Implementation of Efficient Mobile Monitoring System of the GreenHouse Environment Data (온실 환경 데이터의 효과적인 모바일 모니터링 시스템 구현)

  • A monitoring system needs many parameters to increase devices for monitoring data and to support various services. In particular, monitoring the status of a device in a wireless mobile environment has a difficulty in displaying multi data in a limited screen size, and transfer of the status data of a device into a network is largely related with network traffic. The research aims at designing a control board that collects data in order to effectively manage a greenhouse environment system. Also, the research tries to appropriately operate devices, environment data monitoring, and the control of each device by realizing a multiplexed interface based on a web. Thus, in the case in which a distributed client was a computer, monitoring and control were obtained with a web browser through the Lab VIEW web server of a server or local control module in order to effectively monitor and control according to the status of a user. In the case in which a client was a PDA, application of a wireless mobile considering the scale and data processing capacity of a displayer was connected. As a result of the research, we could confirm a satisfactory outcome from the viewpoint of a human-centered design by supplying adaptability and mobility according to the environment of a user.

  • With rapid growth and fast diffusion of smartphone technologies, many users are deeply concerned about the smart applications and many mobile applications converged with various related technologies are rapidly disseminated. Especially, the convergence technologies like mobile apps that can establish the wireless ad hoc network between smartphone and other peripherals and exchange data are appear and progressed continuously. In this paper, we design and implement the smart app using bluetooth based wireless ad hoc sensor network that can connect smartphone with sensors and exchange data for various smart applications. The proposed smart application in this paper collects data obtained from more than 2 multi-sensors in real time and fulfills the decision making function by storing data at the database and analysing it. The smart application designed and implemented in this paper is the healthcare application that can analyze and evaluate the patient's health condition with sensing data from multi-sensors in real time through bluetooth module.

The Reconstruction of Tomographic Images using STAM System (STAM 시스템을 이용한 토모그라픽 영상 복원)

  • 본 논문에서는 다층구조물에 대한 토모그라픽 영상을 복원하기 위해 기존의 SLAM 시스템에 쿼드러쳐 검출기와 시료회전장치를 부가하여 STAM 시스템을 구성하고 BFP 알 고리즘을 이용하여 영상복원 프로그램을 개발하였다. 본 실험에서는 시료로서 알루미늄을 사용하여 2개 층이 서로 다른 패턴을 갖는 불균질 층을 만들고 그 사이를 물로써 채워진 다 층구조물을 구성하였으며 또한 불균질 층 간격을 각각 8λ, 10λ 그리고 12λ가 되도록 제 작하였다. 이들 시료는 STAM 시스템에서 4중 프로젝션(0°, 90°, 180°, 270°)시켜 토모 그라픽 데이터를 획득하고 이를 영상처리하여 토모그라픽 영상을 복원하였다. 영상분석 결 과, 본 STAM 시스템은 4중 프로젝션시 12λ의 불균질 층 간격에서 높은 분해능의 토모그 라픽 영상을 얻을 수 있었고 각 층에 대한 위치를 결정할 수 있었다.

  • With progress in information technology, demand for imaging devices such as display devices is increasing. But noise occurs due to various reasons during the process of acquiring, transmitting or processing the image data. Filters used to remove salt and pepper noise include SMF, CWMF and AWMF. In areas where the noise density is high, the removal of noise is undermined. This paper suggests an adjusted median filter algorithm that transforms the noise pixels to more effectively remove salt and pepper noise.

  • Image segmentation for object to extract data from ultrasound acquired is an essential preprocessing step for the effective diagnosis. Various image segmentation methods have been studied. In this study, interactive image segmentation method by graph cut algorithm is proposed to develop a variety of applications of vascular ultrasound imaging and diagnostics. General imaging and vascular ultrasound imaging segmentation by entering constrain condition such as foreground and background. In the future it will be able to develop new ultrasound diagnostics.

  • Korea Sounding Rocket(KSR)-III onboard telemetry system has acquired various data from subsystems and sensors in the rocket, and radiated PCM/FM data using two S-band antennas during the flight. Simultaneously, it is necessary that the ground receiving systems track the rocket, and receive and decode telemetry data. Also post processed telemetry data are needed to be broadcasted on ethernet network in real time. Range safety display system displays flight trajectory using telemetry data in mission control center, and so flight manager makes a decision for flight termination from the trajectory This paper describes operating technique about telemetry reception, the development for the realtime data processing system, and the results for telemetering reception on fight test. We telemetered, processed, and broadcasted numerous telemetry data during the flight test successfully.

