  • 네트워크를 통해 고객의 신용카드 및 매출정보를 전송하는 대형마켓의 경우, 데이터링크 레이어 보안은 매우 중요하다. 본 논문은 현재 WPA/WPA2 형태로 무선 네트워크에 국한되어 있는 데이터링크 레이어 보안수준을 MACsec(IEEE 802.11AE)를 이용하여 전체 데이터링크 레이어 구간으로 확대하고, 나아가 SecY(MAC Security Entity)의 Secure Frame의 처리 방식을 응용한 무선랜 인증방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • The buyer in the e-marketplace makes a transaction without facial interaction. Therefore how to provide buyers with trust is the critical factor of the success in the e-marketplace. To solve this problem, the market-maker provides customers with various kinds of information. In this study, we analyzed the effect of the information on the buyer's trust in the e-marketplace.

  • A service broker supporting customers plays an important role in internet marketplaces. Recently. several intelligent brothers have been developed for electronic commerce, outline shopping mall, and electronic marketplaces. While these systems provide interesting shopping experiences, they fall short in fully exploiting the capabilities, such as the service integration and automatic execution required by internet market places. In this respect, we propose a workflow-based service broker system. Dependent services in our approach are modeled as workflow processes, which are automatical1y processed by a workflow engine. In the proposed system all data exchanges are realized through XML providing platform independent, extensible, open. and interoperable architecture.

  • Nowadays, in Korea, the number of campers is increased over 5 million. Many Korean camping brands have excellent qualities however, a lot of times weak brand identities to be globally known. The purpose of this study is to provide helpful sources to have strong brand identities, add more values based on related word research from big data and market research. The data is to be analysed by sensible & cognitive approaches. The keywords for the sensible research are 'camping, camp, camping brand, and camping design'. Then 17 representative oversea brands and 10 Korean brands were analysed for the market researches. From related word research from big data, we can find out the thinking process of potential consumers, how people communicates to exchange information, and what can be the sources to add brand values. Also from the market researches, we were able to find that successful brands have distinctive brand identities, stories, logos with representable colors and they continuous produce signature designs and own way of color matching.

  • Among the customer-oriented data used to comprehend the customer, the user review data has received much attention as it provides insights into customer opinion in a detailed and large-scale manner; many customers have come to rely upon and trust the user reviews. Many application developers are cognizant of the importance of user reviews, so they monitor and respond to these reviews. However, due to the absence of a systematic method, developers have been investing their time and money without clear correlation to the customer satisfaction. Therefore, this paper suggests a systematic method to select user reviews from the application market using the Kano Model that deals with customer satisfaction and service quality, thereby maximizing the customer satisfaction under the given time period and budget. This method is constructed in the following phases: the user review collection and requirement elicitation phase in which the developers collect user reviews from the application market and elicit requirements, the Kano Model application and selection phase in which the Kano Model is applied to the elicited requirements and selection occurs based on the quality type, and the stakeholder review and redefinition phase in which relevant personnel gather to review and redefine requirements from an internal perspective.

  • The fisheries industry is rapidly shifting from a traditional fishery to aquaculture paradigm and it faces various problems such as depletion of fishery resources and aging of fishing villages. We need the establishment of a fisheries big data platform that includes both the data of the central and surrounding industries of the fisheries industry for enhancement of establishment of a fisheries, 6th industrialization of fishing villages, establishment of related technical standards, and discovery of the new industries to overcome this. Data center agencies should collect, link, and pre-processing, and the platform organizer should create a water industry data virtuous circle through the establishment, operation, and data market of big data platforms to help overcome the current crisis, secure smart fisheries hegemony, and use it as a key to value transfer. Through this study, I would like to propose a policy and technical big data platform construction plan to successfully promote it.

  • Most e-marketplaces build a reputation system that provides potential buyers with reputation scores of sellers in order for buyers to identify the sellers that are more reliable and trustworthy. The reputation scores are computed based on the aggregation of buyers' ratings. However, when these ratings are used to compute the reputation scores, the existing reputation systems do not make a distinction according to the following two criteria: the capability of the seller and the quality of an item. We claim that a reputation system needs to separate the two criteria in order to provide more precise information about the seller. In this paper, we propose a method to compute seller's reputation by separating the rating into the seller's score and the item's score. The proposed method computes the reputation of the seller's capability by using only the 'seller's score' and helps potential buyers to find reliable sellers who provide fast delivery and better service. In experiments, we propose a simulation strategy that reflects the real life of an E-marketplace and verify the effectiveness of our method by using the generated simulation data.

  • In this paper, we propose an Recommendation System for supporting self-directed learning on e-learning marketplace. The key idea of this system is recommendation system using revised collaborative filtering to support marketplace. Exisiting collaborative filtering method consists of 3 stages as preparing low data, building familiar customer group by selecting nearest neighbor, creating recommendation list. This study designs recommendation system to support self-directed learning by using collaborative filtering added nearest neighbor learning course that considered industry and learning level. This service helps to select right learning course to learner in industry. Recommendation System can be built by many method and to recommend the service content including explicit properties using revised collaborative filtering method can solve limitations in existing content recommendation.

Roles of Buyer's Trust and Distrust in Open Markets: Focusing on Transfer between Intermediary and Seller (오픈마켓에서 구매자의 신뢰와 불신의 역할: 중개업체와 판매자간 전이를 중심으로)

  • This study investigates the effects of trust and distrust on intention to purchase in open markets, based on the ideas derived from previous studies such as coexistence of trust and distrust, and two distinct trustees in open markets-intermediary and sellers. Specifically, this study i) proposes a trust-distrust model of intermediary and sellers, ii) explores the transfer of trust and distrust from intermediary to sellers, and iii) discovers the antecedents of trust and distrust. The empirical validation using Partial Least Squares shows three results as follows. First, trust in intermediary positively affects intention to purchase through the mediated impact of trust in sellers. That is, trust in intermediary transfers to trust in sellers. Second, distrust in intermediary negatively affects intention to purchase through the mediated impact of customers' perceived risk. Third, structural assurance and perceived website quality positively affect trust in intermediary. The results of this research have implications for intermediary firms not only to build trust but also to manage distrust level. However, this study could not identify any antecedent of distrust, so further research for these antecedents will be needed in the future.
