모바일 디바이스의 대중화와 SNS(Social Networking Service)의 발전은 각 개인이 데이터와 정보를 생성하는 Web 2.0 의 페러다임을 앞당겼으며 최근 SNS 서비스를 통하여 새로운 형태의 커뮤니케이션 형태가 생성되었다. 이러한 커뮤니케이션 도구를 이용하는 유저는 대부분 ID 와 Password를 기반으로 사용자를 인증하여 서비스를 제공받는다. 이와 같은 서비스에서는 각 사용자의 정보자체보다 사용자의 사회적 위치와 사용자간의 관계를 이용한 보안사고가 우려된다. 근래의 ID/Password로 인증하는 방식의 웹서비스 또는 정보서비스들은 대부분 개인 PC, 스마트폰, 업무 PC 등에서 접근하는 추세이며, 임의적 장소에서 임의의 기기로 해당 서비스에 접근하는 양상은 과거에 비하여 감소하는 추세다. 이 같은 추세에 따라, 주로 사용하는 기기에 HTML5의 keygen과 Web-Storage 기능을 사용하여 암호화된 Key를 생성하고 저장하여 ID 와 Password가 노출되어도 해당 기기가 아니면 인증되지 않는 시스템을 구현 할 수 있으며 타 기기의 경우 일회성을 갖는 인증 방식을 사용하여, 기존 보다 안전한 인증 시스템을 적은 비용으로 구축 할 수 있다.

Civil aircraft noise certification standard is based on the ICAO Annex 16 Vol. 1. And, the standard uses A-Weighted SPL, EPNL and SEL method depending on the aircraft category. Korean noise standards, KAS 36 and other nation's CS 36 and FAR 36 noise standards were developed and revised according to the international noise standards, ICAO Annex 16. And, the national noise requirements are equivalent each other. The small airplane noise certification requires only take-off noise level with A-Weighted SPL in dB(A) unit. The first Korean aircraft noise certification was performed for the KC-100 certification in August 2012 with Korean authority and U.S. FAA. The noise certification requires much knowledge and experience in flight tests and noise data processing. In this study, the noise test requirements, test conditions and data correcting methods are shown with the test examples.

Composite materials used in aircraft must be certified using approved materials to ensure the the airworthiness of the aircraft. Certification is carried out by verifying the physical properties and processes of the materials, and producing material and process specifications. The composite material certification system in ROK(Republic of Korea) has been established through the MOLIT(Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport) pilot certification project for aircraft composite materials. Currently, the KIAST(Korea Institute of Aviation Safety Technology) operates and manages the certification and shared data system. This study identifies realm for improvement in the established certification system for aircraft composite materials based on empirical evidence and aims to propose measures for the certification and industrial promotion of domestically produced aircraft composite materials.

앞으로 전자상거래는 미국 , 일본등 경제선진국을 중심으로 확대, 발전해 나갈것이고 이에 따라 이를 시스템적으로 지원할 수 있는 지불시스템의 필요성은 더욱 부각될 것이다. 이 지불 시스템에서 핵심적인 기능은 인증기능이 될 것이고 인증에 대한 데이터를 관리하는 디렉토리 서버의 기능과 성능향상은 전제 지불시스템 더 나아가 전자상거래를 활성화 시키는데 절대적인 역할을 할 것이다. 이러한 현시점에서 세계 각국의 대응에 관심을 가지고 국내에서도 독자적인 기술로 국내 환경에 맞는 인증시스템의 개발이 절실하게 필요한 때이다. 본고에서는 X500시리즈와 MIT의 Kerberos Authentication System을 접목시켜 운용 가능한 전자상거래모델을 제시하고 이를 구현시 고려해야할 사항들을 제시함으로 해서 향후 보안 및 전자상거래 관련 분야에서 급속한 수요 증가가 예상되는 디렉토리 서버구현을 위한 모델을 제시하고자한다.
