With our economic development and increment and increment of GNP, the number of autos has incremented. But lacking in mind for traffic safety and traffic order, many traffic accidents have occurred. So the purpose of development of traffic safety education system based on web is to advertise the importance and the need of traffic order and safety education and protect walkers and drivers from traffic accidents. The Contents and Scopes of Study Development are as follows. There are input of text, image and moving image data for traffic safety education, establishment of hierarchical relation for traffic safety education, relation analysis between traffic safety education information and design of hyper link structure between them, thesaurus implementation for traffic safety education system, design and implementation of information retrieval engine based on thesaurus, design and implementation of database schema for traffic safety education and GUI implementation for user.

In order for agencies and companies at the IT service industry to check as well as to upgrade the current status of their information security programs, this paper suggests the assessment method for information security levels. The study developed 12 assessment fields and 54 assessment items derived from domestic and foreign cases including SP800-26, SP800-53, ISMS, and ISO27001. It categorized 54 assessment items into 5 levels for determining information security levels. Also, the study presents 7 strategies for performing their efficient evaluations. The proposed method and process in this paper can be useful guidelines for improving the national information security level.

Tho2/THOC2 is a subunit of the THO complex that plays important roles in mRNP biogenesis connecting transcription with mRNA maturation and export. A fission yeast, Schizosaccharomyces pombe, ortholog of Tho2/THOC2 was identified from the genome database. Tetrad analysis showed that the S. pombe tho2 is essential for growth. Repression or overexpression of the tho2 gene caused growth defect with elongated cells, abnormal DNA distribution, and accumulation of $poly(A)^+$ RNA in the nucleus. And the functional GFP-Tho2 protein is localized mainly in the nucleus. Yeast two-hybrid analysis showed that Tho2 interacted with Tex1, another subunit of THO complex. These results suggest that S. pombe Tho2 is also involved in mRNA export from the nucleus and is a component of THO complex.

중국은 2008년 현재 메신저 이용자 수와 블로그 등의 웹 2.0 이용자 수에 있어서 세계 1위이다. 그리고 중국의 2007년 850억 달러의 인터넷 디지털 시장은 2015년에 2640억 달러로 성장할 전망이다. 이와 같이 인터넷 시장의 규모와 성장 가능성으로 인해 중국 인터넷 비즈니스의 중요성이 높아지고 있다. 이러한 필요성에 따라서 본 연구에서는 중국의 인터넷 동향 중에서 가장 큰 주목을 끌고 있는 웹 2.0 기반의 사회 연결망 서비스 분야에서 다음 세 가지의 연구 질문을 설정하고 그 답을 찾아보았다. 첫째, 중국 사회 연결망 서비스의 주요 특징은 무엇인가? 이러한 질문에 답하기 위해 본 연구에서는 문헌연구를 바탕으로 중국의 대표적인 사회 연결망 서비스 업체로 Tencent QQ와 Sina Poco를 살펴보았고, 중국 사회 연결망 서비스 이용자의 가입 이유, 갱신 이유, 주요 내용, 유상 서비스에 대한 태도 등을 살펴보았으며, 중국 인터넷 사용자의 집단별 특징에 대해 살펴보았다. 둘째, 중국 사회 연결망 서비스의 이용에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인들은 무엇인가? 이러한 질문에 답하기 위해 동기부여이론, TAM 이론. 관련 선행연구 등을 검토하여 중국 사회 연결망 서비스의 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인들로서 사용자 참여, 사회적 영향, 네트워크 효과, 유용성, 시스템 품질 등을 도출하였고 PLS를 이용한 데이터 분석을 통해 검증하였다. 검증결과, 사회 연결망 서비스 이용에 유용성이 가장 큰 영향을 미치고, 다음으로 네트워크 효과, 사용자 참여, 시스템 품질 순으로 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 사회적 영향은 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 중국과 한국은 어떠한 점에서 차이가 있는가? 가장 두드러진 차이는 사회적 영향에 있어서 한국은 유의 적인데 비해 중국이 유의적이지 않다는 점이다. 이는 한국과 중국 사이에 국가 문화적 차이가 존재하기 때문에 발생했다고 생각할 수도 있고, 중국이 인터넷 성장기에 있는데 비해 한국은 인터넷 성숙기에 있는 등의 기술적, 사회적, 경제적 발달 과정상의 차이에 의한 것이라고도 볼 수 있다.

Voice of IP(VoIP) technology Provides voice service as well as data service via Internet. It has been a promising technology as Internet grows fast and the requirements are increasing. Among the standardized protocols for VoIP, H.323 has been one of the most developed technologies and widely used. Recently, the requirements for standardization of inter-domain interoperability is raised, since it has been developed by focusing on intra-domain service. To meet such requirements, IMTC(International Multimedia Telecommunications Consortium. Inc.) and VoIP Forum have elaborated on interoperability standard based on H.323, respectively in international and domestic markets. In this paper, we describe the call model and specify required functionalities of inter-domain interoperability based on H.323.