  • It was designed a high-speed analog input card that is a important device of ultrasonic testing flaw detector in the middle of non-destructive testing in this Paper. The A/D Board is inquired high-speed sampling rate and fast data acquisition system. This pater shows a design that has a function of Peak- Detection for ultrasonic testing by ISA Bus type and a 50MHz of A/D converter in order to do sampling more than quadruple frequency of transducer frequency.

  • This paper presents a time synchronization algorithm based on PLL for application to telemetry systems and implement FPGA logic. The large aircraft of the telemetry system acquires status information through each distributed acquisition devices and analyzes the flight status in real time. For this reason, time synchronization between systems is important to improve precision. This paper presents a PLL based time synchronization algorithm that is less complex than other time synchronization methods and takes less time to process data because there is minimized message transmission for synchronization. The validity of proposed algorithm is proved by simulation of Python. And the VHDL logic was implemented in FPGA to check the time synchronization performance.

  • 관로 내 빈번히 발생하는 수격압의 발생은 관망 구조물에 피로가 누적되고 관벽에 손상을 발생시켜, 관로 내 누수가 다양한 형태로 생성된다. 관 내 누수가 발생되는 경우 관 내부의 수격압의 발생 시 생성되는 부압으로 인하여 외부 물질이 관으로 흡수되거나 혼합되어 스케일과 미생물의 생성되는 등 관 내의 수질에 악영향을 끼치며 마찰을 증가시켜 통수능이 감소하고 관리에 추가적인 비용을 발생시킨다. 이러한 영향을 방지하기 위해 관 내에서 생성되는 누수를 탐지하기 위하여 수격압을 발생시켜 압력파를 분석하거나 추적을 수행하는 여러 가지 연구들이 수행되었다. 본 연구에서는 현장 관망과 연결된 100A 대구경 관로에 관로 수압 발생장치를 연결하여 기존의 수격압을 발생시켜 분석하는 방법 대신 안전하고 용이한 방법인 압력파를 주입하여 실험을 수행하였다. 실험을 통해 획득한 데이터를 시간상에서 분석하고 Fourier 변환을 통한 빈도상 분석과 Wavelet 분석으로 신호주기에서 누수가 미치는 영향을 파악하였다. 실험 결과에서는 누수에 의한 영향으로 반사파가 직접적으로 변형되는 형태보다 시스템 전체에서 반영되어 수두가 감쇠되는 형태로 나타났다. Fourier 변환을 통해 무누수 조건과 누수조건의 비교에서 누수의 유무에 따른 신호의 형태가 차이를 보였다. 앞선 연구들에서의 누수의 특정한 위치를 찾아내는 형태 대신 신호처리 후 분석을 통해 시스템 전체에서 일어나는 감쇠를 통해 누수 존재 유무를 판별하고자 한다.

Implementation of the Color Matching Between Mobile Camera and Mobile LCD Based on RGB LUT (모바일 폰의 카메라와 LCD 모듈간의 RGB 참조표에 기반한 색 정합의 구현)

  • This paper proposed device-independent color matching algorithm based on the 3D RGB lookup table (LUT) between mobile camera and mobile LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) to improve the color-fidelity. Proposed algorithm is composed of thee steps, which is device characterization, gamut mapping, 3D RGB-LUT design. First, the characterization of mobile LCD is executed using the sigmoidal function, different from conventional method such as GOG (Gain Offset Gamma) and S-curve modeling, based on the observation of electro-optical transfer function of mobile LCD. Next, mobile camera characterization is conducted by fitting the digital value of GretagColor chart captured under the daylight environment (D65) and tristimulus values (CIELAB) using the polynomial regression. However, the CIELAB values estimated by polynomial regression exceed the maximum boundary of the CIELAB color space. Therefore, these values are corrected by linear compression of the lightness and chroma. Finally, gamut mapping is used to overcome the gamut difference between mobile camera and moible LCD. To implement the real-time processing, 3D RGB-LUT is designed based on the 3D RGB-LUT and its performance is evaluated and compared with conventional method.
