 휴대폰과 같은 모바일 기기 및 GPS와 같은 무선 통신 기술의 발달로 인하여 위치 기반 서비스의 이용이 확산되었다. 하지만 이러한 서비스는 사용자가 도로 네트워크에서 이동하면서 자신의 위치정보를 통해 LBS 서버에 질의를 요청하기 때문에, 심각한 개인 정보 누출의 위협이 될 수 있다. 따라서 모바일 사용자의 안전하고 편리한 위치기반 서비스 사용을 위한 개인 정보 보호 방법이 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 도로 네트워크 거리를 고려한 사용자 정보 보호를 지원하는 cloaking 영역 설정 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 도로 네트워크에서 효율적이고 안전한 위치기반 서비스를 지원하기 위하여, 도로 네트워크의 거리를 고려하여 cloaking 영역을 설정한다. 마지막으로 성능평가를 통해서 제안하는 기법이 cloaking 영역 및 서비스 시간 측면에서 기존 연구보다 우수함을 보인다.
