  • 코헤런트 라만분광학 실험에 사용할 다중채널 데이터 수집과 제어장치를 제작하고 프로그램을 개발하였다. CARS 신호를 규격화하기 위해 두 레이저의 세기를 측정하기 위해 최대값 검출기를 제작하였고, 제작한 로직제어기를 프로그램으로 제어하여 측정을 동기시켰다. 또한 우라늄 음극전구의 optogalvanic 신호를 측정하여 섹소레이저의 파장을 교정할 수 있었다. 프로그램은 매뉴선택방식으로 작성하여 수정과 사용이 용이하도록 하였다. 실제로 압력이 100 Torr 인 질소의 CARS 신호를 측정하여 이 장치의 유용성을 확인하였다.

Human-likeness of an Agent's Movement-Data Loci based on Realistically Limited Perception Data (제한적 인지 데이터에 기초한 에이전트 움직임-데이터 궤적의 인간다움)

  • This present paper's goal is to show a virtual human agent's movement-data loci based on realistically limited perception data is human-like. To determine human-likeness of the movement-data loci, we consider interactions between two parameters: Realistically Limited Perception (RLP) data and Incremental Movement-Path data Generation (IMPG). That is to consider how the former (i.e., RLP), one of the simulated parameters of human thought or its elements dictates the latter (i.e., IMPG), one of the simulated parameters of human movement behavior. Mapping DB is a prerequisite for navigation in an agent system because it functions as an interface between perception and movement behavior. Although Hill et al. studied mapping DB methodology based on RLP, their research dealt only with a rendering camera's view point data. The agent system in this present paper was integrated with the Hill's mapping DB module and then the two parameters' interaction was considered on a military reconnaissance mission with unexpected enemy emergence. Movement loci that were generated by the agent and subjects were compared with each other. The agent system in this present research verifies that it can be a functional test bed for producing human-like movement-data loci although the human-likeness of agent is the result of a pilot test, determined by two parameters (RLP and IMPG) and only 30 subjects.

Production of bitstreams for digital TV data broadcasting supporting hotspots (핫스팟을 지원하는 디지털 TV 데이터 방송용 비트스트림 제작)

  • 본 논문에서는 디지털 TV 데이터 방송에 있어 핫스팟 기능을 지원하기 위한 비트스트림 제작에 관하여 서술한다. 디지털 TV 데이터 방송에 있어 핫스팟이란 시청자의 선택에 의해 더 많은 정보를 제공할 수 있는 "클릭 가능한 비디오 객체"를 의미한다. 이 기능은 다른 용도로도 사용될 수 있으나, 특히 TV 전자상거래(T-commerce)에 유용하게 사용할 수 있다. 이러한 기능을 제공하기 위해서는 핫스팟 기능을 처리할 자바 응용프로그램, 즉 엑슬릿(Xlet)과 화면상에서 핫스팟의 시공간적 위치를 지정하는 핫스팟 데이터, 그리고 핫스팟과 주 프로그램화면 간의 동기화를 위한 시간 기준 등이 송출되는 비트스트림 내에서 제공되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 핫스팟 적용 시나리오를 설명하고 이 시나리오에 따라 핫스팟 기능을 제공할 수 있는 비트스트림을 제작하였다. 보다 더 구체적으로는, 엑슬릿을 ISO/IEC 13818-6 DSM-CC 확장 표준의 오브젝트 캐루젤로, 그리고 핫스팟 데이터를 MPEG-2 프라이벳 섹션(Private section)으로 구성하여 비트스트림에 포함시켰다. 또한, 시간 기준을 위해 DSM-CC 확장 표준에서 규정하고 있는 정규 재생시간(normal play time, NPT) 클록을 이용하여 시간 참조 값을 생성하였으며, 트리거(trigger)를 보내기 위한 이벤트들도 동일 표준에서 규정하고 있는 이벤트 서술자에 따라 생성하여 비트스트림 내에 포함시켰다. 내에 포함시켰다.

Semi-supervised Model for Fault Prediction using Tree Methods (트리 기법을 사용하는 세미감독형 결함 예측 모델)

  • A number of studies have been conducted on predicting software faults, but most of them have been supervised models using labeled data as training data. Very few studies have been conducted on unsupervised models using only unlabeled data or semi-supervised models using enough unlabeled data and few labeled data. In this paper, we produced new semi-supervised models using tree algorithms in the self-training technique. As a result of the model performance evaluation experiment, the newly created tree models performed better than the existing models, and CollectiveWoods, in particular, outperformed other models. In addition, it showed very stable performance even in the case with very few labeled data.

  • In this paper, we propose from media production environment using meta-data based on advanced authoring format(AAF). The media production system becomes digitalized since the image degradation and data storage should be minimized. For transmitting various contents without loss of meta-data. Editing decision list(EDL)is used in the current broadcasting and cinema environment, which results in inefficient performance. We compared the proposed AAF with the existing EDL cut, and tested successful transmission of the metadata. Based on the experimental results, the proposed AAF contains more video information than EDL.

