Development of checklist questions to measure AI core competencies of middle school students (중학생의 AI 핵심역량 측정을 위한 체크리스트 문항 개발)

  • This study was conducted with the purpose of developing a checklist of questions to measure middle school students' AI capabilities. To achieve the goal of the study, literature analysis and question development Delphi survey were used. For literature analysis, two domestic studies, five international studies, and the Ministry of Education's curriculum report were collected through a search. The collected data was analyzed to construct core competency measurement elements. The core competency measurement elements are understanding of artificial intelligence (5 elements), artificial intelligence thinking (5 elements), utilization of artificial intelligence (4 elements), artificial intelligence ethics (6 elements), and artificial intelligence social-emotion (6 elements). elements). Considering the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of the constructed measurement elements, 31 questions were developed. The developed questions were verified through the first Delphi survey, and 10 questions were revised according to the revision opinions. The validity of 31 questions was verified through the second Delphi survey. The checklist items developed in this study are measured by teacher evaluation based on performance and behavioral observations rather than a self-report questionnaire. This has the implication that the level of reliability of measurement results increases.

Analysis of Start-up Sustainability Factors Based on ERIS Model: Focusing on the Organization Resilience (ERIS모델 기반 창업지속요인 분석: 조직 리질리언스를 중심으로)

  • This study is based on ERIS model for start-up performance, and aims to derive the main reason for start-up sustainability centered on organizational resilience. To this end, systematic literature examination and modified Delphi method were used to investigate start-up sustainability factors based on ERIS Model focused on organizational resilience. The results showed that ERIS model-based entrepreneurial continuity factors were divided into four categories: entrepreneur, resource, industrial environment, strategy, subdivision 8 and detailed factors 54. In addition, the ERIS model-based continuity factors were structured around organizational resilience, and the continuity factors were structured according to ERIS model under five categories: leadership, culture, people, system and environment. The results of this study are as follows. First of all, the results of existing research and analysis show that the concept of successful start-up and sustainability of start-up are used in various fields. Second, it is confirmed that there are common factors of influence on start-up performance and start-up sustainability based on ERIS model. Third, Delphi method's results showed that the general characteristics of entrepreneurs, such as academic background, education level, gender, age, and business experience did not affect the sustainability of entrepreneurship. This study is significant in that it is based on ERIS model focused on organization resilience, and ERIS-R, which integrates Strategy into System and Organization resilience into R in the field of gradually expanding start-up development and support. It is expected that the results of this study will improve the sustainability of start-up that can predict, prevent, and overcome various crises at any time.

  • This study presents another effective way of ERP training and education for the successful deployment of ERP in public and private sectors. In general, there have been many researches on ERP implementation success factors. However, training methods and research related to effective ERP education/training are difficult to find. Several studies on the ERP implementation success factors state that the Chief Executive Office Interest in the project, education and training are one of the most important factors. In order to successfully implement an ERP, ERP education and training must preferentially be continuous and done by long-term plan. In Chapter 2, we examined the previous researches to determine the status of effective education and training in private and public sectors. Feedbacks from public enterprises, private enterprises, ERP consultants and production professionals from the survey are analysed using the Delphi method. Using the SPSS statistical analysis, survey results derived another effective private and public enterprise ERP education/training strategies and management guidelines.

  • The purpose of current tunnel maintenance system in South Korea is safety-based maintenance system for accident prevention, So it is difficult to conduct a strategic maintenance. The development of a new maintenance system can lead to effective investment of limited financial and it's effort is still in progress. In this study, to develop a performance-based assessment method, indexes for assessment are derived taking into account the safety, durability and serviceability. The indexes for performance-based assessment were selected by a literature analysis and a delphi survey. Then the importance among indexes were calculated by the AHP analysis.

