본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 프로제트의 수행시 당면하고 있는 문제들 - 납기지연, 개발예산 초과, 수정 및 변경시 관리상의 어려움 등 -을 해결하는데 상당한 도움을 줄 수 있는 한국적 프로젝트 개발방법론 관리방법론과 이와 연계된 마르미 지원도구를 소개하였다. 소개되어진 방법론과 지원도구는 국내 소프트웨어 개발 프로젝트의 생산성 및 품질향상에 중요한 기여를 할 것으로 기대되며, 궁극적으로 국내 소프트웨어 산업의 경쟁력 향상에 큰 역할을 할 것으로 기대된다.

본 논문에서는 실시간처리 리눅스에 기반한 VoIP 단말기를 설계 구현한다. 설계 구현된 하드웨어 시스템은 i386 프로세서를 기반으로 설계되며, 실시간음성처리 지원을 위해 음성코덱 칩과 실시간처리 리눅스인 RTLinux를 사용하여 실시간 음성처리 모듈을 구현한다. 설계 구현된 시스템의 테스트 및 타당성 검증을 위해 LAN환경에서의 음성채팅 프로그램에 적용하여 통화품질을 시험하였다. 음성처리에 사용한 음성처리 모듈은 ITU-T 음성 코덱인 G.723.1 사용하여 30ms 내에 24 바이트로 인코딩/디코딩된 음성 데이타를 전송하도록 구현하였다.

세계 소프트웨어 시장의 급속한 성장과 함께 선진국들은 자국에 유리한 소프트웨어 품질표준을 만들어 이를 국제 표준에 반영하고, 외국 소프트웨어에 대한 진입 규제의 수단으로 활용하고 있다. 또한 전자상거래의 발달로 인해 디지털 상품인 소프트웨어는 전자상거래를 통한 거래가 쉬운 이점을 가지고 있는 상황에서 아직 우리나라에서는 패키지 소프트웨어에 관한 품질모형 개발에 관한 연구가 다소 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 기존 국내외 소프트웨어 품질평가모형을 도출하고, 그 평가모형을 바탕으로 전자상거래에서 활용 가능한 패키지 소프트웨어만을 대상으로 품질평가모형을 개발하였다. 그리고 평가모형을 적용하기에 앞서 소프트웨어 개발 업체를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 품질평가모형에 대한 실증분석을 하였다. 실증분석은 현재 개발업체가 취급하고 있는 제품에 대한 종류와 개발업체에서 평가받기를 원하는 제품의 종류, 그리고 평가대상이 될 수 있는 패키지 소프트웨어 제품의 경쟁력 수준과 관련하여 선진국의 제품과 비교하여 5점 척도로 조사하였다. 그리고 소프트웨어 개발자 입장에서 품질평가 항목별로 중요도를 조사하였으며 분석결과를 토대로 품질평가모형의 적용 대상을 선정하였다. 적용대상 제품은 모두 14개로 각각의 제품들을 게임, OA, 통신, ERP, 4GL, OS 소프트웨어로 분류하고 제품에 대한 평가는 개발자(개발경력 3년 이상)와 일반사용자로 분류하여 평가를 실시하였다. 그리고 각 제품분야별로 평가항목에 대한 가중치를 전문가 집단에 의뢰하여 적용하였다. 평가방법은 각각의 제품에 대한 평가점수를 1점부터 5점까지 나누어 평가결과를 평균값으로 나타냈으며, 평가결과에 대해 여러 가지 방법으로 분석하였다. 첫째, 동종제품간 평가분석을 통하여 각각의 제품을 비교하였으며, 둘째 소프트웨어 종류별 평가로 제품을 응용소프트웨어, 응용개발도구, 시스템 소프트웨어로 분류하여 평균값으로 비교하였다. 셋째, 국내외 제품별 평가분석으로 전체 제품을 국내제품과 국외제품으로 분류하여 비교하였으며, 마지막으로 총괄분석을 통해 가중치를 적용하여 전 제품의 점수를 비교하였다. 여기에서는 각 제품의 평균점수에 대한 차이를 95%의 유의수준으로 T-Test를 실시하였다.

This paper identifies these data by the data diagnosis in lognormal distribution and presents the method to obtain exact parameter estimates and confidence intervals of regression line. The life-stress relationship uses Arrhenius model and life data generate Class-H insulation complete data by simulation. Also, the method to estimate parameters uses least squares estimation and externally Studentized residuals can be used as test statistics for identifing outliers. And influential cases are identified by Cook's distance. This research is intended to obtain the useful information for the life of products and test method, to save time and costs, and to help optimum accelerated life test plans.

As the significance of quality in the sense of customer satisfaction is growing, the management of quality becomes one of the main interests in the manufacturing systems research. This paper presents the concept of quality-driven CIM(Computer Integrated Manufacturing) system which is composed of a business process domain and a quality domain. In the business process domain, business functions are integrated by conventional design and manufacturing databases on the one hand, and an integrated quality system is interlinked to them via several quality modules on the other hand. Quality information model connects the business process domain with the quality domain where various types of quality data are stored in the form of quality database. This framework helps a manufacturing enterprise to implement the quality-driven CIM system to achieve its final objective "customer satisfaction".ion".uot;.

The customer loyalty has been decreasing dramatically in e-Business environments such as cyber trading, shopping, banking, and portal services. However, little research has been done so far in order to analysis the newly emerging concept and changing nature of the e-Business customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the quality of e-Business information systems has any impact on customer loyalty. The quality, which is tee independent construct in this study, is divided into three variables: basic system quality, information contents quality, and service quality. Cyber systems of 40 domestic stock trading firms were chosen as target e-Business information systems Both online survey and traditional field survey were employed in order to collect data, and more than 8,000 cyber customers have responded. The results of statistical analysis show that all of three independent variables have statistically significant effects on customer loyalty and, among three variables, the basic system quality has the strongest impact.

Two distinct features required in transport service and protocol to meet new multimedia applications requirements are multicast transmission capability and enhanced QoS facility. In this paper, we presents major functions and facilities of enhanced communications transport service definition supporting these requirements. At first, major fundamental issues, that should be handled to design multi-peer communcation service and protocol, are resoved and applied to design service definition. Secondly, we proposed several new functions for enhanced transport service such as heterogeneous TC establishment, invitation capability, TC-ownership transfer, restriction of transmit concurrency. The detils of proposed enhanced transport service are TC creation, TC invitation, TC join, multicase data transfer, pause of data transfer, resulme of data transfer, report of specific status, TC leave, TC termination, TC-ownership transfer, Token transfer services. The proposed transport service was submitted and accepted as a draft text for committee draft of international standard by the international standradization body such as JTC1/SC6 and ITU-T SG 7.