FDTD Modeling of the Korean Human Head using MRI Images (MRI 영상을 이용한 한국인 인체 두부의 FDTD 모델링)

  • In this paper, the Finite-Difference Time-Domain(FDTD) modeling method of the Korean human head is introduced to calculate electromagnetic energy absorption for the human head by mobile phones. After MRI scanning data is obtained, 2 dimensional(2D) segmentation is done from the 2D MRI image data by the semi-automatic method. Then, 3D dense segmentation data with $1mm\times1mm\times1mm$ is constructed from the 2D segmentation data. Using the 3D segmentation data, coarse FDTD models of human head that is tilted arbitrarily to model the condition of tilted usage of mobile phone.

  • This study aims to development of web-based process management system for spatial data construction. For developing this system work classification of basic surveying was standardized and quality management method for spatial data was established. Production process and work classification system for basic surveying such as control point surveying using GPS, leveling, aerial photographing, digital mapping, topographic mapping, digital elevation modeling, aerial photographic DB construction and digital orthophotomap was standardized. The status of the output and quality inspection for basic surveying project were analyzed, and the elements of quality inspection and data format for the type of outputs were analyzed. Based on standardized and analyzed contents, web-based process management system was developed after database and process was designed. The process management system consisted of process management, quality control, metadata management, and system management.

IoT-Based Device Utilization Technology for Big Data Collection in Foundry (주물공장의 빅데이터 수집을 위한 IoT 기반 디바이스 활용 기술)

  • With the advent of the fourth industrial revolution, the interest in the internet of things (IoT) in manufacturing is growing, even at foundries. There are several types of process data that can be automatically collected at a foundry, but considerable amounts of process data are still managed based on handwriting for reasons such as the limited functions of outdated production facilities and process design based on operator know-how. In particular, despite recognizing the importance of converting process data into big data, many companies have difficulty adopting these steps willingly due to the burden of system construction costs. In this study, the field applicability of IoT-based devices was examined by manufacturing devices and applying them directly to the site of a centrifugal foundry. For the centrifugal casting process, the temperature and humidity of the working site, the molten metal temperature, and mold rotation speed were selected as process parameters to be collected. The sensors were selected in consideration of the detailed product specifications and cost required for each process parameter, and the circuit was configured using a NodeMCU board capable of wireless communication for IoT-based devices. After designing the circuit, PCB boards were prepared for each parameter, and each device was installed on site considering the working environment. After the on-site installation process, it was confirmed that the level of satisfaction with the safety of the workers and the efficiency of process management increased. Also, it is expected that it will be possible to link process data and quality data in the future, if process parameters are continuously collected. The IoT-based device designed in this study has adequate reliability at a low cast, meaning that the application of this technique can be considered as a cornerstone of data collecting at foundries.

  • Forest type map is a main forest thematic map which shows forest type, age class, diameter class and density. This map has been used as a base data in various fields such as forest policy decision-making, land suitability assessment and eco map production etc. But the existing map had many kinds of errors and no metadata because there was no standard for digital map production. On this study, we developed standard for digital forest type map production consisting of 33 unit processes including DB schema design, mapping process, quality control and metadata input process. Based on this standard, country-wide digital forest type map can be produced with consistent quality and standard metadata.

XRR용 두께 표준물질 제작을 위한 박막성장 및 특성평가

  • X-선 반사율 측정법(XRR)은 비파괴적인 측정방법과 수 nm의 두께를 정밀하게 측정할 수 있는 장점으로 인하여 반도체 산업현장에서 많은 관심과 연구가 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 XRR은 두께 분석 측정의 정밀도를 향상시키고 부정확한 결과를 방지하기 위하여 측정기기를 검증하고 보정할 수 있는 두께 표준물질을 필요로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 XRR용 두께 표준물질을 이온빔 스퍼터링 증착방법을 이용하여 제작하였다. 두께 표준물질 제작에 있어 공기 중 노출에 의해 산화가 되지 않는 산화물 박막과 산화물 기판을 선택하였다. 후보물질은 glass, sapphire, quartz, SiO2기판과 HfO2, Ta2O5, Cr2O3 산화물 타켓을 이용하여 박막을 제작하였다. 제작된 후 보물질은 교정된 XRR을 통하여 박막의 두께, 계면 및 표면 거칠기, 밀도등 박막의 구조특성분석을 하였다. Glass, quartz의 경우 기판 표면 거칠기가 좋지 않아 제작된 샘플의 X-선 반사율 곡선이 급격히 떨어지면서 측정되는 각도의 영역이 작아졌다. Sapphire로 제작한 시편은 측정된 데이터와 simulation의 curve fitting이 양호하지 않았다. 이 중 SiO2기판을 사용하고 HfO2박막을 증착한 샘플이 다른 후보물질보다 XRR curve fitting 결과가 가장 양호하여 두께 표준물질로 응용하기에 적절하였다. 그리고 AFM (Atomic Force MicroScope)을 이용하여 기판의 거칠기 및 증착한 박막표면 거칠기 측정을 하였고, TEM (Transmission Electron Microscope)으로 두께 측정을 하여 XRR로 얻은 데이터와 비교하였다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 XRR용 두께 표준물질 제작할 수 있었고, 추후 불확도 평가 및 비교실험을 통하여 제작된 XRR용 두께 표준물질을 이용할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