  • In the context of increasing threats of EMP by neighboring countries in the security situation on the Korean peninsula, EMP protection facilities are a very important means of ensuring military operational capability. These EMP protection facilities should be constructed by comprehensively judging various factors about operation units. However, Defense Military Facilities Criteria and National Technical Guideline for EMP protection require at least 80dB shielding effectiveness without considering other options. In this study, we use objective and statistical methods to refine the consideration of the required EMP protection level based on the opinions of the experts. To do this, the Delphi technique is used for this study, and the survey was conducted from 53 experts related to EMP protection standard in the military and civilian sectors. The first questionnaire investigated the appropriate level of EMP protection, and the second questionnaire analyzed the factors considered in establishing EMP protection level. As a result of the factor analysis on the opinions of the experts, it was concluded that the EMP protection requirement level should be determined by variables of METT + TC.

  • The FIDIC Red Book is an international standard contract condition in which the Employer designs and the Contractor performs the construction. The Engineer of FIDIC Red Book shall agree or determine any matter or Claim in accordance with Sub-Clause 3.7 neutrally, not as an agent of the Employer. This study aimed to derive Key Risk Sub-Clauses out of 49 Sub-Clauses that the Engineer of FIDIC Red Book recently revised in 18 years shall agree or determine according to Sub-Clause 3.7 using the Delphi method. A panel of 35 experts with more than 10 years of experience and expertise in international construction contracts was formed, and through total three Delphi surveys, errors and biases were prevented in the judgment process to improve reliability. As for the research method, 49 Sub-Clauses that engineers shall agree on or determine according to Sub-Clause 3.7 of the FIDIC Red Book were investigated through the analysis of contract conditions. In order to evaluate the probability and impact of contractual risk for each 49 Sub-Clause, the Delphi survey conducted repeatedly a closed-type survey three times on a Likert 10-point scale. The results of the first Delphi survey were delivered during the second survey, and the results of the second survey were delivered to the third survey, which was re-evaluated in the direction of increasing the consensus of experts' opinions. The reliability of the Delphi 3rd survey results was verified with the COV value of the coefficient of variation. The PI Risk Matrix was applied to the average value of risk probability and impact of each of the 49 Sub-Clauses and finally, 9 Key Risk Sub-Clauses that fell within the extreme risk range were derived.

A Study on Constituents of the New Apprenticeship Concept for the Promotion of Industrial Growth Potential (산업 성장잠재력 제고를 위한 신도제제도의 개념 요소에 대한 연구)

  • The purpose of this study was to find out the areas and their constitute elements of new apprenticeship through the expert of vocational education to improve the growth potential in the field of industry. Through the three times Delphi research process final composing areas and elements(total 6 areas and 41 sub-elements) of new apprenticeship were extracted. Followings are specific study results of 41 sub-elements for the 6 areas. In area A(Technology Skill aspect) total nine sub-elements were deducted as follows. Technology skill's field appling ability, new technology skill's acquisition, quality assurance ability, research development ability, material management using ability, problem solving ability, core technology skill understanding ability, idea's imagery expressing ability, creative design ability. In area B(Institutional aspect) total five sub-elements were deducted as follows. Flexible human material support, precise division of works, objective result assessment, institutionalization of responsibilities and liabilities between teacher and student, institutionalization of duty invention reward. In area C(Affective aspect) total eight sub-elements were deducted as follows. Manners and cooperation between teacher & student and peer, values for job, basic attitude for technology, job ethic sense, respect of other organization, active action to organization change, attitude of technology successor, service mind. In area D(Self-improvement aspect) total nine sub-elements were deducted as follows. Self evaluation and reflection, cultivate of organization understanding, career planning and developing ability, sound philosophy of life, communication ability, decision making ability, prepare of individual competence enhance system, self-control ability improvement, reaction of unexpected situation. In area E(Knowledge aspect) total four sub-elements were deducted as follows. Basic knowledge of relevant area, knowledge of new technology & preceding technology, fusion and relocation of knowledge, practical knowledge. In area F(Environmental aspect) total six sub-elements were deducted as follows. Awareness of business environment, understanding of education and practice environment, understanding of apprenticeship's business demand, connectivity of region community, adapt ability of labor market's change, awareness of society environment change.