Capsule Endoscope(CE) is a capsule-shaped electronic device which can examine the lesions in digestive tract of human body. Recently the medical procedure using capsule endoscope is receiving great attention to both doctors and patients, since the conventional push-typed endoscope using cables brings great pain and fear to the patients. The technique was firstly available in 2000 and is based on a convergence techniques among BT(Bio Technology), IT(Information Technology), and NT(Nano Technology). The device consists of an optical parts including LEDs(Light Emitting Diodes), an image sensor, a communication module and a power module. Capsule endoscope is the embodiment of the state-of-the art technology and requires key technologies in the various engineering fields. Therefore, in this paper, we introduce the composition of the capsule endoscope system, and compare the communication method between RF(Radio Frequency) communication and HBC(Human Body Communication), which are typically used for data transmission in the capsule endoscope. Furthermore, we analyze the specification of commercialized capsule endoscopes and present the future developments and technical challenges.

With rapid convergence of information technology and expending role of software, many organizations have taken interested in We explore the relationship between the level of change awareness and deployment of software process improvement (SPI) approaches using a competing values framework. To measure awareness level of organization's change, DICE framework which provides means for predicting the outcome of change management initiatives is used. The four factors for organizaton's change: duration, integrity, commitment, and effort are evaluated and a score is calculated. In this paper, we apply the DICE(R) score as an independent variable to predict the outcome of a software process improvement. Our results indicated that the Organization have a higher chance of success have the better outcome in software process improvement.

The study divided the life cycle of Chinese companies into three stages from 2011 to 2017, 3,750 small and medium-sized enterprises(SME) used disclosure data to analyze the intensity of R&D investment by company life cycle. The analysis showed that the impact of wealth(ROA) on the performance of R&D investment(RDS) and the next(t) business performance, and research and development investments had a different impact on the company's performance depending on the life cycle of the company. The results of this study are expected to help determine the amount of expenditure related to R&D investment and the time of input of resources in consideration of industrial characteristics and corporate characteristics when making strategic decisions related to R&D investment of companies.

In this paper, we propose a method to apply artificial intelligence technology efficiently to integrated security control technology. In other words, by applying machine learning learning to artificial intelligence based on big data collected in integrated security control system, cyber attacks are detected and appropriately responded. As technology develops, many large capacity Is limited to analyzing individual logs. The analysis method should also be applied to the integrated security control more quickly because it needs to correlate the logs of various heterogeneous security devices rather than one log. We have newly proposed an integrated security service model based on artificial intelligence, which analyzes and responds to these behaviors gradually evolves and matures through effective learning methods. We sought a solution to the key problems expected in the proposed model. And we developed a learning method based on normal behavior based learning model to strengthen the response ability against unidentified abnormal behavior threat. In addition, future research directions for security management that can efficiently support analysis and correspondence of security personnel through proposed security service model are suggested.

현재 급변하는 정보기술, 다양성을 추구하는 시장의 니즈, 미리 예측하지 못한 다양한 형태의 경쟁자 등의 출현으로 인해 경영환경이 급변하고 있는 것은 더 이상 새로운 현상이라고 보기는 어렵다. 이와 같이 급변하는 경영 환경은 기업 간 경쟁 심화를 불러일으키고 있으며, 경쟁 심화는 생존 및 발전을 위해 기업 특성에 맞지 않는 무분별한 전략을 활용하면서 오히려 역효과를 내고 있다는 문제를 야기하고 있다. 특히 변화하고 있는 환경 내 벤처기업 및 창업기업들의 경우 창업 후 생존율이 점차 낮아지면서 일반 기업들에 비해 경쟁력을 갖춘 기업을 찾아보기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 이에 벤처기업들은 도태되지 않고 생존하기 위해경쟁력을 강화시킬 수 있는 다양한 전략을 구사하고 있다. 벤처기업은 하나의 비즈니스 생태계 내 유기적 생명체로서 진화하기 위해 제품이나 산업의 수명주기와 마찬가지로 창업기, 초기 성장기, 고도 성장기, 성숙기, 쇠퇴기 등의 정형화된 단계를 거친다. 따라서 벤처기업은 무차별적인 전략을 통해 기업의 생존 및 성장을 도모 하는 것이 아니라 해당 기업이 놓인 수명주기 단계별로 전략, 조직 구조, 의사결정방식, 통제유형 등을 상이하게 판단하고 이에 적절한 전략을 수행해야 한다. 예를 들어, 동일 생산요소를 투입하더라도 이를 적용할 수 있는 지식이 있는 경우 더 높은 가치 창출이 가능(Aghion & Howitt, 1992) 하지만 창업 초창기의 기업은 고도 성장기의 기업보다 보유한 지식 수준 및 경험이 상대적으로 낮기 때문에 다양한 협력을 필요로 한다. 그러나 현재의 여러 선행연구들은 기업이 처한 상황을 고려하지 않은 단편적인 대처 방안이거나 혹은 부분적인 방법론을 제공하는 수준에 그치고 있다는 한계가 있다(이병헌 외, 2014). 따라서 본 연구에서는 '2016년 벤처기업정밀실태조사' 데이터를 기반으로 기업의 외부 협력 정도 및 벤처기업 지원제도 활용 정도가 경쟁력과 성과에 미치는 영향이 기업의 수명주기별로 상이하다고 보고 관련 전략 프레임워크를 제시하고자 한다.