A Study on the Problem Analysis of Designation and Management of the Zone of Urban Nature Park (도시자연공원구역 지정 및 관리상의 문제점 분석)

  • This study was performed with the purpose of providing basic data for the improvement of zoning regulations of urban nature park by analyzing the present problem which occurred during last 6 years from the year of 2005 when the program was introduced for the first time. The study was processed first by the analysis of the cases of problems evoked by citizens, second the other problems was delineated by interviews of officials, at last the validity of all of the problems was verified by a group of professionals through delphi method. The results can be summarized as follows. 1. In relation to the designation and management of urban national park areas, designation criteria, designation process, maintenance, laws and regulations and 20 other items were found to be problematic. After Delphi method, 5 items were removed and 2 added. The results showed that there were 17 problematic items in total. 2. Regarding the problem of criteria for designation, which are, lack of priority(weights), lack of objectivity due to the difficulty to use quantitative evaluation method, incompatibility for contaminated land environmental impact assessment, incompatibility of land suitability assessment, lack of detailed field survey standards, lack of national park area standards, and 6 other items. 3. Regarding the problem of designation process, which are, the occurrence of civil appeals for designating a new national park, the needs of feasibility study on the urban national park areas constructed before urban national park guidelines came out, lack of a comprehensive review of the boundaries set when determining national park area management plan, poor temporal and financial conditions for an accurate field survey, and 4 other items. 4. Regarding the problem of maintenance management, which are, lack of management system in each space, lack of effectiveness of Urban Nature Park Area Management Plan among master plans for park and green areas, the occurrence of dual managers due to dual natures such as purpose area and city park, lack of professional manpower to manage park areas, and 4 other items. 5. Regarding the problems of regulation guidelines, which are, lack of separate urban park area management plan, incompatibility of the permitted facilities in the park to the park area standards, lack of feasibility study on urban park areas, and 3 other items.

  • 글로벌 비즈니스 환경에 있어서 경쟁력을 유지 혹은 강화시키기 위한 방법으로 많은 기업들이 경영혁신 활동에 주력하고 있다. 식스 시그마는 이러한 활동을 가능케 하는 핵심적인 방법론이자 도구로써 주목 받고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 식스 시그마의 도입에 따른 성과요인을 분석하여 보다 체계적인 프레임워크를 제시함으로써 그 성공 가능성을 관리할 수 있도록 하는 것이 주요한 목적이라 하겠다. 이를 위해 전문가 집단을 대상으로 한 델파이 조사방법과 이를 분석하기 위한 도구로써 계층적 분석기법(AHP)을 적용하였다. 분석결과, 총 12개의 요인들이 도출되었으며 중요도에 따라 가중치를 계산하여 이를 실제 식스 시그마 프로젝트에 적용하여 연구에 제시된 프레임워크를 검증토록 하였다. 본 연구는 다양한 산업 및 기업에서 식스 시그마 방법론의 적용이 급속히 확대되어 가는 추세에서 프로젝트의 성패를 가늠짓게 하는 중요 요인들을 보다 객관적인 프레임워크로 제시되었다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

Expert Delphi Survey on Educational Goals and Subjects for Developing a Music Gifted Curriculum (음악영재교육과정 개발을 위한 전문가 델파이 조사: 교육목표 및 교과목을 중심으로)

  • The purpose of this study was to extract and validate the educational goals and the subjects for developing a music gifted curriculum. Based on literature review and analysis of music gifted curricula in foreign countries, 19 educational goals and 18 subjects were derived from literature review and analysis of music gifted curricula in foreign countries. To validate the educational goals and the subjects, delphi survey was carried out twice with 26 expert panelists in the field of music, music education and music gifted education. Delphi survey was analyzed using the mean, content validity ratio, and the degree of consensus. The final set of educational goals for music gifted education included 6 skills related goals, 4 creative expression related goals, 4 knowledge related goals, and 2 attitude related goals. The final set of subjects included 4 major-specific subjects, 5 foundational subjects, 4 theory-related subjects, 3 integration and social participation related subjects. The results of this study can be used as baseline data to develop a music gifted curriculum by providing ideas for deciding what to teach and why to teach in music gifted education.
